Set in a quaint, rural location on a 96-acre working farm, this semi-detached barn conversion is just three miles from the lovely town of Criccieth and five miles from picturesque Porthmadog. The spacious house can comfortably accommodate five people in stylish and modern surroundings. There is a wonderfully stylish kitchen, a cosy sitting room with woodburning stove and panoramic views of Snowdonia National Park. This comfortable and spacious holiday home is set in a central position for walking, cycling, watersports or fishing and is close to the beaches at nearby Criccieth, Morfa Bychan and the Llyn Peninsula.

Amenities: Underfloor central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, shared washing machine in utility, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage (not lockable). Patio with furniture, and lawned area. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 3 miles. Beach 3 miles. Note: One double accessed from the bottom of the bed, unable to access from either side.Note: Property has a minimum of a 3 night stay. Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: Just five miles from pretty Porthmadog is the lovely seaside town of Criccieth - sometimes referred to as the 'pearl of Wales on the shores of Snowdonia'. This pretty settlement boasts a dramatic skyline due to its 13th Century castle perched majestically on a rocky outcrop with superb views over Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains. The area offers a host of activities and water sports enthusiasts will be delighted by the facilities available at the two pristine beaches. Inland, walkers and cyclists can enjoy of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. As well as excellent sports facilities, the beaches provide great opportunities for wildlife enthusiasts to spot porpoises and are a picturesque backdrop for the town's many pubs, restaurants and tea-rooms. The area is also home to Portmeirion's wonderful Italianate gardens, the Ffestiniog railway in Porthmadog and the stunning castles at Harlech and Caernarfon.
