Esta atractiva cómoda villa está totalmente equipada con una piscina privada climatizada, wifi y televisión por satélite. Idealmente situado con vistas al hoyo 3 del campo de golf con vistas al mar ya los acantilados. Situado en una zona atractiva y tranquila, ideal para unas vacaciones relajantes, sin embargo, con excelentes instalaciones para los más activos a poca distancia a pie. La Villa tiene varias zonas de terrazas con sol todo el día, muebles de terraza y tumbonas se proporcionan junto con una barbacoa, ideal para comer al aire libre. La Villa es muy amplia, con un gran salón, televisión de pantalla plana, Wi-Fi, equipo de música. Hay puertas francesas que conducen desde el salón a una terraza grande, preciosa, con la piscina privada climatizada .No es una completamente equipada y extremadamente cocina bien equipada, incluyendo lavadora junto con un área de comedor para 4 personas. Hay dos dormitorios, uno con una cama doble y el otro con dos camas individuales y un cuarto de baño / ducha.

Excellent accommodation and location

This Villa was brilliant for us. We are two retired people who wanted comfortable accommodation within easy walking distance of the sea and close to local facilities, but we got much more. The Villa was very clean, parking was really good, the pool was excellent as was the satellite TV. The host was very accommodating, even letting us stay later on the final day because of our flight time. Thoroughly enjoyable experience and would highly recommend.

Lovely get-away

Just back from a fabulous, relaxing week at this terrific villa. We really enjoyed our 1-week holiday. Villa is set in a quiet location but there are restaurants, bars and supermarkets etc within reasonable walking distance. There is a Lidl supermarket about 15 min taxi journey away (approx 10 euro each way). There is a pool bar literally across the road (but not noisy) that we only went to once, but we would go to more often if we return. It does very good food. Outlook across the golf course was nice, with mount Teide within sight. We sat out on veranda daily and it was a lovely space, with both sun traps and shaded areas - so suitable for all. There is also a small roof terrace but we didn't use that. Heated pool was great for a dip and it was good that balls/floats etc were available, even for adults to enjoy! Property manager was very helpful, although we only needed to contact them once and it was much appreciated that we were able to have a late check-out on our final day to accommodate an evening flight. There was some drilling/groundworks being done close to villa that created some noise during weekdays but this was simply unfortunate timing. The villa was extremely clean, among the cleanest accommodation we have stayed in. It was well-equipped although it would have been helpful to have a little more of the basics e.g. there was only one bin liner left and half a toilet roll. Beds were very comfortable although they would benefit from proper pillows. Overall, a fantastic villa in a nice location which we would highly recommend, and we are definitely considering returning!!

Fantastic Relaxing Holiday

We stayed at the villa in March 2022, sorry for the late review. We hired a car at the airport and set off on the 20min drive to the villa, after driving for almost an hour we were lost😱 there was a problem with our GPS! Lesley & Miriam couldn’t have been more helpful they called me tracked our location and came and picked us up, brilliant!! Thankfully the rest of our holiday was stress free, totally chilled out for two weeks. The villa is in a quiet area over looking a golf course with the mountains behind, great sitting out early evening having your GnT watching the beautiful sunsets! There are bars and restaurants within walking distance, and a small supermarket 2 minutes walk. You will need a car if want to go to the bigger supermarkets, sightseeing and visiting the busier towns. The villa has everything you need, for a comfortable relaxing holiday, and the private pool is brilliant! If there’s any problems Lesley is only a phone call away to sort it out. The downside: the shower was very poor no pressure at all. No air conditioning, we were there in March so not too bad but it must be stifling hot in high summer! The pool is great but the steps getting in and out of it are very steep for older people and young children. The villa is on the flight path in and out the south airport with a flight every few minutes, but to be fair it didn’t bother us too much once you got used to it! Lovely villa but poorly maintained

Clean and pool lovely but cold, some lights not working, wires hanging from walls, toilet seat broken, pool cover torn to bits, shower head too weak to wash hair, only 1 fan for the whole property so too hot to sleep in April, holes in mesh at windows and gaps in doors so lots of mossies inside, TV not tuned in, keys not where the host said they’d be. We did let the host know about some problems we noticed on arrival but these were not resolved so didn’t bother asking them to look at anything else. Such a pity as this could have been a brilliant holiday.

Thank you for taking the time to review our villa with such detail. So sorry to hear your holiday was ruined due to “poor maintenance”. We take great pride in our villas and consider our standards are high, as vouched by other recent reviews . As mentioned , the light switch was fixed in your absence on the first day of your holiday . As we did´nt hear from you again we understood everything was ok. In view of your complaints, on your departure day the pool temp was checked and read 28 degrees , the TV satellite system was also working . We have a team of professionals who would have certainly taken care of your issues if we had known about them .

We have just got back from a week stay at this villa and it was such a lovely holiday. The villa is fabulous! Very spacious, clean, well equipped and the pool was by far our favourite! Heated and a great size! Our little girl loved swimming in it all day! (As did we!) The kitchen has been modernised since the photos were added which was a pleasant surprise. Double bed in the main bedroom was comfortable and our daughter slept well in one of the singles in the second bedroom. The large terrace was also lovely for lunches in the sun. There is a bar right opposite which does great pizzas! The staff there were amazing with our daughter. Drinks and food also reasonably priced. There is a small supermarket 5 mins walk from the villa which sells essentials, freshly baked bread etc. We got a taxi to the larger supermarket (around €6) to do a bigger shop and just topped up throughout the week from the smaller supermarket. Would definitely recommend this villa to couples or families and we will most definitely be staying again in the future! Thankyou Lesley for a wonderful stay!

Tolles Haus , aber mit viel Risiko

Das Haus ist sehr ansprechend und sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit der Sicherheit durch Einbruch ist es aber sehr schlecht bestellt. An den Eingangstüren sind nur ganz billige Schlösser, und die Türen selbst nur aus dünnem Glas. Unser Freund, welcher im Nachbarhaus wohnte , wurde Nachts im Schlaf überfallen und ausgeraubt, Dadurch wurde auch für uns ein ruhiges Schlafen unmöglich. Wenn die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen nicht besser werden, kann ich das Haus nicht mehr empfehlen. mfG

Enjoyed our stay, facilities were good, very quite part of town, small shop 5mins away along with a few bars and restaurants, 25min walk to the busier part of town, the Irish pub called the wild geese was buzzing every night so all in all a very enjoyable experience

Well maintained villa with lovely private pool

Clean, well stocked villa with lovely pool which was heated which is a bonus. Parking on site but driveway very narrow so wouldn’t recommend a big car though you could park on the street. Good communication overall with property manager. We did have a problem initially with the pool but it was rectified promptly which was much appreciated.

Schönes ruhiges Haus mit tollem Pool

Das Haus ist super schön und sauber. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten genug Platz. Die Küche ist neu eingerichtet und hat alles was man brauch! Der Pool ist toll und beheizt! Generell ein schöner Außenbereich mit ganztägiger Sonne! Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, jedoch liegt gegenüber eine Bar. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört. Ebensowenig die Flugzeuge aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in Laufweite sowie ein Steinstrand mit Riff (super für Schnorchler). Wer Sandstrand möchte und eine vielfältigere Auswahl an Unternehmungen und Bars etc. sollte sich besser ein Auto mieten. Generell würden wir das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten, es war super entspannend und Lesley war eine tolle und immer erreichbare Vermieterin!

Gorgeous Villa

Just returned from a wonderful stay at this gorgeous villa. Communication was fantastic from the original discussion with Lesley advising me on trips I was interested in, to the welcome and help from Josie at the villa. The villa is easy to find. Clean, with a heated pool and has fantastic views of the mountain. The kitchen has been modernised which is not shown in the pictures, not that we used the kitchen much. There are a few bars and restaurants within minutes walk but we went into the village most evenings. There is a choice of restaurants about 20 minute stroll. The harbour lights, a little Italian was one of our favourites. If you are going to Tenerife and not looking to be in the middle of the bars of playa la America’s I would heartily recommend Lesley’s villa

Josie met us showed us round and told us about different places to shop and eat . Villa in quiet location but taxis along the road if needed. Villa had everything you needed home from home. Had a fantastic week with my family . I certainly would return.

Directions

The only issue we had were with the directions given from the airport. They needed to be more detailed. However Josie ( key lady) was very, very helpful and made sure we got there and showed us how to get to nearest large super,arket. Thanks Josie
