Apartment in the center of Málaga modern and spacious 1 bedroom apartment with the original parquet, bathroom with bath, separate well equipped with patio of 15m2, large living room and furnished balcony. Very bright and quiet at night as it is not in the bars and has soundproofed windows throughout the house. Guadalmedina river views and the Church of Santo Domingo. Along with numerous museums, historic buildings and other places of interest. A 5 minute walk to the subway which connects with the AVE station and airport. The location is great for tourists. You'll find the historic center of the city, a few meters from Atarazanas Market where you can buy weekdays and until Saturday fresh food and prepared food.

Pluspunkte: Sehr freundliche Übergabe, schöne, saubere Wohnung, gute Betten, keine 20 Schritte von der turbulenten Altstadt von Malaga entfernt. Cafe und Minimarket direkt vor der Tür. Nachteile: Laut (so wie überall in der Altstadt). Fazit: Würden wir wieder buchen.

Good location. All major sights within walking distance. Nice rooms. Some noise from the bar three floors down. Heating only in the living room. Tea kettle and toaster pretty worn out, otherwise a very well equipped kirchen. I can recommend this place

Hemos estado muy a gusto, como en casa. Tan solo hemos echado en falta una cortina o mampara de baño, inexistente, lo que provoca que tengas que fregar para recoger el agua después de cada ducha. Por lo demás es un piso estupendo, con vistas despejadas, luminoso y limpio. Excelente ubicación.

A relaxed holiday

We really enjoyed our week in Ana`s apartment. We felt at home right from the start. It is very charming, there is plenty of room and it is very bright. Because of the large windows you can watch the streetlife and enjoy the beautiful view to the old church and the mountains. This apartment is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore Malaga city. One step around the corner and you are in the old town including the Market. There is also a supermarket and a baker nearby. Thanks Ana - and Sara!!

Lovely place to stay

Great apartment, centrally located, lovely cafe underneath with great people who are genuinely pleased to see you. Take your chance at the recyclo cafe we didn't have a good experience here at all and visited three times. The apartment is in a very quiet block and is well equipped. Thanks Ana

Prima appartement voor een bezoek aan Malaga

Het appartement ligt aan de rand van oude centrum van Malaga. Met 5 minuten lopen ben je in hartje stad. Kortom: een aanrader voor iedereen die een bezoek wil brengen aan deze mooie stad, met z'n vriendelijke sfeer (ook 's avonds laat). Ook het contact met de beheerder (Sara) verliep zowel voor als aan het eind van ons verblijf vlot en to the point. Helemaal geen minpuntjes? Nou vooruit: stel je niet teveel voor van het buitenterras. Het is een vrij lang, maar smal balkonnetje, pal op het Noorden. En het meubilair bestaat uit een simpel bistro-setje van smeedijzer met houten latjes. Staat wel leuk, maar zit voor geen meter. En de straat onder het balkonnetje is een drukke drie-baansverkeersader van Malaga. Het is er dus knap lawaaiig. Maar laten we wel zijn, je gaat niet naar Malaga om daar langdurig in je appartement te zitten. Of op het balkonnetje daarvan. Je gaat gewoon lekker de stad in. En het kleine beetje tijd dat je daarna nog over hebt, breng je dan door in het dichtbij gelegen, schone en comfortabele appartement.

Séjour très agréable dans un grand appartement très fonctionnel et bien situé près du centre ville et du centre historique Proximité plages et commerces Seul défaut, pas de climatisation qui oblige à faire du courant d'air et à avoir le bruit de la circulation. Estancia muy agradable en un piso muy funcional y bien situado cerca del centro cuidad y del centro histórico Las playas y lo comercios están muy al lado del piso Único defecto, la falta de aire acondicionado que te obliga a dejar las ventanas abiertas y tener que oír los ruidos de circulacion

Céntrico y muy luminoso

Bonito piso en el centro de Málaga, muy luminoso y amplio, perfecto para una pareja. Cocina, baño, comedor y dormitorio con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Sara, la propietaria muy amable y dispuesta a colaborar en todo lo que necesites. El único inconveniente es el aparcamiento. Nosotros optamos por el parking que hay al lado, pero sale caro. Restaurantes, mercado, cafés....todo muy muy cercano...

Gracias por la valoración y el comentario. Es cierto que el parking en Málaga por lo general es bastante caro. Como llevamos con el alquiler poco tiempo, he pecado de no informarme sobre otras alternativas para los huéspedes. A 4 minutos andando del apartamento hay otro parking cubierto. A partir del 3er día sale a un precio muy bueno y es bastante más barato que el de Camas. También hay más alternativas y por supuesto mi ayuda para encontrar aparcamiento gratis en las zonas más seguras y cercanas. Habéis sido unos huéspedes muy cuidadosos. Un saludo, Sara.

Todo estupendo

El apartamento es fiel a las fotos y a la descripción, todo limpio, ordenado y en buen estado. El apartamento se encuentra en pleno centro y puedes ir caminando sin problemas a todos lados. La propietaria, Sara, muy amable y el trato recibido estupendo. Al no haber reserva de otro inquilino, me permitió hacer el check-out mas tarde sin ningún problema. Lo recomiendo si quieres pasar unos días en el centro de Málaga. Un saludo
