Beautiful loft in the central Piazza Duca di Genova. A few minutes from the port, the central station and the cathedral of Catania Cathedral.

Very well-kept apartment of 125 square meters located on the second floor of a stately building (Palazzo Pignatelli, protected by the Cultural Heritage) in the historic center of Catania. Spread over one level, the entrance leads to a corridor from which the entire house winds: a bathroom with shower, a laundry room (complete with washing machine, ironing board, iron) and the living room with a large sofa bed, a table, a plasma TV, a DVD player and a satellite decoder connected to the TV. The living area separates two further rooms: the master bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, a sofa and two armchairs and finally the kitchen, equipped with everything. In the two rooms we find a balcony: both overlook Piazza Duca di Genova and Palazzo Biscari.
