Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Tout était super : le logement est propre, bien équipé et très agréable à vivre. L’emplacement est idéal, au calme tout en étant proche de tout. Nous avons pu tout faire à vélo, près des plages et du lac d’ hossegor. Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés, Nicolas est un hôte attentionné et de bons conseils.

Sehr erholsamer und schöner Urlaub

Wir waren zu zweit hier für 12 Nächte im Urlaub. Die Begrüßung durch Nicolas war sehr herzlich und völlig unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und großzügig angelegt. Es war alles top sauber und vollständig eingerichtet. Die Wohnung entspricht komplett der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Man hat hier sehr viel Privatsphäre. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Gerne kommen wir wieder hier her.

Schöne, hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung. Nicolas als Vermieter ist superfreundlich und stand stets zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Magnifique location, grand confort, propreté et pratique

C'est la meilleure expérience de location que j'ai eu jusqu'ici: la location se trouve dans un magnifique environement. Et qui se trouve à 5 -10 minutes de la plage, du centre ville et autres commerces et commodités. L'intérieur est très agréable, confortable, et parfaitement équipé /fonctinnel. La propreté est irréprochable ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort, la terasse couverte pour manger, le beau jardin fleuri et boisé pour savourer un café... Egalement, le balcon couvert à l'étage, bien pratique pour faire sécher le linge en sécurité ou pour prendre l'air, ainsi que le parking privé et sûr. De plus, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la communication avec le propriétaire, sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et sa flexibilité. Merci beaucoup Nicolas nous avons passé un magnifique séjour et de vraies vacances !

A Jewel

A super property in every aspect. We stayed for 4 weeks and have nothing but positives. From the time of booking until the departure process, Nicolas was an excellent host; answering our questions speedily by email and SMS; and in person on site. The standard of furnishings and quality and quantity of equipment was top class. Everywhere was very clean. Most importantly the bed was super comfortable, the shower always had plenty of power and hot water. The neighbourhood was very quiet; woodland nearby providing routes for walking and running; cycle routes led into the town centres of Hossegor and Capbreton. We would give a huge 👍 and thoroughly recommend this property. Thank you Nicolas - we thoroughly enjoyed at stay.

Nous avons passé, mon compagnon et moi même un agréable séjour. L'appartement est top, confortable et bien équipé. Le quartier est vraiment très calme, et le logement borde une zone boisée, ce qui était idéal pour les balades de notre chien.

Vacances en toute tranquilité

Endroit très agréable et sécurisé. L'appartement est conforme à la description, très propre, vraiment spacieux et moderne de quoi y passer un séjour sympathique accompagné de notre animal de compagnie, un plus. Le top c'est nos hôtes ! Accueillants, à l'écoute et très avenants ainsi que leur petite chienne qui est un amour. Un tout grand Merci pour leur gentillesse et leur sympathie. On se souviendra de notre dernier soir :-). On recommande vivement cette location.
