Perigord style house with private pool Ideally located, very quiet, comfortable, internet (wifi), very functional, very neat decoration, quality services.
Completely renovated, near the center of Sarlat (3 min walk)
on the ground floor fully fitted kitchen very functional + washing machine + dishwasher, 1 living room with lounge / dining room including 1 large corner sofa + 1 other 2/3 seats + 1 open fireplace
 3 bedrooms with 1 bed 2 pers + wardrobe +2 wc + 1 large bathroom with shower / 2 sinks +1 other smaller with shower and washbasin.
On the floor mezzanine serving 1 large room with 1 bed 2pers + 2 other rooms with 2 beds 1 pers + 1 wc + 1 bathroom with bath and 1 washbasin. Outside 1 large terrace at the back of the house overlooking the private pool and fenced (9x4,66) we have just made its very large beach paved garden + barbecue / hard / garage.
part of the house can be rented out of season for 4 people only, you have access to the kitchen / 1 gdre room 2 pers + the large bathroom + 1wc + the living room / garage and the private pool if it is open + terrace and garden

Perfect getaway

This house was an absolute delight for our group. The house is spacious, and well laid out. The pool is an amazing hangout spot and all members of our group enjoyed it. Fantastic patio for outdoor dining and we made good use of the bbq. A definite highlight was the top quality espresso machine!!! The property manager was very friendly and available should anything come up but we had no issues at all during our stay. Also we had excellent communications with the owner. The location of the house cannot be beat and it was easy to walk into town whenever we wished. Highly recommended!!!!

Estancia estupenda!

Hemos pasado 5 días en la casa con la familia. Muy bien situada (a 5 -10 minutos del centro de Sarlat caminando), en un pueblo precioso, muy espaciosa y con todo lo necesario. Volveremos!

Well situated

Our overal experience was excellent , could do with some fans upstairs bedrooms and the pool pump did not keep it clean with high volume of bugs . But that was the only down side on this lovely property and location I would thoroughly recommend

Nice house near the center of Sarlat

Just 10 minutes walking distance from the lovely city of Sarlat. The house is big, and have everything you need to spend a lovely vacation! The communication with the property manager is perfect.

Belle maison fonctionnelle, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Idéalement située à 5' à pied du centre ville. Décoration soignée, propre. Avons passé un agréable séjour; nous reviendrons surement. Propriétaire charmant et disponible.Piscine de taille correcte meme si la période ne se prétait pas à la baignade. Nombreux sites pittoresques à visiter absolument.

What's good Lovely and very beautiful Gite. Plenty of space. Privacy around pool. Lots of appliances in kitchen. Close to the town and shops. It really was only a 10-15 minute walk to Sarlat, one of the most beautiful town in existence. Brilliant overall, would thoroughly recommend to anyone; young, old and in between! What's bad Needed to hand over €1500 in cash, or in our case, a blank uk cheque. Despite promising it would be returned via the post, it was never received meaning we had to cancel it (which incurred a fee). In addition to that, we felt that handing over a blank cheque was very risky...

noël à sarlat

nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison spacieuse (nous étions 8 adultes et 4 enfants de 1 à 8 ans) et bien équipée. juste un départ perturbé par la chaudière (qui s'est remise en route donc moindre mal). nous avons pu profiter de jolis ballades dans Sarlat (effectivement à 5mn à pied) animée en cette fin d'année par le marché de noël, la patinoire, ses petites ruelles pittoresques et ses trésors culinaires ... , une visite à Lascaux (pour le bonheur de ma petite nièce qui a étudié la préhistoire cette année), une ballade jusqu'à Domme avec un coucher de soleil sur la Roque Gageac magnifique et bien sur le passage du "généreux" père noël qui malgré le feu dans la cheminée a pu faire sa livraison sans problème. bref que de bons souvenirs. je recommande sans soucis la location de cette maison. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison, qui malgré une grande promiscuité avec les voisins est située dans un environnement très calme et proche du centre ville de SARLAT à pied, la piscine de taille correcte est un plus en cas de temps chaud comme nous avons eu. Tout était tres propre à notre arrivée et la désignation est conforme à la réalité.

SPLENDIDE MAISON AVEC PISCINE

Maison charmante disposant d'un aménagement et d'une décoration intérieure splendide.La situation de cette maison permet d'accéder au centre de SARLAT à pied en 5 minutes"gros avantage pendant la pleine saison".La piscine est quand à elle un atout non négligeable et appréciée de tous.Ce séjour passé avec enfants et petits enfants nous a comblé ce serait dommage de ne pas signaler cet endroit de rêve, d'autant plus que la région est riche en découvertes:histoire,architecture et sans oublier la gastronomie, que du bonheur!!!!Nous y reviendrons sans hésitations.....
