We are in a five star resort that boasts a water park. This fourth floor luxury Condo is a beautiful place to enjoy Disney, Universal, Sea World and Orlando. After visiting the theme parks, golfing and shopping; take a break and relax.
Windsor Hills is a five-star resort and our condominium is one of the finest in the Disney area. The moment you walk in you will notice the 10-foot ceilings, arched doorways, and tiled floors that give it an airy and spacious feel.

This is a luxurious, three-bedroom, two-bath condominium with all the amenities to make you feel right at home. It is professionally decorated with a huge Master Suite and two additional bedrooms. One with a Queen sized bed and the other has two twin beds designed especially for the kids with a strong Mickey Mouse motif. The full sized crib will make even the youngest member of your family feel at home. Each bedroom has its own TV with an additional one in the living room. The condo also has DVD player. The furniture is top of the line. It will take your breath away as you enter the room.

You will love relaxing on the screened balcony. This is a fourth floor corner condominium with a penthouse view of the lake below. The Master Suite and one of the bedrooms also have beautiful views out their windows.

Imagine coming back to your condominium after spending the day at Disney World (only one and a half miles away) and taking a dip in the lagoon style swimming pool while the kids enjoy going down the two story waterslide at the pool. Or they may choose to play ping pong or billiards in the breathtakingly beautiful Windsor Hills clubhouse. Or they prefer to take in a movie in the on-site, cinema. There is no charge for any of these activities. The playground is phenomenal. It features a large castle and many more extras.

Windsor Hills is beautiful, quiet, and, best of all, RELAXING! Once you have stayed there, you will never want to stay in a mere Orlando hotel, but will want to come back again.

Windsor Hills is a gated community located within the heart of Orlando’s premier tourist attractions. Windsor Hills is located along Old Lake Wilson Road, adjacent to US 192 in Kissimmee’s tourist corridor. Located just two miles from I-4, Windsor Hills is just minutes from Walt Disney World, Downtown Disney, and several outlet shopping malls.

The property was wonderful, clean well maintained very pleasant atmosphere. Staff was great perfect place if you were traveling with children, the splash pads and the flume rides or godsend. I would definitely recommend it even as a place to stay if you’re not going to any of the parks.

Perfect Family Stay

Excellent, clear, and thorough directions for the stay. Plenty of space for us and our three kids. The pool, arcade, and welcome center were a great relaxing treat for in between FL activities. Perfect location for getting to various places around the area - and a Starbucks very close by.

The property was decent. The property managers were very kind, attentive and communicated very well. I was slightly disappointed in the lack of cleanliness inside. There was a bit of an odd smell to the condo, especially in the master closet. The smell in the master closet really smelled like urine. The floors were not clean and had visible dirt, and felt very sticky. The condo was picked up, things were in working order, it was easy to check in, the amenities were fabulous. Overall, not a terrible experience but I would pack my own blankets and towels staying here for cleanliness.

Life saving stay

Great Trip!

Overall the property was great! Check-In was easy and the property and amenities were awesome! The condo was as advertised and very spacious and comfortable. Our only “complaint”would be the pillows were flat and uncomfortable and there were some gnats and ants in the kitchen but nothing too crazy. Overall very happy with the rental and would recommend!

Great hosts beautiful property!!

My family and i had a great vacation at Windsor Hills! Thebpool and waterpark area were amazing there was alwaysbsomething to do. It only took about 25 minutes to get to seaworld and Discovery cove which was perfect. We were just out of reach of the orlando traffic at our resort. Walmart was just at the end of our street which was mostly all resorts and was seconds to get to. Inside of our room we couldnt hear a thing from any of the other condos. Our hosts was very communicative and eager to answer any and all questions we had during out stay. I would definitely stay here time and time again!

Great location to all the parks

The condo was in a great location to drive to all of the parks. The pool area is awesome but make sure to check with the property to verify if it is open. The adult pool was closed for the 1st two days of our trip (we were not informed of this) and the onsite staff were some of the rudest we have ever come across. I know this is not a direct reflection of the host, but it did make for a stressful check-in and 1st day. Communication with Sissy was great but that didn't make up for the closed pool. The condo was sufficient but could use a deep cleaning.

Family Vaca in March

We were staying at this property at the start of our kids' Spring Break, and one of our daughters also had a Cheer Competition nearby at Disney. The property was ok. It was clean, but it was a bit dated. The beds in the master bedroom and kids rooms were pretty uncomfortable and the pool was PACKED to the point there were no chairs to sit. It was overall a nice trip and a fun place to stay, but I'm 50-50 on if I'd go back.

The only good things about the place is it’s more affordable than staying in Disney World and its proximity to Disney World. The condo is very out dated and not very clean. We had an issue with bugs! My grandson got bites on his arm and we have no idea from what! I understand there are bugs in Florida, but you don’t expect to have them in the place you’re staying in! I did communicate with the owner about this and the reply was thank you for letting us know, I am sorry!

Great location and a really well kitted out apartment. Check in was easy and when we had an issue with the AC it was sorted out immediately. The furnishings and decor are a little dated but this didn’t detract from it being a great stay. Only criticism is that the beds are not great, really soft and unsupportive.

Pre-cruise stay!

We stayed here two days before leaving for a cruise! Location was great, pool and splash pad was fantastic! The resort employees were so nice and helpful! The condo was easy to get to, the owners gave us very clear instructions on accessing the property and condo itself. The condo was comfortable for the six of us, the two twin bed mattress’ could use an upgrade as my girls complained on how hard they were! Everything else was just what we needed and I would gladly stay here again!

Great property. Excellent hosts

We chose this property due to its proximity to Disney, and its pool and splash zone for my grand-daughter. The condo was perfect, and the hosts were exceptional. We encountered a family health emergency on our last day there, and they were wonderful in helping us navigate our departure and being flexible. I recommend them wholeheartedly. We will definitely choose this location again on our next visit!

Overall our stay was fine. We enjoyed the resort we stayed in but the condo was outdated and not clean. The carpets were coming apart, the beds and box springs were very old the showered were very old and outdated, and some of the cabinet doors were falling apart. Unfortunately the room was not just outdated it was dirty. Most of the white towels had stains on as well as the white comforter that was on one of the beds. The beds in the kids room had crumbs on them and the bathroom floor had hair on it upon arrival. I hate to give bad reviews but I would have like to know this before our stay. On another note, the pool and the water slides were a huge hit with the kiddos.

The check in was made so easy, low expectations on checkout in comparison to other stays, they didn’t ask a lot! Very clean and nice home, will absolutely stay again. The amenities were 10/10 as well. The pool was amazing and kept nice an cool. The kids really enjoyed the slides. Overall one of the best stays I’ve had!
