quiet residential area for those who want to experience the heart of the city without being too close and fast access to towns around Etna and the sea. Nice apartment in villa, for vacationers and not, in absolute relaxation and comfort.
Furnished with taste and personality, it makes the guest feel welcomed into a home lived and laughing. Includes a living room with sofa bed and a private sleeping area, small kitchen and bathroom, the apartment can be inhabited up to four people, friends or family. The surrounding road allows you to always park your car under the house!
The large terrace available, will give the opportunity to enjoy meals and the fresh green during the entire stay. Access from the door to the apartment private garden going from a common area to the entire house. The apartment is on the second floor and is reached via a comfortable spiral staircase. Possibility of private parking for bikes and motorcycles.
We are happy to meet the needs of our guests, but even more we respect their privacy.

Amazing Apartment! Everything was very clean and well organized. There was an AC unit, a fully equipped kitchen and towels. Communication with the owner was amazing and she answered all our questions quickly. Only downside would be the location, so you definitely need a car (or go by uber).Thank you so much!! Would recommend!!

EXCELLENT APARTMENT IN CATANIA

WE HAVE STAYED AT AIR B&Bs AND VRBOs AND THIS ONE WAS OUR BEST EXPERIENCE, BY FAR. IT LIVED UP TO OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE PICTURES POSTED ON THE VRBO SITE. IT WAS VERY CLEAN, QUIET AND PRIVATE. WE HAD BREAKFAST, UNCH AND DINNER OUT ON THE PATIO, WITH LARGE TREES PROVIDING PRIVACY. OUR HOST SPOKE VERY GOOD ENGLISH AND WE HAD NO PROBLEMS COMMUNICATING. WE WOULD LIKE TO COME BACK AGAIN NEXT YEAR!

Juste parfait

Grazia est une femme très ouverte et au petit soin. Si vous avez des questions sur Catane elle saura vous répondre. De plus elle est très arrangeante et disponible. Pour le logement, il se trouve sur les hauteurs de Catane au calme. Il est très facile de se stationner. Il est à environ 25min de l’aéroport, 20 min de la plage de catane et l’accès à l’A18 pour le nord a environ 10min. Il y a une boulangerie, resto, pharmacie accessible à pied et une pompe à essence à 2min. L’appartement a tout le confort et la terrasse est un vrai plus.on s’y sent bien. Si je dois revenir sur Catane, je reviendrais ici.

Ha sido una suerte encontrar esta bonita estancia. Espaciosa, cómoda y tranquila, bien situada para hacer excursiones por la isla, y de fácil acceso al centro. La dueña muy amable y tenía todo muy limpio y ordenado. Recomendable!!

pulito, comodo, tutti in ordine e tranquillo per la maggioranza

L'appartamento era molto pulito, ben arredate, il terrazzo e' bellissima e tutto cio' che il bisogno di vivere. Grazia e il suo marito mi hanno accolto quando sono arrivato. Quando sono arrivato avevo una problema con il mio telefono and ed erano molto attento e disponibile finche' abbiamo trovato un soluzione temporanea. Grazia era disponibile sempre per domande o dubbi. La zona e' molta bella e molto calmo ma c'era un po troppo cane che abbaia. Ho viaggiato molto in Italia e sono stati nella molti appartamenti e questo e' sicuramente uno dei migliore.

Sehr sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten dieses tolle Appartement für 12 Tage. Es war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Sah genauso aus wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Der große Balkon war klasse. Die Ausstattung war sehr modern für sizilianische Verhätnisse. Die Lage war super, sehr ruhig gelegen und doch verkehrsgünstig. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns gut auf englisch mit ihr verständigen können. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Danke Grazia☺
