Situado en el punto más alto de Snowshoe Mountain acogedor condominio de 1 dormitorio. Esta unidad es una unidad de esquina que significa un poco más de pies cuadrados.

La unidad está configurada para 4 adultos, pero puede acomodar fácilmente a 2 adultos y 3 niños pequeños. Hay una cama y una cama extraíble en la sala de estar.

Condominio equipado con ropa de cocinero, platos, cafetera, licuadora y todo lo demás para que su estancia sea cómoda.

El primer piso del edificio tiene restaurante, alquiler de esquís / tablas, cajero automático, bañera de hidromasaje y tienda de esquí.

Snowshoe Ski trip

Gene's condo was right on top of the mountain with all the amenities Snowshoe has to offer easily accessible. Condo had an old-school ski lodge vibe which we personally loved. Has everything you need to enjoy a nice ski trip.

Great Property - 5 out of 5 stars!

Great location - this is truly a ski in/ski out condo that made it so easy to maximize our ski time! Definitely recommend renting skis from the local Elk River ski ship that is across the street from the condo. Restaurants: Hoot’s bar located on the first floor of the condo was a fun bar to play pool at and enjoy a drink. Japanese chop house Zenki is located across the street. There’s also a shuttle service that comes every 20min or so to take you down to the village - definitely recommend a visit to Old Spruce Brewery. Couldn’t beat the location and ease of access to the rest of the mountain and village. We will be back!

Well equipped but beds sucked

Pros: Can’t beat the location. Truly ski in/out. Cute and clean unit. Kitchen had everything we needed. Cons: Full sized bed in bedroom is to small for two adults. Pull out couch in the living room is what I would imagine sleeping on a semi padded chain link fence would be. Really the ONLY thing I need on vacation is a comfortable bed. Everything else I can get by without or go buy.

Fantastic stay

I really enjoyed my stay at this unit. It was well-kept and perfect for what I needed. Great size for 2 people, and Gene made everything super easy.

As good as top of the world gets

Gene's condo is very clean and well maintained, especially for a unit at Top of the World. I have stayed in different units before and they were not as nice. Also, because it is a corner unit it has a little bit more space. Gene will send an instruction sheet which has everything that you will need to know. He was very quick to confirm the reservation and quick to process the return of the security deposit. If you want to stay at Top of the World this is an excellent option.

Great location, but not quite clean

The condo is at an excellent location to ski in and out. Unfortunately the bed sheets were very dirty. I emailed the owner and he assured me the sheets had been changed. It did appear that the condo had been cleaned but they just forgot to change the sheets.

Having a hair and a black smug on the sheets would have freaked me out also, but this was one of those times when I was physically at my condo. I met with my cleaning company in this unit and actually watched them put the sheets on. There was an extra set there so all worked out. I have told my cleaning company that they probably should wear hats when cleaning and to double check the sheets before putting them on the bed. Again my apologizes for this situation.

Great place to stay and ski

Our family of four fit nicely in this condo. It's nothing fancy but it's well appointed, was clean and had all that we needed for our 4 night stay. Location is fabulous and having the bar/restaurant and hot tubs downstairs was great. Owner was responsive and helpful. We would stay here again for sure. Highly recommended.

Vacation March 2016

My son and I stayed at Gene's place for a short family vacation. The place was clean and very cozy. All the necessities were there. We enjoyed the ski not ski out. We will definitely come back next year!!! He was great about getting back with me if I had any questions.

All the amenities you need for a good ski weekend!

I booked Gene's place for one last weekend of skiing with a buddy, and I couldn't have asked for more! We'll start with free parking and ski-in/ski-out at Top of the World. Of course, the Village isn't walkable from here (though there is a shuttle), but we were here to ski, not drink and eat! Just as a note, don't let the hallways of Top of the World scare you. The building might not be much to look at, but Gene's place is just fine. The bedroom plus sleeper sofa combo worked great for two guys and could easily accommodate a few more people, such as two couples. The bathroom and kitchen were both clean and stocked with supplies. Plus, the kitchen had a great assortment of pots and pans to cook with. Wi-fi was much appreciated since there's little to no cell signal on Snowshoe, but a little digital detox is always nice too. Thanks again Gene!

Great Location!!! Nice condo with great amenities.

Made the reservation at the last minute and was fortunate to secure due to a late cancellation. Ski in and out. Everything you need is right there! Cozy condo! Well equiped kitchen....nice pots and pans -this is hard to find! Will definitely rent again. Nice to have the WIFI as well.

Perfect location

We stayed her for 3 nights an had a great time. It was freezing cold outside (-10F) but nicely warm and cozy inside. Everything we needed was available and I was surprised to see there was even enough toilet paper, soap and shampoo. The WiFi connection was good also. The shuttlebus stops in front of the appartement which can bring you to the village.

Perfect location, no frills

We have stayed 30 minutes away, ski in ski out townhouse, the Inn, and this is by far my favorite place for the money. A. you get to park as close to your condo as it gets. No parking across the street if you're staying in village. And it's free. B. shuttles come often if you want to go to silver creek or to village for dinner. C. HOT TUBS. two of them that weren't busy. D. Hoots. They have great breakfast and the night life on the weekend was surprisingly good for not being in the village. As a 20 something year old it was perfect for a couples get away. We don't need anything fancy! This place was clean and had everything you would ever need. There were multiple keys and a lock box in case you forget your key. It was great! Stay here if you're about skiing and value!

Great spot for 2 couples atop the mountain!

This place was so perfect for us and for our budget! Nothing super fancy, but very comfy with wifi in the room (Snowshoe is Wifi-less, signaless for the uninitiated!), 2 hot tubs on the ground floor. Decent view of mountain conditions from the room, free parking. Top of the world in general is a great spot to stay in that it has rental and ticket office, bar/resto right there in the building. You can literally ski in/out. Gene was very easy to correspond with, promptly responsive. The kitchen was well equipped. Again nothing fancy but perfect for what we wanted. I think the pics are pretty accurate. Thanks again Gene, would definitely come back and rec to friends!
