Please contact me by email and wait for my response before booking online as I am not always at home to read the reservation requests. If you need any information, I invite you to read the advertisement where everything is indicated. Rental for the reception of 1 to 6 people "at the choice of the owner". The rental is on one level and therefore suitable for people with walking difficulties but not for people in wheelchairs. Ground floor in house built in 1988. Green residential area. Itsas-Mendi street is dead end and the car (s) can park without problem in front of the gate. Descend on foot 50 m to reach RUE de la PAIX then EVERYTHING is FLAT to reach the large fine sandy beach which is most suitable for very young children. You have to take the same path to get to the center, the casino and the shops. To the SURF and MORET beach 3 mins by car. To go from the kitchen open to the living room opening onto the terrace, simply open the French doors. BEDS: 3 in 140 + 1 in 90 + 1 BABY BED. The photos show the rental on one level with its terrace, the property and the environment. Charges are included for normal consumption. Provide a supplement in case of abuse or heating. Adults must pay the tourist taxes. Security deposit of one thousand euros in check to be given to the lessor when handing over the keys and returned on the day of departure unless damaged. The cleaning costs will be your responsibility (20 € per hour) depending on the state of cleanliness in which the rental will be left but even if left very clean it will be necessary to pay 20 €. For internet I can lend a webb trotter and take a subscription which will have to be paid before your arrival but the reception in st jean-de-luz is not very good and sometimes it is better to see with your operator the solutions it can bring especially if you have an I phone or smart phone

Very nice apartment, very friendly renter, thanks a lot

We really enjoyed our holiday in this apartment. The location is ideal for relaxing. Located on a little hill you have a beautiful view from the balcony. In front, a nice terrace invites you for breakfast. The apartment is very large and perfectly decorated as described. We can highly recommend the accommodation. Everything was perfect. Thanks a lot.

Yollande est une hôte très accueillante et gentille. La maison est très bien située dans le meilleur quartier de Saint Jean de Luz. Le. logement est au calme, grand et bien équipé. Le départ s'est bien déroulé, les cautions ont été rendus immédiatement et le coût de l'électricité en sus n'est pas excessif. Bref je recommande cette maison si vous aimez le pays basque.

Nous venons de passer 2 très bonnes semaines dans la maison de la propriétaire Mme B. La maison avec un petit jardin est située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, pas loin du centre de Saint Jean de Luz, de ses plages magnifiques, et des parcours de randonnées époustouflantes. Très bon séjour. La cuisine est très bien équipée, rien ne manque ! Grande TV , grand canapé, comme c'est noté dans le descriptif.... La propriétaire est très sympathique , accueil très chaleureux! Maison de plein pieds avec un extérieur idéal pour notre enfant de 14 mois. Terrasse agréable,fleurie et ensoleillée. L'intérieur à une grande pièce à vivre ou il est possible de faire diverses activités tout en étant à l'aise. Les alentours sont calmes et tout peut être fait à pieds et en poussettes: balades, bords d'océan, falaises, centre ville, alimentation... La propriétaire est disponible et aimable.

Séjour au Pays Basque...

Intérieur très propre et spacieux, rien ne manque comme indiqué sur l'annonce. Extérieur différent, dommage que l'entretien du jardin laisse à désirer, le trottoir extérieur mériterait un coup de tondeuse ! Un peu plus de chaleur humaine serait souhaitable entre la propriétaire et les vacanciers.

Nous n'avons pû honorer notre location prévue pour cause de Covid positif. Nous ne sommes donc pas en possibilité de répondre aux questions de confort, mais il est à noter que la propriétaire s'est montrée "active et très disponible " pour trouver une solution de report qui nous convienne. Ce n'est pas le cas partout !! J'espère donc que notre futur séjour sera aussi positif.

La maison est spacieuse, le mobilier est simple, mais il y a tout ce qu il faut et tout fonctionne ! L endroit très calme, Pas de problème pour ce garer, a et le gros avantage a proximité de tout : la mer et le centre ville ! la propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible si besoin. Nous étions contents de trouver cette maison avec un coin jardin car nous avons 2 chiens 1 gros et un petit Nous avons passé d excellente vacances et reviendront certainement !

la location est confortable pour 4 personnes, cuisine agréable, chambres tranquilles.Un peu plus d'organisation dans le salon pourrait le rendre esthétiquement plus agréable.un dessus de lit coloré, le rangement ailleurs des jouets pour enfants ce sont de petites choses qui peuvent améliorer facilement cette pièce.
