70平方メートルのアパート、非常に静かな、新しいテントゥーノーマニーと呼ばれる森林公園に囲まれた新しい独立した別荘で、屋外での長い散策やエレガントでリラックスした環境の中での滞在には、車でわずか10分市内中心部からは5つ、高速道路の出口/入り口からは5つ。

アパートメントにはダブルソファベッドまたはシングルベッド2台、ダブルベッドルーム1室、バスルーム2室、バスルーム2室、設備の整ったキッチン、テラス（テーブル、6椅子、バーベキュー付）が備わっています。

A Very Nice Place With Great Manager

We wanted a nice, reasonably price place for three days to explore the region and this was a good one. The place was clean, comfortable and well run. Paola communicated with us before our stay, met us at the gate, and followed us to help us check in. She also helped us with our travel decisions. It was a very good experience.

Paola has an acute attention to detail which makes the house very cosy and practice. The house was also very clean and has a big balcony with barbecue. Paola was also very helpful before and during our stay.

A very nice appartment in a quiet region

The house is located close to Salerno in a very quiet and scenic valey close. The appartment is comfortable with fine view to the far coast near Paestum and the Cilento mountains. The owners (namely Paola) are very kind and helpful with competent advice. We felt very fine and had a nice time.

Great Location !!

It is without hesitation that I write to express my positive experience during our recent rental at "Residence I Normanni" in Salerno. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by Paola and her family. The residence apartment features a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two full-bathrooms - an immaculately clean accommodation with breathtaking vistas of the neighboring valley. Historic Salerno is minutes away as is the famous Amalfi Coast; excellent restaurants, cafes, shops are within easy access of "Residence I Normanni." My family and I are eager to return - Paola and her family will go out of their way to make your visit a positive travel experience!

A wonderful holiday

A wonderful holiday at i Normanni with my wife and young adult daughter. The apartments are in a beautiful location deep in woodland above Salerno. Ours was simply but well equipped, and very well presented. Paola welcomed us on arrival and could not have been more helpful. We chose Salerno because of its good access to everywhere we wanted to go: by road, rail, and boat to the Amalfi Coast (the highlight, including the Sentiero degli Dei). It was good to find such a lovely setting with these advantages and yet out of the city. Highly recommended - many thanks Paola!

Schönes App., ruhig in der Nähe von Salerno gelegen.

Our stay in Tenuta dei Normanni was very convenient. The area in the mountains is approx. 4 KM from the center of Salerno. We used most times the car, but it´s very easy to go to Salerno by the city bus. The stop is very near to the appartment and the bus goes every hour until 22.00 hrs. We recommend to take the bus or ship for visiting the Amalficoast. The Apartment has a lot of space and is well equipped and nice decorated. Many thanks to Paola !! Jörg u. Jürgen

Fijn verblijf met prachtig uitzicht

Het appartement is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel fijn terras met uitzich op bergen, dal en zee. Balkon bij de slaapkamers. Alle kamers voorzien van openslaande deuren met hordeuren en luiken tot op de grond dus je kunt het goed donker maken en koel houden. Keuken is prima, er stond thee en koffie klaar, heel lief. In de badkamers fijne handzeep, douchegel en bodylotion van eigen landgoed denk ik. Lekker veel handdoeken die na 2 dagen vervangen werden. In het dorp is een fijne pizzeria, in een volgend dorp vonden we een bakker en in nog weer een ander dorp een heerlijk restaurant dat een uitgebreidere kaart heeft. Vanuit het huis rijd je makkelijk naar de Amalfikust, naar Salerno voor de markt en naar de tolweg voor Pompeii. We hebben ons uitstekend vermaakt zowel op ons fijne terras als in de omgeving.

Im Herzen Campangiens

Die Lage ausserhalb von Salerno ist ideal, den im Umkreis von 50 km liegen Neapel, Vesuv, die bekannten antiken Stätten, die Amalfiküste, ...... Die Appartments sind top, gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Inhaberin ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft in Person. Leider ist der Park kaum zu nutzen. Die Wege sind zugewachsen oder abgesperrt. Die Dachterasse ist auch keine Alternative, da dort eine kleine Mansardenwohnung untervermietet ist, der Müll herumliegt, nicht sauber gemacht ist. Arrangieren muss man sich mit der Tatsache, dass das Areal vorwiegend für Familienfeiern wie Hochzeiten, Kommunion, etc genutzt wird. Ruhig ist es dann bis spät in die Nacht natürlich nicht.

Sehr schön und ruhig

Wie in der Anzeige dargestellt, sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnanlage. Was aber alles Topf ist Paola, die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Sie ist jederzeit erreichbar und kümmert sich um Dinge, um die Sie sich eigentlich nicht kümmern müsste Sie hat die 5 Sterne mehr als verdient. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Danke.

Een absolute aanrader voor rustzoekenden

Van 1-17 juni 2019 verbleven wij, in appartement nr. 3 van het landgoed 'Tenuta dei Normanni', gelegen in de heuvels van Salerno. Vanuit het comfortabele en smaakvol ingerichte, appartement heb je een schitterend uitzicht op het landgoed met zijn vele olijfbomen. Op het terrein, waar zelfs nog een amfitheater gelegen is, kan getrouwd worden en kunnen andere evenementen worden georganiseerd. Het is een heerlijke plek om na een bezoek aan de drukke Amalfikust tot rust te komen. Het appartement biedt een goede uitgangsbasis om uitstapjes te maken met de auto of boot naar Napels, Pompeii, Paestum, de Amalfikust. De meeste plekken zijn binnen 1 uur met de auto te bereiken. Salerno zelf, van waaruit veerboten vertrekken naar o.a. de Amalfikust en Capri, ligt op 15 min rijden van het appartement. Niet alleen de locatie heeft ons hart gestolen. Ook over de verhuurster Paola zijn we vol lof. Ze spreekt vloeiend Engels en het is een vrouw die zeer begaan is met haar gasten. Ze staat voortdurend voor je klaar. Niet alleen voor vragen over uitstapjes maar ook voor gezondheidskwesties. Zij heeft ons in de laatste dagen van onze vakantie toen één van ons fysieke problemen kreeg er voor gezorgd dat er gedurende drie dagen een, zeer capabele, fysiotherapeut voor behandeling aan huis verscheen. Paola was zeer betrokken en informeerde voortdurend hoe het ging. Wij hebben, ondanks de laatste dagen van onze vakantie, waarin we beperkt waren om dingen te ondernemen, een heerlijke vakantie gehad en willen deze locatie van harte aanbevelen aan een ieder die een bezoek wil brengen aan deze omgeving. Fantastic property

Paola greeted us upon arrival, she is wonderfully helpful and had all the information to make our stay a success. The apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The setting is idyllic high in the hills of Salerno with great views, peace and tranquility perfect after a day of exploring the busy amalfi coast, Paola also went the extra mile to get a van and driver that could accommodate 8 of us on a tour of the Potenza region, we had a wonderful day, thanks Paola for everything.

Nice and quiet location

Super lejlighed i skønne omgivelser.

Vi har virkelig nydt vores lejlighed med rolig smuk beliggenhed. Sengene vil jeg fremhæve som er af en super kvalitet. Paola og hendes søster er de perfekte værter. Salerno er et rigtig godt udgangspunkt for oplevelser ved Amalfikysten

Appartement conforme à la description: propre, bien équipé, spacieux... Se situe dans un endroit calme et bien situé pour visiter Naples, Pompéi, la cote Amalfitaine.... Très bon accueil de Paola: panier d'accueil, conseils....

Großräumig, sauber, sehr freundlicher Service

Ideal in einem Park gelegen mit Elektrotor am Eingang. Für Kinder mit diversen Sportmöglichkeiten (Fußballplätze). Meist ideale Ruhe, da die vier Wohnungen gut gegeneinander abgegrenzt sind.

Fantastic Property in Fantastic Location

This really is a fantastic property to rent. It is very comfortable, well equipped and in a fantastic location, very quiet and yet minutes from the centre of Salerno. You have your own private parking area and as well as the two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the kitchen/living area, you have three balcony areas to sit and relax. Set in a gated park, it is so tranquil. The air conditioning works very well to keep the whole place nice and cool and the beds are very comfortable to sleep in. Paola is the perfect host and met us on arrival and gave us a lot of information and help relating to the surrounding area, timetables etc. She was also available on messaging to keep in contact with any questions we had during our stay and even went out of her way to help us with a toll ticket problem we had. The small supplies on arrival was also a very nice touch. When we go back to Salerno, this is the only place we would stay and would not hesitate to recommend it. Thank you Paola for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

A recommander !

Merci à Paola pour ce séjour, son accueil et ses bons conseils ! L'appartement correspond parfaitement aux photos, grand, propre et joliment décoré. Les lits sont très confortables. Le parc avec ses oliviers est magnifique, la vue sur les collines et la mer splendide. Les terrains de foot ont été très appréciés par nos garçons ainsi que les jeux de société à disposition. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Well equipped apartments in a new building in the "Tenuta dei Normanni" (www.tenutanormanni.it), a big park at just 4,5km from the city center, on the coastal hills of Salerno.
The park contains a natural waterfall, soccer fields, fitness trails in the nature, an ancient amphitheater and a structure dedicated to the cerimonies and events.
Ideal for a wonderful stay in an elegant and relaxing enviroment. It is the ideal start point for the many attractions that offer the city of Salerno and its suburbs both in winter (Luci D'Artista) and summer.
The accommodation is ideal for reaching the sea of the Amalfi Coast and the Cilento coast and the beaches of Salerno.
A restaurant and a restaurant-pizzeria, a bar-tobacco and a minimarket are at 300 metres from the Tenuta dei Normanni. At 50 metres form the main park gate there is the bus stop.
At 2,5km there is the highway exit.
