Very Nice Place

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was very spacious, clean, and equipped with anything we needed. It was close to shops, coffee bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. It was also a good location for sightseeing and activities in and around the Amalfi coast. The host, Riccardo, was excellent. The communication with him was easy and he was very helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to others

Ideal loaction to explore Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast

This is a great location from where to explore the Amalfi Coast, away from the busy tourist areas. It is clean and well equiped. It is on the 2nd floor, but there is a lift available. There is a bus stop virtually outside the property and a train station only a few minutes walk. A supermaket is only a short walk away. It is easy to get to the beach by bus to Vietri or Salerno. Riccardo is so helpful, a dream owner; always a phone call away. He lives on the first floor, and nothing is too much trouble. Will recommend it to anyone who wishes to explore the region. Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit privatem Parkplatz

Wir waren zu fĂŒnft in dieser sehr schönen Unterkunft. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt und der Vermieter war sehr gastfreundlich und hat bei allem unterstĂŒtzt. Optimaler Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AmalfikĂŒste, Pompeii und Neapel. 100% Weiterempfehlung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad, was uns wahnsinnig gut gefallen hat. Die KĂŒche ist bestens ausgestattet und der große KĂŒhlschrank mit EiswĂŒrfelfunktion fĂŒr die Kinder der Hit. Jedes Schlafzimmer und das Wohzimmer sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Riccardo ist ein sensibler und sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er half uns ein Problem zu lösen und tauschte umgehend einen defekten Duschkopf. Es gibt die Möglichkeit fĂŒr 15 € am Tag eine sichere Tiefgarage zu Mieten. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen fĂŒr Familien und Gruppen die mobil sind um ans Meer zu kommen. (ca. 20 - 30 Minuten). Die wunderschöne Altstadt liegt jedoch direkt vor der TĂŒr.

Great location for visiting the Amalfi Coast

Riccardo was an excellent host and answered any questions we had very quickly! The property is clean and spacious and a great starting point for day trips out to the Amalfi Coast. There is a wonderful coffee shop right at the corner for coffees and breakfast pastries if you don't want to make your own. The washer/dryer is challenging for anyone not used to European styles but it was manageable. I'd say my only complaint was that the beds are extremely firm but then this is all personal preference because two of the 6 of us loved them! I'd definitely recommend this property!

Amalfi holiday

We had a wonderful stay at Cava. Riccardo was fantastic with any question or problem that we had. He was very prompt with his replies and came down to our unit to help on a number of occasions. The location was good for buses and trains. Bus stop was about 50m away and train station was about 400m from apartment. The unit was very spacious, clean and well equipped and was a nice place to return to after a day of sightseeing.

Discovery of old italy

Wir waren nur ein paar NĂ€chte, aber der Ort hat eine grosse gepflegte Altstadt in der auch einiges los ist, d.h. viele Restaurants und Bars zur Auswahl in nur 100m Entfernung von der Wohnung. Ausserdem gibt es einen gesicherten , grossen Parkplatz. Sehr praktisch in Italien wenn man mit grossem Auto unterwegs ist.. Der Verwalter ist sehr nett mit Tips und immer verfĂŒgbar fĂŒr alle unsere Anliegen. TOP. Wohnung war gerĂ€umig und sehr sauber. Klimaanlage hat perfekt funktioniert.

Thank you for hosting us at the Donato Palace!

We had a great time! The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The host welcomed us warmly and responded to our questions promptly. We immediately had a feeling of entering a historical palace. Checkin and checkout were easy. Great location: in the city centre, but also a short walk away from beautiful hiking trails.

Cava da Tirreni was great!

We loved our stay! Especially enjoyed the quaint town of Cava de Tirreni which was easily within walking distance. So many places to sit & enjoy a glass of wine, a cocktail & of course gelato!! Palazzo Donato, cava de tirreni

We had a great stay at this property. There were four of us and there was loads of room for us all, with plenty of room if any of us wanted some privacy. Great bathroom facilities (two bedrooms were en suite) and a lovely hot shower. Everything lovely and clean and well maintained and well equipped for self catering if we wanted. Lots of great restaurants within a short walking distance into the old town with the lovely porticos. Ricardo, the owner was wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us. We need ed a few more towels, a larger kettle, a few sharp knives 
. Ricardo brought these for us very quickly. We would definitely love to stay here again! The railway station is about 15 minutes walk away and only an hour on the train to Naples one way,and about 20 minutes the other way. Very secure parking facilities. About 45 minutes in the car from Naples airport. We highly recommend this property!

Lovely apartment

Excellent location for us. We are regular European travelers who have been renting homes since 1999. Only a few hundred meters from the train station provides easy access from Napoli to Salerno. Very simple to day trip out to the Amalfi coast or go to the Salerno ferry to Capri. Riccardo was extremely helpful.

Riccardo was an excellent host. He explained clearly how to use equipment, the location of restaurants, shopping etc. He responded to all our texts promptly. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an old building, and we were very pleased to find it had an efficient lift. The large apartment is all newly renovated and comfortable with 3 large bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite). Close to train station and very close to the main arcaded street. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone going to the charming town of Cava de Tirreni.

Great Location

Te place was very nice, spacious, and clean. Ricardo was always available and helpful. The location is great, close to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. Easy drive from Rome or train is available. Would definitely recommend this place.

A very pleasant stay in Cava di Tirreni.

We had a fabulous time in this lovely unspoilt town. The apartment met all our expectations. We were particularly pleased that all bedrooms, as well as the communal area, were fitted with air-conditioning. This was great as it was unseasonably hot! The apartment was clean, comfortable and very spacious. We chose to pay a reasonable extra charge for parking in the private garage, next to the apartment. This was really convenient and kept the car cool and secure. Richard is a really helpful host and was happy to support us with recommendations and organising trips. He went above and beyond by even organising an emergency dental appointment with his dentist, when one of our party had severe tooth ache!! All in all this was a fabulous stay and I would be happy to rebook this apartment. So convenient for the Amalfi Coast and other attractions, such as Pompeii and Herculaneum. We want to thank our host and wish him all the best.
