グランビルの中心部にある3階建ての150㎡のファミリーヴィラ「ラグランヴィラズ」は、海の息をのむような眺めとビーチへの直接アクセスがあり、クリスチャンディオールガーデンのシックで静かなエリアでお客様をお迎えします。 また、赤ちゃんや小さな子供の受け入れを目的とした明るい部屋7室、屋外テラス、閉じたガレージがあります。 外出（レストラン、カジノ）、訪問（チャウセイ諸島、ジャージー）、ショッピング（150 mのハイパーセンター）のために徒歩で旅行

私たちの家族別荘「ラグランヴィレーズ」は、グランビルに最初の海辺の住宅の歴史地区にあり、カジノとタラソテラピーセンターが位置する歴史的なプラットグーセトビーチの高さにあります。
フランスのファッションデザイナー、クリスチャン・ディオールの成長を見た邸宅、ル・ルムから徒歩2分のところにあり、現在は博物館になっています。 ヴィラデルンブスの庭園は、私たちのヴィラをプラッツグースセットビーチにつなぐ海岸沿いの小道のように、散歩するのに魔法の場所です（写真を参照）。
そのロケーションの魅力は、海、ショーシー諸島のa敬の念を起こさせるパノラマ、ビーチ、そして活気ある通り、市場、展示会、イベントがあるグランビルのハイパーセンターから近いことです。 。
車が専用ガレージに駐車されたら、徒歩で移動するだけで、コルセアの街グランビルの魅力を醸し出すこれらの2つの反対の宇宙に出会うことができます。東へ同じ距離にある壮大な風景の前の海、あなたは町にいます...素晴らしいですね。
1階の広いリビングルームや1階のベランダのリラクゼーションエリアに加えて、敷地内で休憩したい場合は、非常に快適で特に日当たりの良い中庭があり、食事に最適です。屋外およびバーベキュー（設備が提供されます）。

The layout of the house was perfect for what we needed and an easy walkable location. We enjoyed the location as we were visiting surrounding attractions. The only miscommunication was the listing didn’t state sheet and linens weren’t included so that was a little disappointing to navigate the day before check in.

Le descriptif de l’annonce indique bien que les draps et les serviettes ne sont pas fournis . Les tarifs de location des draps et serviettes sont également précisés sur l’annonce. Cody et sa famille ont quitté la maison en laissant la lumière de la hotte et celle d’une chambre allumée. Le lave vaisselle était plein de vaisselle sale et les poubelles ménagères non vidées. Ça n’est pas compliqué de mettre une pastille et de faire tourner le lave vaisselle avant de partir. J’avais indiqué à Cody les points de collecte pour les poubelles sélectives et le verre.Tout a été laissé dans la maison. La maison a été louée tout l’été et je n’ai jamais eu de soucis avec les autres locataires qui ont précédé Cody et sa famille. Quand je loue une maison , par respect , pour l’hôte , je vide mes poubelles. Le respect doit être réciproque . C’est important aussi pour la personne dévouée qui fait le ménage.

The photos don’t do the property justice

We stayed in Granville for a family wedding. We were an adult party with one elderly relative so the downstairs bed and bathroom were very helpful. The property was in a great location, close to the Christian Dior gardens, the beach and town.

Beautiful!

We were able to spend a week in this outstanding Granville home. We were greeted by Sylvie, who made us feel welcome, and was very helpful throughout our stay. Our family of six adults had plenty of room. The private courtyard with table and chairs was a relaxing place to have a glass of wine at the end of the day. The kitchen is very large, even by American standards, and was well stocked with cooking utensils. The bathrooms were also modern and spacious. The house is nicely decorated. The two upper floors have views of the city and bay. The house has an attached garage. The location is excellent. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping, the casino, and the beach. The Christian Dior home/museum is just up the street. The location also allows for convenient day trips to nearby sites. I would highly recommend this property!

Very nice house with 3 bedrooms and a bedsofa. Nice kitchen, living room and patio. Garage as well.

This is a very nice, spacious, completely equipped and well situated vacation house in a very nice historical harbour city in the lower Normandy. The beach is a 3 minutes walk away and very bathing friendly. Restaurants, ice cream bar just around the corner as well as the boulanger, supermarché and charcuterie. In fact you hardly need your car, which we really appreciated! Mont St Michel is a 60 minutes drive and with a boat tour to Iles Chausey is highly recommended (you might even see bottlenose dolphins!). Spectacular tides with sometimes around 12 m (!) difference between high and low water. Enjoy the museum of Christian Dior (his family house) and the large lushy garden 30 meters above the sea, just a 5 minutes walk from the house. We were 4 youngsters and 3 adults and had all the room we needed with 2 showers, laundry facility and 2 toilets. One car (medium size) fits in the garage and the second car had to be parked in the street.

Très jolie maison, bien aménagée, bien équipée et très propre ; proche du centre ville, de la plage et du Musée Christian Dior. Hormis la procédure d’arrivée un peu compliquée, suite à quelques informations erronées sur le site Abritel, tout était parfait. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille

Tres belle propriété

Belle grande maison, très bien située. La cuisine est très grande et très bien équipée, idéale pour les groupes et les familles. A distance de marche de tout les services et de la plage de Granville.

Tolles Objekt in super Lage

Schönes großes Haus in bester Lage! Der sehr kurze Weg zum Strand und allen anderen schönen Dingen in Granville ist super! Die Küche ist sehr groß und mit vielen Dingen ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei separate Toiletten und auch zwei Duschen, jedoch nur ein Waschbecken, was bei vielen Personen ein bisschen Organisation erforderlich macht. War uns gemäß Beschreibung so nicht ganz klar, aber machbar. Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Zeit in dem Haus.

Le séjour fût parfait. La maison est encore plus grande que sur les photos. Il y a de la place pour tout le monde et quelle vue sur la mer !

Belle semaine à Granville

Maison très agréable, bien située près de la mer et du centre ville. Déconseillée aux personnes ayant des difficultés de mobilité à cause des marches. Un tout petit bémol l’absence de portemanteau ou de chaise dans les chambres pour poser ses vêtements
