Encantador apartamento, armoniosamente decorado en tonos claros, crea un ambiente relajante y relajado. TV con decodificador: canales francés, español, italiano, inglés y alemán. Internet-WIFI. We were met by Isabelle and her husband. They showed us around the apartment and the pool area. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything you needed. The complex is very clean and well maintained.The area of Adeje where the apartment is, is out of the way of tourists and where all the locals lived, which we loved. Lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. It is a bus ride or taxi to the beaches and hustle and bustle. Which is also good day or night. We had a fabulous 4 weeks and did not want to come home. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a perfect holiday.

A lovely break

An accurate overview of the property, good sun bathing and very friendly support at the apartment. Good walks as well, to the coast. My wife and I really enjoyed our time there. I really did not want to go home, that says it all.

Excellent property with more than adequate relaxation areas. Ten minute taxi ride to town centre where great bar restaurant scene. Two minute walk to a few local cafe bars, and shopping outlet. All in all delighted!

Adeje comfortable accommodation.

We were welcomed by Isabelle's husband who was very nice and showed us around the apartment which was very clean and spacious and lovely. You need a car to get around to big towns as Adeje was more like a cosy village with no tourists. This was great for us because we wanted to practice our Spanish as we are learning it at home. The only negative about the apartment was the very flat pillows and old bedding, especially the frayed pillowcases, fortunately I always bring my own pillow as I suffer with neck and back problems. They could do with getting rid of some chipped cups as they do have enough good ones. Other than that, it was an excellent and well maintained apartment with a massive patio and lovely views. If Adeje wasn't so hilly, I would come again.

The property was spotless when we arrived and were met by the property manager and her husband - all quite painless. We were a little disappointed at the quality of the towelling, they could have been better, and the absence of a wine cooler! Quelle damage! The location was exactly as described which was a mistake on our part because, although the large supermarket and local takeaways were well withing our walking limit it was quite a drive to places of interest. A quiet location only disturbed by a noisy group of Parisians in the apartment next door but only whilst they were breakfasting! The rest of the time all peace and quiet! All in all, highly recommended. Many thanks to the owners and their managers. A good job!

It was difficult to find especially as we were doing it in the dark. The lady that met us was not informative as Isabelle who was supposed to meet us sent me a text to say someone else (a friend)would meet us at the apartment.No info was given only given the keys. Early, next morning Isabelle turned up asking if everything was ok, but we had not had the chance to look around. We did this over the next day and rang her as we didn't know whereto put rubbish, only 2 sun beds provided and there were 4 of us staying, 4 in the picture on the website.They did find us two more when asked though. There was a broken chair which we pointed out. Bedding, there was only what was on the beds which was very worn and nothing matched, different pillow cases to duvet covers and sheets. There was only the set, on the beds, no spares and was told that Isabelle would come and change them every week as we were staying for a month, there was not enough pillows either which she did put right when it was pointed out. We arranged a day and a time for Isabelle to come and change the linen and clean the apartment. She didnt turn up but arrived the following day unannounced with clean linen and towels just as it was going dark and we were just about to have dinner. Isabelle and her husband wanted us to go for a walk while she changed and cleaned which we were unable to do as we were just about to eat. My husband is also in a wheelchair, where did she think we were to go when it was getting dark and we were not expecting her. There was no phone call either as we could have made arrangements if we had known. We ended changing the beds and cleaning ourselves thinking she would come and collect the soiled bedding to be washed. We never saw her again until the last day when she came to collect the keys, so ended up washing it ourselves so we had clean bedding the following week. The tv is only in Spanish and french, no English channels at all. The floors looked clean when we arrived but I walked on them with bare feet and they were black in a very short time so not so clean. Positives- It has a lovely balcony which is big and spacious, separate kitchen which is well equipped, although more baking tins are needed for oven and there is no grill pan so can't use the grill. The pool area which there is a lift to is lovely and clean, although the water is very cold (October)with plenty of sunbeds. Apartment very spacious for 4. Isabelle does not speak english so communication is hard.

Bonjour Deborah, Je suis désolée pour les petits problèmes pendant votre séjour. Effectivement, Isabelle devait s’absenter d’urgence voir son fils qui était malade à l’université Salamanque en Espagne. La personne qui l’à remplaçait n’à pas bien fait son travail, elle devait vous indiquer où déposer les ordures ménagères. Vous expliquer aussi pour le décodeur avec les chaînes en Anglais. Pour les 2 fauteuils qui manquaient, ils ont été cassés par des locataires et nous avons commandé 2 autres, isabelle vous à donné 2 fauteuils supplémentaires rapidement. Pour le linge de lit, C’est vrai qu’Isabelle devait vous déposer un jeu supplémentaire de draps de couette, je pense qu’il y à eu un oubli ou une négligence de sa part. Cependant, le linge pendant le séjour est entretenu par le locataire et c’est stipulé dans votre contrat. Il y à des chaînes Anglaises et allemandes et italiennes, il suffisait de brancher le deuxième décodeur, Isabelle aurait du vous informer à ce sujet. Je suis vraiment désolée pour ces manquements, je vais y remédier et donner mes instructions pour que ces soucis n’arrivent plus. Vos remarques m’ont aidé à améliorer les prochains séjours pour nos futurs locataires. Je vous prie, de recevoir mes cordiales salutations. Martine

Vacaciones tranquilas ideal para ir con niños!

Nuestra estancia ha sido muy agradable. El apartamento disponía de todo y estaba en perfecto estado. La zona de piscina ideal para disfrutar grandes y pequeños! La zona es muy tranquila y bonita con un pequeño centro comercial al que se puede ir andando! Hemos pasado unas vacaciones inmejorables!

Sehr gerne wieder

Es war eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet das Bett sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Busshaltestelle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mehrere Strände sind innerhalb von 15-20min mit dem Auto oder Bus erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin und ihre Mitarbeiter vor Ort war perfekt. Wir können diese Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Aufenthalt für für viele Ausflüge. Etwas Abseits der bekannten Touristikunterkünfte. Empfehlenswert für die die den Touristikströmen ein wenig entfliehen wollen. Große Wohnung. Die Sitzgarnitur ist leider stark durchgesessen und sollte erneuert werden.

Vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar. Ja, tatsächlich müssen wir die Sitze (Liegestühle) auf der Terrasse austauschen. Das Problem ist, dass die Sonne das Plastik stark beschädigt. Diese Stühle sind erst 3 Jahre alt. Aber Sie haben Recht, wir werden die Terrassenstühle austauschen. herzliche Grüße.

Esperienza positiva

La comunicazione con Martine dal momento della prenotazione all'arrivo è stata ottima ed ho ricevuto tutte le informazioni che mi servivano. L' appartamento situato ad adeje è facile da trovare ed è servito a pochi metri da ristoranti, bar, supermercati, farmacia ecc. Per il check-in ho atteso circa 10 minuti l'arrivo dell'host che mi ha spiegato tutte le regole. L'appartamento a parte un po' di polvere sui mobili era abbastanza pulito, la cucina dotata di tutto il necessario, abbiamo chiesto altri 4 asciugamani che ci sono stati gentilmente forniti il giorno successivo. Nei due bagni andrebbe fatta un po' di manutenzione per evitare l'intrusione di insetti che abbiamo purtroppo trovato dopo alcuni giorni ma per il resto le camere, il soggiorno ed il terrazzo erano molto belle.

Très bien

Location louée en période de Noël. Propriétaire très avenante et disponible. Location au calme très agréable et bien située (un peu à l'écart du tumulte) à proximité d'un centre commercial. C'est pratique pour les courses. En pleine saison le stationnement doit être difficile mais possibilité de prendre un parking souterrain.

Tolles Appartement im schönen Adeje

Schön eingerichtetes Appartement mit wunderbarer großer Terrasse. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, so dass man auch mal selbst was kochen kann. Ein Shoppingcenter mit großem Supermarkt findet sich in 100 Metern Enrfernung. Parken in unmittelbarere Nähe ist kein Problem. Eine ideale Wohnung für alle, die etwas abseits vom Trubel an der Küste wohnen und trotzdem schnell am Strand sein wollen (8 Minuten mit dem Auto).

Wir hatten einen schönen entspannten nrwn Urlaub Es war heisst ein Klimaanlage wünschenswert. Für den privaten Straßenzugang sollte man die Treppe (Zement bröckelt stark ab) reparieren. ..ein Stahlband war da ungünstig herausstellend Unfallgefahr Es wurde wohl oberflächlich repariert aber

the village is very typical, clean, flowery welcoming party organized throughout the year, you can find everything there. Quiet, relaxing away from the noise, + or - 5 minutes from Las Americas and all the nightlife. The location of the residence down the village of Adeje overlooking the sea is a 5-minute drive away.The car parking next to the apartment is ideal. The terrace is sunny all year round.
