The apartment, which has just been restored, consists of a lounge with a two-seater sofa bed, a double bedroom and a small bedroom. A kitchen with a four-burner stove, an oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. The bathroom has a tub with shower. In the apartment there is free wireless network (WIFI) and air conditioning. There are sheets, towels, iron and ironing board, drying rack, TV, DVD player, foosball table. It has a 70 sq m terrace with an area covered by a pergola with table and chairs, a sitting area, a barbecue / grill and a wood-burning oven for pizzas.
