Great little place with fantastic views

Super clean place with fantastic views but lots of stairs. The location was perfect right on the beach.

A wonderful stay for a honeymoon

My wife and I stayed at this property, which was beautiful and wonderfully run. It helped make great memories of Cinque Terre and we hope to come back one day!

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment very much. It was clean, comfortable and so cute. I wish we would have been here for several more days. Perfect for our family and the view was unbeatable.

Great Place with a Beautiful View

This place was beautifully decorated, clean, & had a fabulous view. The host responded quickly when contacted. She also helped arrange to have our luggage carried up the 120 steps which we desperately needed.

One of the nicest places I’ve stayed

Beautiful property, extremely comfortable and well maintained. The view… it doesn’t get any better. Plus, our exercise was built in with all those steps. We had a perfect time.

Beautiful!

Property was excellent! In just a perfect location - close to everything. Stairs are hard, but we new this going in - worth the work but not for everyone. Property manager met us when we arrived and went over everything. Was really nice and we enjoyed our short time here.

Bellissimo

Casa Maganoza is a perfect setting to explore Cinque Terre. The view from the balcony is spectacular and worth every step up the stairs! Well maintained apartment and very nicely decorated with added extras. Highly recommend and would love to return.

Ocean views

Wonderful! Hostess met us at the train and even had a porter for a charge carry our luggage 120 steps. The place was clean and modern. Loved the views of the ocean from the living room and one bedroom. Hope we can come back and stay longer.

Almost in Heaven

What a beautiful beach house on a hill! We loved it. Close to everything. We had to walk up to this beautiful property. It was well worth the steps once you got to heaven.

A grand view from the property

A beautiful apartment with everything one would need. The hostess was great and gracious about the discrepancy with (VRBO-caused) charges. A great point to start your exploration of the area. Just make sure you understand the apartment is 120 steps up from the sidewalk :-)

Spectacular views!

Margherita's apartment has a beautiful coastal feel, and view off the balcony could not be any better. The apartment is the best equipped of any VRBO we have stayed at in any country. Margherita is a delight and very responsive. Monterosso is the village to stay in Cinque Terre and then visit the other villages from this home base. The restaurants, shops, and more expansive space provides for a less touristy place to stay. We loved every minute! Grazie mille Margherita!!

PERFECT Cinque Terre spot!

What a perfect spot to enjoy the beauty of Cinque Terre and Monterosso! Yes, the climb up is most definitely worth the effort as the view is outstanding! We enjoyed morning coffee and evening Prosecco taking in the panoramic view! The accommodations were sparkling clean and Margherita was very helpful checking us in and getting us acquainted with the area. The location is perfect for exploring the old/new town and other small villages! We look forward to returning!

Amazing view

The apt is extremely nice. Everything is top notch. Unique devote in each room. Our only regret were the stairs. Approx 130. So be prepared!! We would definitely stay here again

Wonderful Cinque Terre location!

We loved Casa Magonza. As two couples it had everything we could have asked for, plus spectacular coastal views. The in-person check-in was personable and covered everything. Monterosso itself is has all the bars and restaurants you need and serves as a good base for exploring all of Cinque Terre. The steps may be a challenge for some so consider a porter on arrival, especially if you have large or heavy luggage. Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful!

I loved everything about this apartment, plenty of room to spread out! Loved the balcony off the bedroom and living room! And the view, wow!!! Only negative if there is one is the 120 stairs to get to it but a good way to workoff those calories. Would definitely stay here again, but would stay longer. Thanks for everything Margarita

Stunning view and modern Appartment

This was one of the best places we stayed in all of our travels in Italy. The decor was updated and modern and looked very clean. The view is worth every single penny. We spent many mornings and evenings out on the balcony overlooking the beach. It is not a block to view. It is perfection.

Amazing slice of heaven in Monterosso

We stayed 4 nights in Margherita’s beautiful apartment last week! Like many of the reviews have said, it exceeded our expectations. The view was magnificent, you could hear the waves crashing, it was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessities you would need in a vacation home. It is right along a nice stretch of restaurants and shops, a short walk to the old town area. There are 120 steps to get to the apartment, but nothing too crazy, we had help carrying luggage on the way up, which was awesome! Margherita was such a lovely host! If we ever find ourselves in Cinque Terre again, this will be our place to stay!

Beautiful Flat Overlooking the Ocean

A lovely VRBO. Comfy bed. Plenty of hot water, kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. Very fast response to texting. We were not prepared for the 121 outside steps up to the place. A challenge with luggage. We were offered to get help with carrying luggage but we are too frugal to pay for that! Views are stunning and you are super close to train station and restaurants, gelato and coffee shops. :)

Perfect!

This was our first visit to the Cinque Terre and we loved it! Monterosso was the perfect place to stay and Margherita was a wonderful host. The apartment is 120 steps up. So we had to plan our day well. But it was worth every step! There are beautiful views from the balcony and we kept the doors open to enjoy the breeze (the apartment does have AC which we used at night). The apartment is just a short distance from the train station, which was very convenient, and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We highly recommend this apartment!
