Located directly on 80'of LaCrosse River frontage and adjacent to the historic McCoy Mill this property was one of the first settled in the area and ownership dates to the 1840's. Local festivals, Wednesday concerts in the park, new water park and pool, indoor hockey rink, frisbee 'disc' golf, indoor and outdoor bow range,skate board park, and 5 pedestrian bridges winding through the waterways of the community leading you to the historic downtown and 4 corners. Rated trout streams flow through town and River Run Public Golf Course encircling Perch Lake. Amazingly reclusive and private in the middle of town. Located on the snowmobile and bike trails easy access to all the area has to offer. About the owner: Kevin and Deborah Moore have been remodeling for over 30 years and have restored several residential and commercial buildings. Currently own and operate Ginny's Cupboard restaurant and Maiden Wisconsin gift shop in historic downtown Sparta, Wisconsin. With their two sons now out of the nest it became time to finish the remodeling of this historic site. In the Driftless region of Wisconsin, Sparta drew the Moore's some 20 years ago and they have not regretted it since! They know you too will fall for the beauty and lifestyle of the region.
