Considering a winter stay?
Winter is great time to visit Nason Ridge Lodge! The house is reasonably accessible for most vehicles; however 4 wheel drive vehicles & chains are recommended and often required on mountain passes. The area frequently several inches of snow in just a few hours. Driveways are maintained but shoveling will likely be a necessary part of a winter stay. A base layer of hard packed snow & ice on driveways and walkways is likely to be present during a winter stay. Not sure of your abilities to self serve during snowy months? Please ask for further details before booking. If the idea of a winter storm warning doesn't bring a smile to your face, consider a summer visit! Leavenworth has much to offer any time of year!

Why Mike Halter chose Leavenworth
We wanted a house in Leavenworth because it was so convenient from Seattle. It is less than a two hour drive, so getting away for the weekend is a breeze. There is so much to do all year round. You can ski in the winter, go to the lake in the summer and attend all of Leavenworth's amazing festivals! Nestled between Stevens Pass, Lake Wenatchee, and Leavenworth on a scenic 1.5 acres, this house is the perfect getaway!

Weekend stay in March
We all had such a wonderful time at Mike's property for a ski trip in March. The place was huge, very nice on the inside, and the shuffleboard was an absolute hit! Mike was also a very accommodating host and made things easy for us. Would love to rent this place again!
This home was perfect for our little family getaway! Amenities galore, super spacious and close to Leavenworth. We’ll be back!
Thanks Jackie! You guys were a pleasure to have. Looking forward to having you back!
Beautiful modern and cozy cabin!
The house was exactly what we saw online, secluded, quiet, clean, modern and just really nice. The cabin had all of the amenities we needed. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Only inconvenience was the very slow WIFI/ internet connection but overall we loved our stay at this cabin. Wonderful getaway!
Perfect place for kids and adults, close to Stevens and Leavenworth
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home, lots of snow, kids went sledding and made snowmen, adults drank eggnog (the fun kind) and enjoyed eachothers company. Hot tub was a plus. House is spacious yet warm. Highly recommended.
This was a great place for our family getaway.
Our extended family of 12 had a great weekend getaway. With three floors and several spacious areas there was plenty of room for family fun (card games, watching movies, playing shuffleboard). The larger (main) kitchen was a hub of activity and was well stocked with cookware and utensils.
Beautiful Lodge - Great for Groups
Spent the weekend at this property with a group of 8. My party very much enjoyed our stay - the lodge is well maintained and has great amenities - my group particularly liked the wood burning stove and the hot tub. Bedrooms are spacious with nice bathrooms as well. Overall, fantastic location to enjoy Leavenworth (~25 minutes away) or just lounge around. Owner was extremely responsive as well. Would stay here again.
Centrally located. 17 miles from Stevens pass with both Winter and Summer outdoor sports. 8 miles to beautiful Lake Wenatchee. Best of all less than 20 miles to Leavenworth! Recreation opportunities are endless! Lake Wenatchee State Park is 8 miles away. Just past Lake Wenatchee is Fish Lake with marina and boat rentals. 18 miles to the beautiful Bavarian village of Leavenworth! Stevens Pass is an easy 17 mile drive up Hwy 2.
