New house in a dead end, in the peace of a private housing estate located 1 km from the town center of Isle sur la Sorgue. This house is fully air conditioned, electric shutters. Bright with a large living space, fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, induction hob).
There are three bedrooms including a master suite with walk-in shower and direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. The other two bedrooms are upstairs with a bathroom with a bathtub and two sinks. The bedrooms all have built-in storage
There are two separate toilets.
There is a utility room with the washing machine and a freezer.
Three large picture windows give access to a large partly covered wooden terrace and to a heated swimming pool with submerged beach ideal for young and old.
You also have two parking spaces in front of the house.
You will have access to TV, DVD player, WiFi internet.

Amazing Property

This house is perfect. 10-15 minute walk from the town and restaurants and in a quiet residential area not overlooked. Big shaded area to make sure the French sun isn’t too hot. Owners very helpful. Thy don’t speak English but it’s their country and we don’t speak French but they were very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend any more. We will return. Merci

Amazing week

We had an amazing week at this fantastic property. Communication was good beforehand. We arrived at 8pm and were warmly welcomed by the family who showed us around the property and made everything clear. Firstly the pictures do not do the property justice. The garden area is fantastic with a well maintained pool and lovely shaded seated area. We spent a large amount of time outdoors and loved the space. The house itself was spotless with air con throughout. It contained everything we needed and more with nothing feeling old or worn. The bedrooms were a good size and the downstairs shower room more than adequate. The WiFi coverage was also very good. The location is excellent or explore the Luberon region and other towns such as Avignon. We would highly recommend this to anyone.

Très bon accueil par Delphine. Maison très propre et bien aménagée (dressing clim individuelle dans chaque pièce). Exterieurs top, chaises longues, coin repas loundge. Jardin et piscine (béton) nettoyés a notre arrivée.Moquette autour de la piscine qui permet de garder une piscine propre. Parking sécurisé avec portail électrique. Super fijn vakantiehuis, genoeg ruimte. Veel opbergruimte. Al het benodigde is in huis. Op loopafstand van een gezellig centrum. Mooie plaatsen in omgeving om naar toe te gaan. Een kleine kanttekening: een aanvulling van het huis zou kunnen zijn droogrek waar de grote handdoeken op passen, meer wasknijpers, kleine koekenpan. Maar we hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad.

Vacances impeccables

La maison et la piscine sont top et l'emplacement est idéal pour se rendre en ville à pieds (15/20 min). Seul bemol, les cameras qui peuvent gêner certaines personnes mais possibilité de masquer celle de la piscine pour plus d'intimité

Piscine top

Maison très agréable et très propre . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine chauffée , avec sa plage immergée ainsi que la grande terrasse couverte et ses aménagements. En cas de besoin , Delphine , qui nous a accueilli en personne , est joignable facilement et elle est très réactive, ce qui est un vrai plus . Les vacances se sont très bien passées.

Un havre de paix - Que du bonheur !!

Jolie maison avec piscine chauffée, très fonctionnelle. Tout est parfait à l'intérieur. Des livres pour grands et petits. Emplacement idéal pour se rendre dans les différents villages à visiter. Proche du centre ville tout en étant dans un endroit très calme. Propriétaires très charmants avec qui l'on se sent bien.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à l'Isle sur la SORGUE dans la très belle maison de Monsieur et Madame JAVAUDIN qu'ils entretiennent parfaitement. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil avec toutes les explications nécessaires pour notre installation. Nous nous sommes de suite sentis chez nous. La maison est très agréable, très bien équipée et idéalement située. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. L'annonce et les photos mises en ligne correspondent exactement à la réalité.

Emplacement et équipements au top

Extrêmement bien située, dans un endroit calme mais à moins de 2kms du centre, nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Accueil très chaleureux par les propriétaires. La villa est SUPER bien équipée, à tous niveaux! Un réel plaisir d'y passer de longs momenst ou de s'y détendre après une visite de cette belle région. Nous recommandons VIVEMENT cette villa. Et nous pensons y revenir prochainement :-)

Un séjour des plus agréables

Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique dans cette magnifique demeure moderne et parfaitement équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la climatisation présente dans toutes les pièces. L'emplacement de la maison est également idéale dans un quartier de villas non loin du centre ville. A recommander sans hésiter!!

Excellent sejour

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour. La maison est tres pratique et comfortable et en accord avec les photos. Elle est situe dans un lotissement calme a 20 minutes a pied du centre ville. Les proprietaires sont tres gentils et ils ont ete toujours disponibles pour nous aider.
