Updated and elegant, yet with a distinctly laid-back beach vibe, this gorgeous townhome is where 30A vacay dreams come true. The beach access and Gulf of Mexico views from this home are unmatched. And with room for up to six people, it’s the perfect home for the whole family or a group of friends to unwind and celebrate by the sea.

The main living space is an open oasis of peaceful elegance. Plush, neutral-toned sofas and an overstuffed armchair are highlighted by pops of turquoise, weathered wood furnishings, and sea glass accents. A classic chandelier highlights a farmhouse style dining table with room for your whole crew, while a spacious bar has additional seating. The kitchen is a chef’s dream— with white shaker cabinets, gleaming stainless steel appliances, and a mosaic tile backsplash. It’s the ideal space to brew coffee and flip pancakes in the mornings or prepare a fresh seafood dinner in the evenings. Dine al fresco on the screened-in porch while listening to the gentle waves lapping at the shore.

Upstairs, the master suite is bathed in soothing seafoam green and filled with light from the sliding doors and soaring cathedral ceiling with transom windows. A king-sized bed has a driftwood-inspired headboard. The master suite has direct access to a private oceanfront balcony and an en suite bathroom with a separate vanity area. Two more bedrooms on this floor have queen-sized beds, charming shabby chic furnishings, and white shiplap walls.

All of our Dune 1 Townhomes are immensely popular with returning guests—and with good reason. You simply can’t get any closer to the beach! Guests of Dune 1 Townhomes also have access to a sparkling, gulf front swimming pool and a private boardwalk down to the beach complete with an outdoor shower to wash off sandy toes. From March 1 to October 31, you’ll receive 2 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella during your stay. You’ll also be within walking distance of local-favorite Stinky’s Fish Camp and only a mile from exciting Gulf Place Town Center for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

With breathtaking ocean views and easy access to all that Scenic Highway 30A has to offer, many guests consider Dune 1 Townhomes to be their beachfront home-away-from-home.
