Great apartment with sea views. First class resort in the best location of Benalmadena Costa, 50 meters from the beach. Very quiet swimming pool.
Separate bedroom, and living room with balcony looking at the sea.
Supermarkets, Pharmacie, Great Park Parque La Paloma and Gym, next to the apartament. Golf 15 minutes away. Málaga 20 minutes far. Museo Picasso, Museo Thyssen and Centre Pompidou.
Kitchen with dining area, electric hob, microwave oven, TV satellite, High speed Wiffi free, and very quiet views overlooking the Maritime Promenade.
Sofa bed, toaster, fridge with freezer, washing machine, Hairdresser and Iron table.
If you rent my apartment I´ll try that you feel like at home.

Ideal for two people, close to the promenade with views from the balcony out to sea. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

The hosts, Elvira and Carlos met us at the property and made sure we were happy with everything.They provided fresh fruit and water on arrival and all of our essential items such as washing up liquid, loo rolls , hand soap were already there for us to use. Such a nice surprise !The apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we could need for a perfect stay.The apartment is perfectly situated near the beach and near to supermarkets, restaurants and bars.Our hosts contacted is during our stay to make sure we were happy with everything.All in all , perfect spot, perfect hosts !We will definitely return .

Great location, Easy access, Helpful host.

A lovely clean apartment with balcony and sea view, gated so nice and secure. Everything working as expected, one frying pan had a loose handle which was replaced with a new one straight away so no faults there! Really easy to get to from the airport, C1 train goes straight through to Benamadena for around 2euros each, you can then get a cab, catch the bus or even walk as we did in less than 15 minutes. Bars, restaurants and beach are really close by plus there's plenty going on up the hill in the main town and surrounding areas. Great stay!

Small Apartment

Small basic apartment, but had everything we needed. Balcany very small, but lovely sea views. Hosts picked up from the airport, and couldn't do enough for us. We could contact them at anytime through whats app, but we never had to.

Great Location with a lovely sea view

The apartment was very clean, well equipped with towels, bedding and kitchen equipment. It was a very quiet complex giving you a good nights sleep even though it was only one road back from the sea front. Elvira the owner was extremely helpful keeping in touch to see if we needed anything she even went out and bought us a shopping trolley to take to the supermarket to save us carrying shopping.She also spoke good English. Will stay there again if we return to Benalmadena again.

2 weeks in beautiful Benalmadena!

Elvira and her husband Carlo could not have been kinder hosts. They picked us up at the airport and drove us to their property. The apartment is just like the photos. The kitchen was well equipped and the balcony was a favourite spot for morning coffee and breakfast. We were also very happy with the location and our adventures in Spain! We’ll definately be back! Thank you!

One bed appt

Great location and hosts were very helpful. Interior is a bit dated but spotless. The pull out bed is really only a mattress to pop on top of the couch so don’t count on a 3rd adult staying easily. The nearby hotel entertainment is very loud but not at all the fault of owners but worth being aware of Complex is super quiet with great pool space. Local restaurants and bars on the doorstep

Thanks for your comments. The apartment is new and immaculate according to the opinions of our many and varied clients. The music from the nearby hotel's entertainment program is turned off during off hours. This is agreed with the nearby neighbors. You have to understand that if we want to vacation next to the promenade and the beach there are hotels and a somewhat special atmosphere, but our apartment is in a very quiet area. Cheers Elvira

It delivers everything it promised

The apartment was everything it said plus. There are extra basic items which we have never had in our previous apartments. Elvira our host was attentive without being intrusive. Without doubt if we visit this area again this is the first apartment we will check if it is available. Everything is fully equipped, WiFi is excellent, Prime tv gives plenty of entertainment. Little gem!

The apartment was exactly what we needed as a base for playing the many golf courses in the area. Carlos and Elvira gave us a warm and friendly welcome. The apartment was very well equipped. Our hosts had thought of everything you could possibly need such as water in the fridge, fruit in the bowl, socket adapters, hairdryer and washing tablets! All of this was much appreciated. There are restaurants within easy walking distance and the area was quiet. Parking was right outside. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location

Elvira was there to meet us upon arrival and told us everything we needed to know about the utilities and access. The apartment was perfect with a great balcony and had everything we needed, it is also in a fabulous location just a few hundred yards from the beach and in the opposite direction a few hundred yards away is the beautiful Paloma Park. The wi-fi was the best we have experienced overseas which was important to us. The on site communal pool was also fabulous, we are beach people but went to the pool on 3 occasions during the 2 weeks and were the only people there. Elvira told us if there were any problems not to hesitate to contact her which was reassuring to know. Staying here was a wonderful experience and we intend to stay here again on our next visit to Benalmadena. Thanks for everything Elvira.

Excellent property in a great location

Just returned to a damp and cold UK after a fabulous 10 days in hot and sunny Benalmadena. The property was beautiful and well equipped including shower gel, soap, washing-up-liquid etc. which in our experience are not normally provided. We arrived late into Malaga, just after mid-night and Elvera and her son were there to meet us and transfer us to the apartment, which was so kind of them and Elvira maintained contact with us throughout our stay in case we had any problems or questions. The apartment is practically front-line and from the balcony, which incidentally gets the sun until early afternoon, has a lovely view of the sea. The property is a minute from the beautiful sea front promenade and perfectly located in easy reach of the Train station, supermarkets, taxi rank etc. We couldn't fault the apartment or Benalmadena and hopefully one day we will return. Great area

Elvira & Juan are excellent hosts and very helpful. The apartment is as described. Lots of extras that you do not normally get, such as cleaning materials and personal cleaning items, toiler paper etc. The only downsides were , for us, the bed was too hard. Would have liked better ( firmer ) & more pillows, again a personal choice. The location is great close to bars & restaurants, 5/6 euros in a taxi to Marina, although it is a lovely walk, if you go down to the promenade. Close to bus stops so great if you want to visit other areas. The one thing that really gets me states has satellite TV etc it should specify if you can get UK channels, other than just BBC News. I know I am on Holiday but on a 2 week stay I want a few nights in & watching TV. Luckily I bought my laptop & was able to watch Prime, but it was not what I expected. This is NOT the owners fault, but I would not have booked if I knew the limitations on TV, I would have probably booked elsewhere. If we were staying just a week it would not really be a problem. Also I know some people do not want TV, its just something that I think is misleading. Overall a really good stay.

Nice property clean and very well equipped

After a bit of a hiccup at the start our stay at Elvira's apartment was lovely. Elvira, her son and her husband were very helpful throughout our time at the property. The property has a lovely balcony that greets the morning sun, the complex is small well maintained and cleaned daily. We had everything available in the apartment we could possibly need. The small touches of water in the fridge, fruit bowl and bathroom paper were very welcome. We have been to Benalmadena many times it is a beautiful place with many activities to keep you busy, the beach is a stones throw away from the apartment, strolling along the promenade with excellent choices of local fish and traditional dishes is a must. About a 10 minute walk to the Puerto Marina is stunning in the evening and totally worth the walk. A short 2 minute walk from the apartment is the beautiful parque de la Paloma, you have a choice of 3 coffee shops and you could spend the whole day with children counting the wildlife within the park including zebra spotting. A bus stop is practically on your doorstep which will take you to arroyo de la miel where you can shop or take the train. Alternatively you can continue onto the beautiful old whitewashed town of Benalmadena Pueblo. Within the complex the onsite pool area is small but adequate if you do not like swimming in the sea. Overall our experience was excellent and I would highly recommend staying with Elvira she is a warm, welcoming and lovely person. She respects your privacy but is also always available if you need anything. Thank you Elvira and family it would be a pleasure to stay with you again. Regards Ann and Martin

Lovely apartment in a perfect location with a very lovely and helpful owner

The apartment is compact but perfectly adequate for 3 people. It is bright, modern, neat and tidy and perfectly located just up from the windmill roundabout in central Benalmadena. The views are fabulous and the balcony offers sunshine from early morning until around mid afternoon (in April). The owner- Elvira, could not be more lovely and helpful and her husband also met us on arrival and provided us with all the information we needed about the apartment even though it was late evening when we arrived. The apartment is well stocked with kitchen equipment and utensils. Elvira was also kind enough to leave the basics for cleaning and cooking which we found most useful. There is a standard sized oven and fridge with a hob, toaster, kettle and hand blender. There were ample towels and bedding all of which were very clean. Everything you could need for a home from home! The pool for the complex was nice (if a little chilly in April but that didn't stop my kids from spending plenty of time in there!) the pool area was nice and clean and quiet so no jostling for sun loungers! In the local area you have the beach within 2 mins walk, as is Paloma Park. If you walk through Paloma Park you arrive at Selwo Marina which is great for the dolphins, sea lions and penguins amongst others. Selwo is approx a 10 min stroll through the park. The local beaches are lovely with a mix of sun beds (for hire at 5 euros per day) and plenty of vacant areas for setting up if you have your own chair/towel. There are lots of shops and restaurants on the front to choose from and you can walk along the sea front to the Marina which is about 15 mins away where there is also much to see and do. My personal favourite to stop for a snack or a drink was Palm 5 bar on the sea front where the views are fabulous, the food and drink reasonable and the staff very friendly and genuinely happy. A great place! All in all a fabulous holiday at a fabulous location in a perfect apartment with an owner that could not have been more helpful!

Elvira e Carlos “accoglienza perfetta”

Siamo Raffaella e Marco, ospiti a Benalmadena nell’appartamento di Elvira e Carlos. Abbiamo trovato l’alloggio comodissimo come posizione (per le nostre esigenze) arredato e con tutto ciò di cui potevamo aver bisogno. La struttura nel complesso è gestita molto bene, molto gradevole con parecchio “verde” e una piscina mai sovraffollata ! L’appartamento, pur se dotato di condizionatore, per noi è risultato gradevolmente fresco e non abbiamo mai dovuto usufruirne. La cucina dotata di tutto ciò che può essere utile e tutto ordinato e pulito.Ringraziamo Elvira e Carlos e chiediamo ancora scusa per aver procurato un danno per il quale non ci hanno fatto contestazioni. Noi speriamo di poter tornare ancora a Benalmadena perché è una località che risulta ideale per i nostri gusti. Grazie ancora e cordiali saluti ad Elvira e Carlos.

L’appartement était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Elvira est une hôte très attentionnée. Elle s’est informé régulièrement de nos besoins, à savoir s’il nous manquait quelque chose. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist wie beschrieben - alles da, was man braucht, lediglich sind die Schlafmöglichkeiten für 2 Erwachsene recht eingeschränkt. Das Bett ist <140 cm breit und die Matratze war uns viel zu hart. Die Ausziehcouch ist zum Schlafen für einen Erwachsenen auch nicht optimal möglich (180 cm lang), aber ist akzeptabel.

Appartement propre, petit mais tout est prévu pour un confort optimum, Elvira et son mari sont adorables et àl l’écoute. Seul bémol: la difficulté pour se garer, le parking devant la propriété est toujours plein du moins en Août. Sinon je recommande!

Très bon accueil d’Elvira,on peut toujours la joindre par message en cas de besoin et elle répond rapidement.L’appartement était propre et fonctionnel,le plus de l’appartement une climatisation que nous pouvions activités quand nous voulions et qui c’est avéré très agréable! Je recommande cette location.

Fin leilighet, sentrumsnært og kort vei til stranda. Alle tiders kommunikasjon med utleiere. Svært hjelpsomme, og de hentet oss på flyplassen mot et rimelig honorar.👍

I am a graduate in Tourism Business Management from the University of Vigo in Galicia.
In the family we speak English, German, French and Spanish.
My daughter Elena and son Ruben are also golf professionals and teach at the Parador and Benalmadena Golf Course, 10 minutes from the apartment.
We speak French, English and German and give private lessons of Spanish to foreign people.

It is one of the best areas of the Costa del Sol, with a large park next to the Paloma
Park, ideal for walking with children.
We take care of all the details and we are always in contact with our guests.
