RĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© Ă  un niveau Ă©levĂ©, cet appartement annexe au rez-de-chaussĂ©e comprend un parking et est situĂ© Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du magnifique parc Byes. À seulement 5-10 minutes Ă  pied de la plage, des magasins, des restaurants et des pubs. Chambre double confortable; douche spacieuse / salle d'eau; sĂ©jour avec coin cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©, avec plaques halogĂšnes, grand four, micro-ondes et lave-linge. Grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et bonne connexion WiFi. Petite cour extĂ©rieure commune avec table et chaises. Les propriĂ©taires vivent dans la maison principale et sont heureux de vous aider si nĂ©cessaire. Chiens bien Ă©levĂ©s bienvenus sur demande. Bon accĂšs en fauteuil roulant.

Sidmouth est une charmante ville de Régence avec un front de mer préservé et de nombreux magasins individuels et intéressants. Il y a une grande plage de sable à marée basse et l'accÚs au sentier de la cÎte sud-ouest - le visiteur n'a que l'embarras du choix pour de belles promenades et des vues fantastiques sur le littoral et la campagne. Bonnes liaisons de bus vers Exeter, Lyme Regis et d'autres villes voisines. Les installations de Sidmouth comprennent une piscine, un cinéma indépendant et un théùtre.

Firstly, a big 'Thank you' to Deborah and John, the hosts, for a warm, friendly welcome and helpful advice. The Annexe is delightful: cosy, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and in a lovely location. The Byes Park is so near and ideal for walking with my dog. We enjoyed visiting the Donkey Sanctuary, Bicton Gardens and the interesting town of Sidmouth itself. Well deserves a second visit.

The annexe that we stayed in was clean, welcoming and friendly. John and his wife are lovely people and always on hand if you need them. This is a brilliant advert for Sidmouth and one where we will no doubt visit again. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

The Annexe Sidmouth

This is our third stay here. The accommodation is excellent very clean and located in a good position for the Byes and a short walk to the beach. The parking is an added bonus.

A very comfortable and well equipped property. Its location so near The Byes was ideal for walking the dog and yet the town was within a 10 minute walk. The parking space very helpful! Our hosts were very welcoming and they were very tolerant of our embarrassingly noisy terrier.

Bright, comfortable, clean and well equipped especially in the kitchen area. The hosts were accommodating for changed circumstances and travel disruption. They were friendly and responded to messages very quickly. Superb location for park, beach, shops and walks.

Small but perfect

We had a very nice short break in Sidmouth. Perfect location for accessing the centre and the esplanade on foot, even the beautiful gardens on the other side of town. No need to use the car at all unless you want to go further afield. Would be very happy to stay at this property again in the future.

Amazing Location

Love the area and the coastal walks, perfect base for a short stay and great hosts. The accommodation is very compact and personally we found that it didn’t offer enough privacy with the hosts and family walking past frequently but this was our first experience of an annex!! and us being fussy rather than it being a problem.

Wonderful

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this wonderful annex accommodation. Own entrance, parking space, secure outside space for the dog, a stones throw from The Byes for excellent dog walking and 5 minutes into town and 10 minutes to seafront. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Just perfect. Which is why we keep returning.
