Villa on two levels in the locality Stella di mare on the coast for villasimius 15 km from cagliari. The sea star beach, made up of very fine sand, can be reached from the house in 1 minute. The house is located in a perfectly served village: public transportation to, tennis courts, pizzerias, pharmacies ... everything is nearby.
The ground floor of the house consists of a single large and bright room with kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. The upper floor consists of a bathroom, a double bedroom with climate and balcony, a second bedroom with two beds. The house has a garden of over 100 square meters with a large veranda furnished with a gazebo and table for outdoor dining, with barbecue and outdoor shower. All windows in the house have mosquito nets. Wi-Fi throughout the home. Canoe, bike and washing machine available.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé 8 jours très dépaysants, en famille, dans cette petite maison bien située pour découvrir la région et bien adaptée pour permettre à chacun de se reposer, profiter de la plage, des petits déjeuners à l'ombre sur la petite terrasse et des soirées avec barbecue côté jardin ... Nous espérons revenir bientôt !
