Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that Villa Sunrise did not meet your personal expectations. However, we would like to clarify several points for future guests. Villa Sunrise is a 480 m² villa arranged over three levels. The entire layout of the property, including the bedrooms, living areas, facilities and connection between the levels, is clearly documented in the listing photographs and description before booking. A 480 m² villa is naturally distributed over several levels and is not presented as a single-floor apartment. We also respectfully disagree with describing Villa Sunrise as a “budget property” or “extremely cheaply appointed”. The villa offers 480 m² of living space, a private salt-water pool, sea views, multiple terraces, 9 bedrooms and a location only a short walk from the sea and Rt Kamenjak. For context, this review is an exception to the feedback we normally receive. Our other guest reviews have been consistently very positive, with five-star ratings. We understand that every guest has different expectations and preferences, and we respect that Villa Sunrise was not the right match for this guest.
