We booked this apartment as we wanted to be in an area close to the beach and easy to get into the city. The apartment was clean, the check in process was simple and Fernando (the host) was fantastic with communication and made us feel welcome. The area is more residential but there are a number of cafes and shops nearby (including a small supermarket across the road). It was very easy to get to from the airport, with the metro line to the airport being a 10 min walk away (with trams into the city being a minute walk from the apartment)

Brilliant place and superb owner communication

The apartment is in a nice quiet block with plenty of space and a small balcony (2x chairs max). 3x bedrooms, good size TV and a washing machine (plus the usual kitchen facilities etc.) which was ideal for us as we only had hand luggage! The local area has plenty to keep you busy, 5/10min walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets only a few minutes away! The centre of town is less than a 10Euro fare. We will definitely come here again when we re-visit (hopefully it will be free for our dates!) Overall, great accommodation and super easy to find and access! The owner/ management team were absolutely superb and instant in their replies for a couple of general queries we had (luggage storage for the last day and wifi code), we can not thank them enough! Thank you!

Excellent accommodation in our favourite neighbourhood

We loved the accommodation, it was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The host, Fernando, was very helpful and friendly from long before our arrival until we sadly checked out, even down to picking me up some milk on his way to visiting us once we had settled in. A lovely touch which was appreciated because we were all exhausted after a long journey. I fell in love with Canañal a few years ago and this accommodation was perfectly placed for everything the neighbourhood has to offer. Its close to the beach, marina a myriad of bars/restaurants and also well serviced by trams (connecting to the metro) so if you want to visit the city centre you are only a quick tram ride away. I most definitely recommend this flat. The area may be a bit quiet for some but if you want the full Spanish experience and way of life this is the place for you. Jim

Do not rent this flat

Beds very uncomfortable, tv does not working, heating does not working, bad neighborhood, old furnitures. We went with my family, wife and 2 daughters. After 30 min in this flat we decided go to a hotel even losing my money. I really don't recommend this flat.

Dear Jose Maria. Hmmm. First of all I find it strange that you write your comment in English since it clearly isn´t your language. It seems that you really want to recommend hotels over renting apartments. Every comment for this apartment has been 5 stars and then you come along and give it a 1... If you have a mission of giving a bad image of short rentals and in particular mine, I suggest you try by giving it a 3 or a 2 star, because if not it is too obvious. I can only say that people like you give a bad name to tourism, and that I am not going to let all my hard work be ruined by someone like yourself. No regards whatsover

Well maintained and comfortable apartment in a good location

The apartment is in an excellent location, close to bars, restaurants, supermarket and ice cream parlours. It is a short walk to the beach. It has excellent transport links into the city centre. The kitchen was well equipped and included a washing machine which meant I didn't need to take many clothes. The beds were comfortable with linen supplied. Towels were also supplied. Fernando was very accommodating and made the difference between a good holiday and a great holiday. I would definitely return to Valencia and would be more than happy to stay in this apartment again should it be available.
