Best deal in town

Nice place. Comfortable for 5 adults and a baby. Great location. Best air conditioning we've experience in Europe. Best deal for the money in Valencia.

Nice quiet location in "the old city". Clean and fully functional apartment: feels like being a local! Also, Peter was super responsive and very helpful.

Excellent apartment in Valencia old town

A spacious 4 bedroom apartment in a quiet street within Valencia “old town” - a perfect location to tour the city. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds with nice bed linen. It was well equipped. Communication with the owner regarding checkin and checkout was prompt and very helpful.

Great location, really nice place

Check in and check was really easy. Very convenient to the bus stops as well as shopping and tourist attractions. The place was immaculate when we entered with plenty of room for 7 of us to spread out when we needed to. The kitchen was fully functional and really helpful to have with that many people on vacation together. Thanks for a great first time VRBO stay!

Schöne saubere Wohnung in der Altstadt von Valencia. Sehr gut um fussläufig die Stadt zu erkunden. Der Vermieter ist nett, freundlich und antwortet schnell auf e-Mails. Die Küchenausstattung ist auch Okay. Die Betten haben normale Matratzen nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich. Die Bäder und Duschen sind ausreichend groß. Preis-Leisungverhältnis passt. Alles in Allem Empfehlenswert.

Prima slaapkamers, goede bedden, 2 badkamers. Wij hebben niet gekookt, maar mogelijkheid was er wel. Prima communicatie met Peter wel via app. Bakker en supermarktje dicht bij. Prima locatie in de oude stad, alles op loop afstand.

Peter and his wife Annie were brilliant! Very responsive and exceedingly helpful. The apartment was spotless, spacious and modern. The bedrooms were large and fully equipped. Central to everything and within walking distance. The metro is a few minutes away for easy access too. We needed information with travel to the start of a half marathon, then where to leave our luggage on our last day as our flight was not until late - Peter was very quick to help us with both. We would highly recommend this property.

Nette Wohnung in toller Altstadt-Lage

Wir hatten mit 4 Paaren eine schöne Zeit in Peters Wohnung. Die Lage direkt in der Altstadt ist toll, alle 4 Zimmer und die Wohnküche haben eine Klimaanlage, die braucht es in Valencia unbedingt. Die Betten waren für unsere Männer etwas zu kurz und die Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein - ein paar kleine Löffel und vor allem eine Kaffeemaschine wären toll. Ein paar mehr Gläser und Tassen würden auch nicht schaden. Das hat uns aber nicht so sehr gestört, wir konnten die herrliche Stadt von dort prima erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit Peter war problemlos, Check-in und Check-out sehr einfach, alles top.

Schoon app met alles wat je nodig hebt

Rustig gelegen en toch in het centrum . zaken als peper/zout, wc-papier zijn aanwezig. Dat scheelt een hoop inkopen doen. Prima bedden. Alle apparatuur is aanwezig en werkt prima!

Net appartement met goed uitgeruste keuken, twee badkamers en vier slaapvertrekken. Het is gelegen in het oud stadsgedeelte op een paar minuten stappen van het centrum.

Absolutely superb!

The property was exactly as detailed, very clean and really well equipped, literally everything you need. The location is fantastic, a really quiet apartment, but only a few minutes walk to the old town and all it's attractions. Check in and out couldn't have been easier, and Peter is an exceptional host. He responded to all of our requests almost immediately and was really helpful, giving great advice on luggage storage etc. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Perfect location and great apartment

This was perfect for our visit to Valencia. Our family of 7 found the apartment to be very comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. It was quiet but in an amazing area. Would recommend to anyone. Peter was very accommodating also.
