Palm Tree Villa is a Luxury home away from home with 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms spread over 1834 sq ft of livable space. Completely renovated in 2016 to the highest standard with all new pool enhancements in 2018, the villa has all new amenities including brand new kitchen and appliances, granite worktops fitted throughout, state of the art movie & games room.

Master Bedroom with luxurious king size bed, complementing nightstands, chest of drawers and walk-in wardrobe. Flat screen Samsung Smart TV, Bose Soundtouch Bluetooth speaker. En-Suite with double vanity, walk-in shower, large soaking tub, separate toilet with access to pool deck.

The Star Wars themed twin room is designed to send its occupants to a galaxy far far away.  Featuring two twin beds, complementing nightstand and chest of drawers, let the quest with BB-8 begin. The room has its own dedicated integral wardrobe and Flat screen Samsung Smart TV. 

Find the land of Arendelle in the Sunshine State in the Frozen themed twin room.  Featuring two twin beds, complementing nightstand and chest of drawers. The room has its own dedicated integral wardrobe and Flat screen Samsung Smart TV. 

The family bathroom is equipped with a single vanity unit, shower bath, toilet and walk-in cupboard. 

Movie & Game Room with 100″ projection screen, Apple TV 4K, Bose surround sound, Xbox One, Blu-Ray player and full-size competition standard air hockey table.

The fully tiled open plan living area flows through to the kitchen and dining areas with plenty of seating for all at the dining table and granite breakfast island. The lounge boasts comfortable leather suites, 55” flat screen smart TV with over 220 channels including sports and movies. For those seeking some quiet time, they can relax in the comfortable accent chairs in the reading area.

The utility room boats large modern washing and drying facilities, iron and ironing board.

Outside the villa is a beautiful Southwest facing pool, in ground spa with ample seating and sun loungers for all  to enjoy in a fully screened enclosure overlooking the beautiful conservation area. Guest can enjoy poolside dining in the Lanai with ceiling fan and outside light.

Had an amazing stay at this property. Very clean pool area was amazing sun all day. Just perfect tried to book again for next year but fully booked :( just need to try the next year I would definitely stay here again location great close to restaurants and supermarket hosts amazing everything was great. Also I have never stayed at a villa that was as well stocked as this one which just added to the positive experience x defo be back

Wonderful stay!The home was conveniently located and accessible to everything we needed. The interior was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the thermostat worked perfectly throughout our stay. We did experience a few issues with some of the media devices, but the owner responded quickly and got everything up and running without delay.The features and amenities were high quality overall. The pantry, laundry area, and kitchen utensils were fully stocked, which made the stay even more convenient. We did have to familiarize ourselves with the convection-style oven, and the dishwasher could use a deep cleaning/rinse. The master bedroom shower door handle could also use a minor repair. Additionally, the bedroom TVs were a bit below expectations and may benefit from an upgrade.The home did have a slight stale smell at times, which improved once the temperature cooled down and a few plug-in fresheners were used during our stay.Even with these small items, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Great property for a very comfortable stay!

This house was perfect for a relaxing, weeklong vacation. We had a family of 7, ages from 3-75 and everyone was super comfortable with all rooms and amenities. The theater / game room with reclining seats was a great treat for family movie nights and entertainment for the kiddos. Pool was warm and deck furnished to comfort. Kitchen equipped with high end appliances, dining ware and cookware. The gated community was great for early morning walks and runs. We really enjoyed our time there and the hosts were super communicative. Highly recommend!

PLEASE don't even consider going anywhere else! This beautiful home has everything you can think of! Besides the amenities listed, you can expect: phone chargers by the beds, sanitizing cases for your phone, Disney lanyards complete with pins for trading, high quality bedding/towels, rain shower heads, wooden coat hangers in the closets, high end (Bosch) kitchen appliances and they all work, pantry with spices, a kitchen drawer with every utensil you need, dishwasher tabs, dishes for 8, large kitchen table with chairs/bench, bar with four quality stools, plastic glasses for the pool area, gorgeous pool...and it's sparkling clean as is all the furniture, high end washer and dryer that works beautifully, fabulous TVs in each bedroom, living room and OHHHH that huge projection screen in the movie room! Remotes WITH directions for games, DVDs, cable and streaming just add to the excitement! There is a security system that works! The code to the front door is one YOU pick so you never forget it; how thoughtful. The heating/air condition REALLY works...state of the art digital thermostat with DIRECTIONS. Chris and Michelle have thought about more than you would think of for this house. They have high quality Disney figures and artwork, a whiteboard to record every day's activities. Martin and Lennon are the local maintenance gentlemen...THEY ARE FABULOUS! I had a question about heating; someone was there immediately! After renting places for 24 years, this is the best house EVER!

This was our thirth time in this villa. Contact with Chris and Michelle is always easy and they give a quick respond. We noticed that there are wireless chargers in the master bedroom and livingroom, which is really convenient. The house was very clean and is well situated near all parcs. We enjoyed Disney Springs 😀. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us!

This house was wonderful and had everything you need. So well equipped with literally everything you could think of. The cutest calendar board in the kitchen with magnets to mark your days and plans. Coolers to use if need be with ice packs. The softest bath towels. Plenty of plugs for you to put your cords in and charge your devices. we loved the movie room. so comfy and we also loved playing air hockey. also they have the custest set up for disney lovers in the movie room with lanyards and buttons if u go to disney and exhange with others (i think thats what its for) It was just such a cute house, great location, and we loved our stay. Chris and Michelle were easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. Thank you for making our soccer trip stay great and memorable.

I would like to say that the house was beautifully decorated and didnt disappoint with amenties. However, I would reconsider my cleaning service. Crumbs everywhere, loose trash in bucket. Soiled linens and mattress. I dont understand how paying for a whole a day yet you have to wait until 4pm for cleaning purpores and it was visibly not well tended too. Thank you to the owners for a beautiful place. Thumbs down on the cleaning!

We had a fabulous time staying at Palm Tree Villa for our vacation. It is truly a dream home. We felt safe in the gated community. Had privacy and freedom to do enjoy our vacation our way. Our only challenge was wondering how to contact someone to help us with noisy neighbors. The provided information asked not to call 911 for these matters, but only to contact the property manager during regular business hours unless it was an emergency. After about an hour of noise keeping us awake for a couple nights in a row, we ended up going over to the neighbor and letting them know we were having trouble sleeping due to the noise. Everything was fine the rest of the night. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to go back to Palm Tree Villa again in the future!

Excellent Disney adventure

Everything on this property was great. The location is perfect to Disney, especially after a long day. We were home real quick. There was a slight issue, however the owner was on it right away. It’s nice to know the owner answers quickly. Everything inside was great. From the silverware to the amenities of the house. The fenced in community with security helped me sleep at night knowing I could focus on the trip and being with my family and friends. I would 100% book this again the next time Disney reels us back in for more fun.

With only a short distance to the Walt Disney World gate and other favourite Florida theme parks, this villa with its ideal location and conservation outlook felt perfect. We also loved the great facilities available at Windsor Palms Gated Resort Community.

The south-west facing Pool and Spa makes the most of the all-day sun.
