After a busy day at the theme parks, our spacious, well equipped villa is the perfect place for you to relax. With two master suites, the villa can easily be occupied by two families. Not overlooked by neighbours, the oversized south-facing pool and spa are a great place to enjoy family fun. The main lounge leads onto the pool deck, (doors are alarmed for child safety) and is equipped with a 65" flatscreen LCD TV. The family room gives children young and old the space to play board games, watch TV on the 50" flatscreen TV, watch a DVD, or read a book. The Games Room has an 8ft slate-bed pool table, large air hockey table and a Basketball game. Just 3 minutes from the US192 with its restaurants, bars and attractions and 10 minutes from the I4, this property is very well appointed. A Walmart superstore and Publix supermarket are less than 5 minutes away, as is the beautiful Lake Louisa State Park with its 6 lakes to fish, kayak/canoe on and trails for hiking and horse-riding. We offer Late Checkout by 6pm as standard where possible, so on your last day at Villa Rhapsody you can relax before going to the airport, without having to worry about where to leave your cases for the day. Late checkout would be confirmed at the time of booking if available. Please note that there is a minimum stay requirement of 14 nights during Christmas/New Year and Easter. Pool/spa heat is £35 per day, minimum of 3 days.

Perfect place for the whole family to get together

We enjoyed spending Thanksgiving at the Villa. The pool area with its large dining table was perfect for meals and pleasant to hang out at other times.

Gorgeous Home

We have stayed in this neighborhood four times and this was our absolute favorite booking. The house is beautiful inside and out (landscaping), and very well appointed. We found everything we needed. The pool area, lanai, and view out back are very peaceful. We even discovered a walking trail on our last day that we have missed in years past, and had a beautiful walk around the ponds and fields where we observed cranes, egrets, and even a really big tortoise! Shelley and Tom are easy to get ahold of and extremely kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property.

Clean, comfortable, private and excellent communication

Great house perfect for our family of 5; very clean with great facilities and very comfortable beds. Pool was an excellent size and despite the cold temperatures the spa was very hot and a great spot to watch the Disney fireworks from. Communication with Shelley was outstanding and exceptionally quick, and we were very grateful for her making a Christmas tree and some decorations available to us too! Would recommend and would happily stay again on future trips.

Another great vacation in this amazing villa

Another long stay (over 3 weeks) in Shelley's amazing villa, Shelley is a great host with great communication and her villa is awesome. We had pool heating again as it was November and the pool is a great temperature for the kids and the spa hot tub is great also.

A home away from home !

It was a real pleasure to stay in this villa for 3 weeks. Everything was perfect for us and we were sad to say goodbye on our last day. The location is excellent, beautiful views poolside and an added bonus of the fireworks. I rarely give 5 star reviews but I couldn't find fault anywhere. The villa owner (Shelley) was very accommodating when covid hit and we had to move our dates forward. Thank you for such a great experience and we will be returning soon.

Beautiful views and a lovely place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here, it’s a lovely house with a really super view. The house has everything you’d need, the master bed was comfortable and actually had decent pillows too! We had pool heat although the pool didn’t feel particularly warm, but it’s a large pool and we appreciated the refreshing swim in the heat of the day. Overall great and we’d stay there again.

Amazing stay in a superb villa

This property is very special and we’re so pleased to have found it! We stayed for a couple of weeks recently and found that this villa was in an ideal location for us - groceries and restaurants nearby, and only around half an hour to Disney! The villa is incredibly spacious, clean and tidy, and it has everything you would need to have the most fantastic holiday. The pool area is fabulous and the views are stunning - added bonus is that you can watch the fireworks every night too! Would highly recommend this villa; we’re hoping to return again one day soon!

Fantastic with attention to a few small details.

Overall the villa was wonderful. Very quiet, relaxing with a great pool and jacuzzi. A few small details: the lower lock on the front door wasn't quite aligned to lock easily. Instructions on how to operate the kettle. Following a power cut - a to do list and how to get power back on. We managed to restart all but the pool. We contacted the management company but had to call twice to get them to come out. Poor communication.

Excellent Property

Villa is spacious, clean and well equipped. Pool is a good size and totally private with an excellent view of local wildlife and the Disney fireworks. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and responded to all communication very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Excellent Property

Stayed at this property for 3 glorious weeks. Pool was heaven and position for seeing the fireworks at night brilliant. We have stayed at other properties in the area, but this beats all the others. If had to give a negative, a fan under the lanai would have been nice. Sad to leave and would visit again. Thank you the Elliott and Hacker families

Lovely Villa in Perfect Location for the Parks

We loved our stay at Villa Rhapsody. The outdoor space and pool area is superb, very private with a nice view over a nature reserve. Location wise the property is great, a relatively short drive to the major theme parks and close to the lovely town of Clermont where you can escape the hustle and bustle of commercial Orlando and grab a nice breakfast at a number of independent establishments.

Lovely house, great communication

There were a few maintenance issues when we arrived, but Shelley and Tom both responded really quickly. The house was comfortable, well equipped with a great location, really close to Disney and in a lovely neighbourhood. The added bonus of watching the fireworks every evening!

Just what we wanted and hope to come back

Wow we have had an amazing time, the villa was perfect for what we wanted and needed. The games room was great we played pool and the basketball game. Pleased we had the pool heated it wasn’t too warm which we were worried about. We added the bbq which was really easy to use. Perhaps some more bbq tools could have been handy- metal tongs for example. Great added bonus of the firework display on the evenings. We hope to come again but bring friends or family with us as there was plenty of space. We chose this villa although there was just two of us because of the outside area, pool size and game room but we didn’t need all the bedrooms. Really easy location as well, publix just down the road was our go to shop- we didn’t actually go to any other grocery stores at all! Really lovely villa

Missing it already!

We had a great stay at Villa Rhapsody. Shelley was excellent throughout our booking and very accommodating at times where our trip was in doubt due to covid. Thank fully all went ahead as planned and we wish it could have lasted longer. A little tlc is needed here and there around the property but this didn’t impact our stay whatsoever, just cosmetic things. Villa was very secure, very spacious, beds very comfortable and lots of towels and lovely pool area which wasn’t overlooked at all and looked out onto wildlife. We enjoyed watching the Disney fireworks from the pool. The villa is set in a friendly and quiet neighbourhood and a short drive from lots of things to do and places to eat. Highly recommend and would stay again, thank you!

Awesome villa

We have stayed in many villa in Florida, this was the best by some margin. Villa is exactly as described in the listing, the Orange Tree development that it is on is a very quiet neighbourhood. didn't hear any close neighbours once in 10 days. Things we particularly liked:- Pool was well heated and up to temperature on arrival. The gas pool heater got the pool to temperature very quickly. All bedrooms and bathrooms were well furnished Loads, and I mean loads of towels and pool towels. Premium channels included on all TVs Excellent games room, in fantastic condition. Air conditioning/heating very good Pool is completely private, has a lovely view, and you can see the Disney fireworks from the pool area in the evenings A small thing but important to us the front door is very secure and the house is alarmed Beds and sofas all very comfortable Communication from Shelley was great and everything was as promised. We'll definitely stay here again in the future.

Winter in Florida

Rhapsody villa was first class for our Florida visit. It is obviously well maintained and equipped, and situated in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The pool area is secluded with open views and the heated pool was ideal for winter. Shelley is great to deal with, answering queries very quickly. I would thoroughly recommend the villa for a Orlando vacation.

Lovely spacious villa

Had a great 4 week stay at Shelley's villa, communications with Shelley prior to, and during our stay, were great. The villa was lovely, one of the best we have stayed in, and in a lovely location with views of the Disney fireworks in the evenings. The equipment available in the villa all worked well, everything we needed was there and we had a great holiday. Thanks for making our holiday so enjoyable Shelley.

Great house

The property is very nice and it has most of the thing you require for your vacation. The house require some maintenance for the bathroom toilet for the flash. A lot of small ants seen in the bathroom. Also for the swimming pool it will be nice it we could play our music there by connected to any speaker I try to use the one in the game room by buying the accessories from Walmart by didn’t work with our phones. The pool heater I didn’t see an need for because still water was cold in the Jacuzzi and the setpoint 88 which very low for jacuzzi. As far of the location, you always require between 30 to 45 min from the house to any tourist or attraction needed to go in Orlando. Overall I liked the house and I recommended to other for family vacation and it was a good value as well

Very easy process and wonderful Villa to stay in! Minor damage to pool canopy caused by storm but management company swiftly repaired it the next day! Excellent location and would love to stay again!!

Beautiful holiday home

Loved the decor, and layout of the house, and the lovely view from the pool area. It was slightly further from Disney than we've stayed before, but not too far, and in a great location for access to restaurants, shops and the 192. It is one of the most well decorated/accessorised Florida villas I've ever seen, and had almost everything we could wish for. It would have been useful to have some bin bags provided, and a few basic cleaning things to last even a couple of days to start us off, but everything else was fantastic. The cot, highchair and especially stroller were invaluable to us travelling with a 12 month old. Having children with us, the door alarms were reassuring too. Thank you for a great stay, we will definitely recommend the villa and would hope to stay again.

I live in West Sussex in the UK, and have been travelling to Florida with my husband and two sons since 2005. We all love to travel, and have visited many countries together.

My working life was in Customer Service management, and I am very keen to make sure our holiday homes are always well-maintained, welcoming and as comfortable as possible, to give guests the perfect base for their well-earned holiday. It's very rewarding that so many of our guests have enjoyed the villa so much, they choose to come back to Villa Rhapsody for more holidays.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Having visited for the first time in 2005, we decided in 2010 to buy a holiday home to share with others. There's so much to see and do, with fun to be had by all generations!

The villa is ideally placed to access all the Disney and Universal theme parks (and many more!). There are also many restaurants to be found on the US27 and on the nearby US 192, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies and other amenities on your doorstep.

Florida certainly earns its title as the Sunshine State as well, which is a definite attraction for us!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Villa Rhapsody is a great place for multi-generational stay. It comfortably accommodates two families with its spacious layout, but is equally suited to smaller groups who just want a bit more space. The pool patio is private, secluded, and enjoys added bonus of a lovely view of the Conservation area - home to many birds, and some pretty vocal toads in the wetter months - an event that gave rise to the naming of Villa Rhapsody!

You can also watch Disney's Fireworks at a distance, every evening from the Pool Patio. Many of our guests have commented on how much their families have enjoyed this.

We put a lot of effort into making sure the villa is upgraded regularly. The most recent updates were retiling the pool, adding new patio furniture, partially double-glazing the house to help keep it cool for you, and some more minor decorating.

We'd love for you to enjoy Villa Rhapsody as much as we do, and hope it gives you the space and comfort to relax and unwind after doing all the activities that are on offer in the area!
