Tolles Haus! Fantastische Lage. Bis auf eines hat jedes Schlafzimmer Meerblick und ein eigenes Bad. Laut Besitzerin wurde es in den 1930ern gebaut. Deshalb hat es viel Charme. Damals sicher das luxuriöseste, was man bekommen konnte. Im Souterrain wohnt der Hausmeister. Super nett und hilfsbereit. Der kleine Strand ist schön. Die Straße zwischen Haus und Strand ist nicht sehr stark befahren und es gibt ein Zebrastreifen. Die Autos halten sehr brav an. Mit kleinen Kindern dennoch Vorsicht!

Villa mit tollen Ausblick und toller Lage

Die Villa ist es etwas in dem Alter gekommen und bedarf einigen kleinen (Schönheits-)Reparaturen. Aber ansonsten ist die Villa super ausgestattet. In der Küche ist sowohl nespresso Maschine als auch eine Filtermaschine vorhanden. Wir waren als Großfamilie mit 4 Generationen und Kinder im Alter von 8 monaten bis 5 Jahren dort. Alle haben es genossen. Die Nähe zum Strand ist für kinder unschlagbar. Die Aussicht für die Erwachsenen toll und die Nähe zum Ort, 10 Minuten zu Fuß, für alle ok. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausverwalter sowie mit der Eigentümerin ist super. Sie sind beide sehr nett und versuchen auf Wünsche wie z.B. Reinigubgskraft, Bettwäsche, einzugehen und zu erfüllen. Der Hausmeister, der in der unteren Wohnung wohnt, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns auch den einen oder anderen Tipp gegeben. Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

Nous avons séjourné en juin dans cette magnifique villa, tout est conforme à la description et aux précisions données par le propriétaire, très disponible et efficace. Les pièces sont spacieuses, le tout est très fonctionnel, et très bien équipé, l'accès immédiat aux terrasses permet une vie dehors très agréable. La plage de la Baumette est idéale pour les enfants, il y a deux petites plages privées où on peut louer des matelas et parasols et très bien manger. ​L​e propriétaire prête son kayak​, qui est facile a transporter...​ L'accès aux commerces et à la plage en deux minutes sont vraiment des points appréciables, et la vue sur la baie est incroyable. Nous sommes heureux de recommander cette villa dans laquelle nous reviendrons.
