The East Wing at Lower Broom Farm is a recently purpose built annexe attached to the family home, and yet it is completely self contained with its own front and back doors. For the 2018 season we have replaced and upgraded lots of furniture and equipment to make your stay even more comfortable! We are situated in the quiet hamlet of Thomas Chapel a few minutes away from the village of Kilgetty with a Co-op Foodstore, chemist, hairdressers, Post Office, Fish and Chip shop, Chinese takeaway and an excellent Indian Restaurant, it also has two Public Houses, and is served by a train station, bus services and National Express stop . In addition there is a village stores with off licence, tobacco and Lottery a five minute walk down our lane. Saundersfoot , Wisemans Bridge and Amroth are less than 10 minutes drive away, Tenby just a little further. The popular Market town of Narberth is 5 miles north and the main trunk roads serving West Wales, the A40 and A477 are on the doorstep, making it the ideal base for touring Pembrokeshire and West Wales. There are public footpaths and bridle ways close by with access on to the Landsker Borderlands Trail and Miners Path, which is a nice circular walk passing the Begelly Arms public house. Oakwood theme park is 10 minutes away as is Bluestone and Folly Farm - West Wales most loved tourist attraction is just round the corner, our fields border some of the animal enclosures and with the wind in the right direction you can sometimes hear the lions roaring!

Open plan through to dining area with extending table and six chairs, CD stereo with Bluetooth connectivity to play music from your smartphone or MP3. There is free WiFi available throughout the property and in the garden. Please note that from October 2017 we are now connected up to Fibre Broadband! There are six mains USB sockets for charging your mobile devices around the house.
At the top of the stairs is a"no trip" stair gate, the main front facing bedroom has a king size bed, full height mirrored wardrobes with ample storage space, dressing table with Hair Drier provided, LCD TV with Freeview, armchair, en-suite with Thermostatically controlled shower, corner bath with shower attachment.
Bedroom 2 is a comfortable double room with lovely views to the gardens and fields and the rear of the property, LCD Freeview TV, Hair Drier provided. En-suite having full sized shower enclosure with electric shower.
Bedroom 3 has full sized metal bunk beds, ideal for the kids, OR will accommodate an adult on the bottom bunk, this bedroom has a LCD TV with DVD and Freeview, there is a small dressing room adjacent with a small wardrobe for storage. Please note that occupiers of this room would have to use one of the en suites in the main bedrooms, but there is the toilet downstairs.
All bed-linen and towels are provided, please note all duvets are "All season" and can be made up for 4, 9 or 13.5 tog according to the season.
Outside there is ample safe parking, concrete steps from the back door take you into the sunny garden with table chairs and parasol, where you can relax with a drink or alfresco meal catching the sun going down.
There is secure storage available for bicycles.
There are mains powered smoke alarms on both floors, double glazing throughout and a combination oil fired boiler providing constant hot water.
This is a NON SMOKING property and we are sorry but NO PETS ALLOWED due to chickens, sheep and ponies on the land.
