Exceptional and unique villa, very close to the beach, with a large private pool and spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the sun and the sea, with the great intimacy that this villa provides, which facilitates the possibility of relaxing with the murmur of the waves, and / or delight the view with the nearby Playa de La Concha and the impressive cruises that pass in front of the Ville.

It has 4 bedrooms -all exterior and with sea views-, 4 bathrooms (2 en suite), fully equipped kitchen and a living room with flat-screen TV next to the pool with which it is possible to receive-via satellites- the signal of numerous TV stations. The Wifi signal covers the two floors of the house. It has air conditioning in the living room and in three rooms on the top floor.

It has two terraces and barbecue on the ground floor and one more terrace on the top floor.

You also have easy access to the endless promenade that runs along the coast from Arrecife to Puerto del Carmen, crossing many coves and beaches, with numerous bars, restaurants and entertainment places for children and adults.

Check in normally after 3:00 pm and check out before 11:00 am. Ask before arrival and departure for possible exceptions.

Up to 9 people can stay, but no more guests are allowed than those originally indicated in the reservation (Organic Law 4/2015, of March 30, on the Protection of Citizen Security).

If traveling with children, check with the host. There are security doors available for them, as well as a high chair and a fence for the bed. As there is a swimming pool, being on the terraces children must be supervised at all times by a nearby adult. We decline all responsibility for breach of that rule.

The pool is cleaned weekly with natural products. It is mandatory to shower before using it in order to preserve the high quality of the water. Avoid running and jumping. No food or drinks are allowed inside it. Especially avoid entering with bottles or glasses. From November to April the pool can be heated on demand and for an extra charge. Please consult the owner at least one week before your arrival.

Patio chairs and lounge cushions should be stored inside the villa in the afternoon, to preserve their quality and to prevent animals (such as cats) from sleeping in them.

Remember that you are on an island, which means that almost everything has to be brought or produced in difficult conditions. Please make rational use of water and electricity.

Smoking is only allowed on the outdoor terraces.

Animals are not allowed.

Events are not allowed.

The garage is not available, but there is usually enough free street parking.

Keep in mind that you are in a quiet residential neighborhood. Guests commit to respectful behavior with neighbors and avoid doing anything that might bother them, such as screaming, listening to loud music, etc., especially after 10 pm.
