Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenhalt in diesem Apartment auf Madeira. Die Lage war ein optimaler Startpunkt fĂŒr alle Unternehmungen. Sehr nah an Funchal und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigt haben. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wĂ€ren Balkonmöbel fĂŒr den hinteren Balkon, wobei es auf dem lĂ€nglichen einen kleinen Tisch mit zwei StĂŒhlen gab, der fĂŒr uns ausreichend war. Die Kommunikation mit Marco war freundlich und zuverlĂ€ssig. Wir haben auch viele Insider Tipps fĂŒr die Insel bekommen :)Alles in allem hatten wir einen super Urlaub!

Netter Vermieter mit kleiner aber feiner Unterkunft

Wir wurden nett empfangen und haben auch gleich Tipps und Infos zur Insel an die Hand bekommen. Das war sehr hilfreich. Die Wohnung ist so wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Auf der Terasse kann man zu jeder Tageszeit gemĂŒtlich sitzen. Man hört gegen Nachmittag hĂ€ufig Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, was aber nicht unbedingt schlimm war. Insegsamt war es fĂŒr unsere Aktivurlaub eine passende Unterkunft mit Baby

Langzeitaufenthalt ( 1 Monat Garajau )

Zwecks Langzeitaufenthalt diesmal eine FEWO. Der Internetauftritt des Appartement „Charme Garajau“ wirkte auf uns sehr ansprechend. 1800 € fĂŒr einen ganzen Monat schien uns zunĂ€chst auch angemessen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief im Vorfeld auch ok. Einen Tag vor Ankunft erhielten wir per WhatsApp die Adresse. WĂ€hrend der Taxifahrt vom Flughafen zum Appartement bekamen wir ĂŒber WhatsApp eine Flut von Informationen, dabei u.a. die Handynummer eines befreundeten Taxifahrers. Diesen hĂ€tten wir gerne in Anspruch genommen, denn die Taxifahrerin, in deren Taxi wir saßen kannte sich absolut nicht aus. Mehrere Telefonate ihrer- und unsererseits waren nötig, bis dass sie das Appartement gefunden hat. Außerdem gehörte sie zu der Kategorie Taxifahrern, die ihr Taxameter ausschalten. So zahlten wir fĂŒr diese Fahrt 30 € + 5 € Trinkgeld. Die gleiche Fahrt kostete uns regulĂ€r bei der RĂŒckreise 20,40 € +Trinkgeld. Diese Informationen einige Tage im Voraus, wĂ€re gut! Der erste Eindruck des Appartements war ok. Der Vermieter machte uns mit den Gegebenheiten vertraut. Sehr enttĂ€uschend war, dass die im Internet gezeigten Balkonmöbel komplett fehlten. Unserer Bitte, doch wenigstens 1 Sonnenliege zu bekommen, wurde nicht entsprochen. Das Appartement wird noch immer mit diesen Bildern beworben. Sehr störend auch das Hundegebell Tag/Nacht in der Nachbarschaft !Trotz zweier Balkone nur Bergblick und HausdĂ€cher. Seeblick nur bedingt. PreisleistungsverhĂ€ltnis nicht ok!

Schönes Apartment in guter Lage

Moderne Wohnung in Garajau - tolle Ausstattung (inkl Babybett, Kinderstuhl), netter Vermieter, Supermarkt, BĂ€ckerei, Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Toller Spielplatz fĂŒr jede Altersklasse fußlĂ€ufig in der NĂ€he.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances sur l'ßle de MadÚre. L'appartement est trÚs bien agencé et propre. A notre arrivée Marco nous attendait, il nous a bien conseillé sur les visites à faire. Il a été trÚs réactifs à nos interrogations et disponible. Je recommande trÚs vivement.

Madeira top und nicht das letzte mal.

Marco und Unterkunft total klasse. Wir hatten noch nie eine Saftpresse in einer Fewo. Doch hier ist alles dabei. Auto ist zu empfehlen, da alles auf Madeira am Berg gebaut ist. Tiefgarage vorhanden. Die Hunde und ihr Gekleffe kann dann das eine oder andere Mal schon etwas nerven.... Der Hahn mit seinem Morgen Gruß entschĂ€digt das dann wieder.

Nous souhaitons dire un grand merci Ă  Marco pour sa gentillesse,son professionnalisme et pour sa disponibilitĂ©. Nous sommes arrivĂ©s trĂšs tard il nous avait fait venir un taxi Ă  l'aĂ©roport et arrivĂ©e Ă  l'appart il nous avait achetĂ© des fruits,pain,lait,gĂąteau......... Nous avons passĂ©s 15 jours inoubliables sur cette belle Ăźle de MadĂšre. L'appartement est fidĂšle aux photos, il est spacieux, avec ces deux balcons terrasses oĂč l'on peu se relaxer aprĂšs de superbes randonnĂ©es. On est Ă  5 mns Ă  pied des commerces et 5 mns en voiture pour une grande surface. Nous avons louĂ© une voiture sur internet avant nĂŽtre dĂ©part Ă  caniço (personnel trĂšs pro et qui parle français). Que dire de plus si se n'ai que de recomander cet appart ainsi que cette Ăźle. Les adeptes de randonnĂ©es seront plus que ravis. Les restaurants sont aussi trĂšs bons ,les plats sont copieux et pas chers. Merci encore Marco. Sylvie.B

Que bela estadia

Estivemos na Ilha da Madeira no mĂȘs de Setembro, 10 dias que acabaram muito rapidamente. Mas que ilha Maravilhosa, muito linda. As pessoas muito atenciosas e simpĂĄticas. A comida Ă© excelente. Provamos a Famosa Espada preta com Banana, uma delĂ­cia. A Espetada, acompanhada com pĂŁo (chamam-lhe Bolo no Caco) e uma sangria, foi divinal. Bebemos a Chamada Poncha Regional, uma tĂ­pica bebida Madeirense, muito boa, mas convĂ©m nĂŁo abusar, pois aquece muito rĂĄpido. Fizemos duas Levadas, que sĂŁo caminhadas por entre as Serras ou Montanhas da ilha da Madeira, paisagens de cortar a respiração com tamanha beleza. Tivemos a sorte de encontrar este apartamento, recomendaram-nos este Site. Ao chegarmos ao Local, Marco muito atencioso, mostra-nos o Apt e o Local. Apartamento magnifico, espaçoso bem mobilado. Como era VerĂŁo as varandas grandes eram local de descanso ou de tomar um Copo. O apt Fica no Garajau, a 2 minutos a pĂ© de pastelarias com pĂŁo sempre fresquinho, restaurantes, Multibanco, rent a car e mais comercio. Uma praia a 5 minutos em que se desce a pĂ© ou de telefĂ©rico com agua tĂŁo limpa e clara. Com wifi e estacionamento gratuito, o Apt tem tudo para umas boas ferias. Amamos o Apartamento, Ă© Lindo. Adoramos o Local (Garajau) e Amamos a Ilha da Madeira Recomendo a estadia neste Apartamento e esta Linda e magnĂ­fica Ilha da Madeira

Merveilleuses vacances

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine trĂšs calme. L'appartement est spacieux et Ă©lĂ©gant. Avec de grands balcons qui nous invitent Ă  lire un livre, se dĂ©tendre au soleil ou manger un repas. Marco Ă©tait trĂšs sympathique et nous a guidĂ©s sur place. Bien situĂ©, avec beaucoup de commerce, pizza, restaurants, supermarchĂ©s, louer une voiture, distributeur automatique, pharmacie, et fast-food restaurant "Tourigalo" ces deux minutes de l'appartement. Également Ă  cinq minutes Ă  pied d'une plage "Garajau" trĂšs belle et l'eau claire. "Cristo Rei" Statue du Christ lieu magnifique un point de vue avec une belle vue sur la ville "Funchal" et l'ocĂ©an atlantique. Un semaine trĂšs bien fait, dans un bel appartement dans cette belle Ăźle de MadĂšre. Enfin, nous reviendrons l'annĂ©e prochaine, mais deux semaines. Nous recommandons ce bel appartement. Merci Ăźle de MadĂšre.

Charmoso little place

We went to Madeira in July and we stayed at this apartament. It was fabulous, very comfortable and beautiful, charming and well decorated. The balcony was a Nice surprise, we normally had dinner there , as the nights where very hot.It is very well located, near to supermarkts, pharmacy etc... Which for us was fantastic as we travelled with a baby. A Nice crib for the baby, pharmacy, cafés, restaurants...in a very beautiful, peaceful little corner of Madeira. We certainly will stay there on Our next holidays to Madeira.
