Nuestra casa de vacaciones es una casa moderna y espaciosa de reciente construcción.
casa con jardín, piscina, solarium con barbacoa (100m²) y tiene 3 habitaciones,
2 baños, cocina totalmente equipada (microondas, lavavajillas, nevera) y todo
Servicios como internet, aire acondicionado y mucho más.

Ubicado en San Pedro del Pinatar (España) en la provincia de Murcia, a menos de 400 metros de las playas del famoso Mar Menor (sur de la CostaBlanca), cerca de numerosas reservas naturales como el Parque Natural de Calblanque y el Parque Nacional de Salinas Y Arenales (lagos salados) ), donde son posibles numerosas actividades relajantes como la playa, los deportes, la cultura, el vino y la gastronomía, etc.

Nuestra casa de vacaciones ha sido cuidadosamente diseñada para ofrecerle los espacios de vida modernos individuales perfectos. Puertas corredizas de vidrio que dan acceso directo a una gran terraza con piscina privada, jardín vallado, cobertizo y estacionamiento. También hay una gran terraza (solárium) para disfrutar del sol todo el día.

La casa se encuentra cerca de las famosas playas de Lo Pagán y Santiago de Ribera. El aeropuerto de Corvera (Murcia) está a unos 30 minutos en coche. El centro comercial "Dos Mares" también está a unos 11 minutos (4,6 km) y los supermercados, restaurantes, boutiques y cines están a poca distancia de la villa.

Disfrute del paseo marítimo de Santiago de la Ribera y Lo Pagán tanto de día como de noche, con innumerables restaurantes y algunos pequeños bares de tapas o disfrute del popular puerto deportivo. Esta área cuenta con un spa y también ofrece una variedad de actividades deportivas, incluidos deportes acuáticos de temporada, y el centro Pinatar Footbal Arena es fantástico (2 km): aquí entrenan equipos belgas y otros equipos internacionales. Y por no mencionar, ¡varios campos de golf especialmente buenos están muy cerca!

Lovely villa. Great communication from Marc and Ellis. Nicely located, 10/15 min walk from beach and restaurants. A bit of building works in the villa behind, but didn’t really affect the vibe. Would go back!

Great property!

Lovely villa, close to beach, restaurants and shops. Parking outside villa, great sized pool and amazing sun terrace. Plenty of outdoor seating. Host was great to deal with, met at the villa by Ellis and shown how things work. Would recommend!

Lovely villa

We stayed for a week in September. Fantastic villa. Very well equipped and super clean. Pool was lovely. A fifteen minute walk to beach and shops but all flat so very easy. Good communication from Marc the owner and also Ellis the manager. The few small issues we had were sorted and messages were answered straight away. Would definitely recommend this property.

All you can ask for

Fabulous stay, villa exactly as shown, plenty of sun (and shade for those you prefer) location great, 10min walk to closest shop, beach, 25 mins to mud baths (highly recommend) shopping centre, 40mins to San Javier where you can get a ferry over to La Manga. Thursday brings the market which again close to villa 15 min walk. Excellent host In Marc, fast response to all messages. Would definitely come back. Thanks for an amazing stay

Our first stay in a villa

We were extremely happy with our stay at this villa and woud definitely return. It has everything you need/want and was very clean. Our communication with owner was great and Ellis was very friendly and informative. 5mins walk to a beautiful beach and lovely walks on the promenade. 6min drive to supermarket, shopping centre, several restaurants/take aways. Area was very quiet. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely return and recommend it to others. 5⭐️ from us

The villa itself was lovely and well equipped however it was a little bit out of the way for us. 15-20 mins walk to the nearest supermarket wasn't ideal. The pool and patio area didn't get the sun until mid afternoon however the roof terrace was spacious and we just sat there in the mornings and early afternoon. There's a villa being extended directly behind this one and we were woken at 8am 2 days in a row with work noise and the builder's radio. All in all we had a good stay but not sure we would return to San Pedro Del Pinatar.

10 Day Stay

Check in process was easy, Ellis was at the Villa after we called her from the Airport, she walked us around the Villa and explained how everything worked! The Villa is spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is fully kitted out, which was great! Pool and outside dining area, was used a lot . The solarium was very spacious and we used this a few times, when using the BBQ. Walk to the beach was around 10 minutes max, beach was spacious with a few beach bars. We didn’t hire a car, but a Local supermarket was a Spar for the smaller items around 10 mins walk, bigger supermarket was a 30 minutes walk. Taxis were limited but we did find a taxi rank near the marina. Sadly no UBERS. Lots of lovely restaurants scattered around, some of which were up streets and the food was amazing! The area was fairly quiet, but we as a family didn’t mind. Overall the Villa was exactly as advertised and we would return. Thank you.

The perfect holiday..

My family and i had a lovely holiday, From the moment we met the lovely Ellis on arrival to the time we sadley had to go we had the perfect holiday. Location was great as it was far enough out the way to be fairly quiet and easy to park right outside the Villa plus very central to all locations that we visited on our holiday, From the Waterpark to GoKarts and JetSkis nothing seemed further that 30 mins away. I would strongly recommened a car as you do need to travel to get to see some lovely sights such as the beach at La Zenia or La Manga or city sights at Murcia or Cartagena we tried to see as much as poss... The Villa was lovely and had everthing you need although the pre signed contract made me nervous about any breakages as a few things like the blinds, outside light and door lock where already broken on arrival so it made me be very careful especially watching the kids. The pool was a great and neccessary addition to the villa as it was hot hot hot and the kids spent alot of time in there and it was a really good size. Also it was nice to have aircon but it didnt cool the Villa unless it was on for a long period but obviously your capped on electricity usage so i only used it for short periods, Ive never stayed anywhere before where you have to watch electricity use. The Villa had a great alarm system but i still would of been slightly more comfortable with a safe for passports etc. All in all we had a lovely time and would definately recommend and return.

Maison bien située

La maison est propre. La terrasse en haut est superbe. La piscine est toute la matinée à l'ombre, ne chauffe donc pas. Le système payant pour le chauffage de la maison est mal fait. On ne c'est pas voir combien ça coûte sur le séjour. Aucun chiffre. Il y avait une moyenne de 19 degrés dehors. Et dans la maison il fait donc froid, très froid. Une salle de bain sans chauffage. L'autre juste un sèche essuies. Il y a assez de vaisselle. Lave vaisselle et lave linge fonctionne bien. WiFi très bon. Le linge mets 3 jours à séché dehors faut absolument un séché linge. Sinon beau séjour mais faut voyager.

Céline Merci beaucoup pour votre révision. En effet la piscine n'est pas chauffée et nous n'avons pas encore eu de locataires qui utilisent la piscine dans la période de décembre dans un température de 19 degrés dehors. Je coris que notre offre est très claire et vous avez été informée lors de la réservation car il est nul part mentionné que la piscine est chauffée. Nous utilisons beaucoup notre maison en hiver et nous chauffons avec l'airco en position chauffage et ons un température agréable ainsi dans les salles de bains. Nous n'avons pas eu de remarques ou des questions pendant votre séjour. Les locataires actuelles n'ont aucun remarque. En ce qui concerne l'électricité: le compteur est à l'extérieur et la concierge a noté l'index au début et à la fin en votre présence normallement, donc aucun problème de suivre la consommation. Puis-je également vous rappeler que l'électricité dans cette période est inclus dans le prix de location et dons aucune surprise. Je regrette donc vos remarques mais constate aussi que vous donnez 4 étoiles sur 5 ce que j'apprecie en tout cas.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist vor allem von innen sehr schön und war auch sehr sauber. Klar sind manche Möbel etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber im großen und ganzen alles ok. Der Pool war ebenfalls sehr gut gepflegt und wir haben ihn bei der Hitzewelle oft genossen. Mit 6 Personen könnte es allerdings schon eng werden. Die Betreuung bei Fragen und Problemchen waren alle sehr gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Mooie strakke woning

Fijn huis met alles erop en eraan. Snelle en duidelijke communicatie met de eigenaar, prima ontvangen, goede wifi, goed uitgeruste keuken, prettige badkamers, erg rustige buurt. Veel keuze in supermarkten binnen 2 km. Mooie wandelingen gemaakt en Murcia vonden wij een pareltje. De plaatselijke markt op maandag was verrassend groot. Auto is aan te raden om bijvoorbeeld naar Cartagena of naar Alicante te gaan.

Fabulous villa

We were delighted with the quality of the villa. Great that we were allowed to get into the property sooner after our early morning flight. Everything was perfect apart from one thing - the long working days and noise from the builders as close as 50yds away prevented any chilling time around our villa pool. Might be worth mentioning this in the property specification until the builing work is complete. But otherwise a great holiday

Family holiday August 2021

An amazing property that is well equipt with everything you need for a great holiday. The villa was immaculate and only a 30 minute drive from the airport. Host was absolutely amazing and very tolerant of all the changes we had to make due to ever changing UK Covid restrictions. The Villa is situated in a lovely area and the beach is only a 15 minute walk away. We hired a car to get to the villa but used it rarely as shops etc are within a 10/15 min walk. Our only disappointment was that Lo Pagan didn’t really have a huge amount of beachfront restaurants. If you have young children there is a huge fairground on the beachfront that would keep young children occupied for hours. All in all a great villa.

Modern och bekvämt boende

Bra läge, nära havet och flertalet golfbanor inom en 30 km radie. Rådande situation gjorde att en del restauranger i området var stängda, speciellt i början av veckan.

Amazing 5* Villa Holiday

This villa was incredible! Lovely and modern with everything you could possibly require. The pool was amazing and a godsend as it was very hot! The lounge area is nice and spacious and the kitchen is great with every kitchen utensil you could think of! The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Lots of storage space for our clothes and the bathrooms have lovely big double showers which had great water pressure! The location of the villa is superb as It is not very far to the beach/ bars etc and the local mercidona supermarket was only about 5/10 minute drive away. There are some lovely restaurants. But further out also which is only about a 10 minute drive including a beautiful Indian restaurant (Mount Everest) which I highly recommend. Our teenage girls loved the roof area in the early evening sitting up there and chatting. It’s also a real sun trap! The property owner Marc is fantastic at communicating and answering any questions. I cannot fault anything! It is a beautiful 5* villa, highly recommended. We will definitely be returning!

Hi Jemma, thank you for this tremendous appreciation. It is indeed a wonderful villa ( we love also to come) and area with plenty things to do: shopping, hiking, watersports... Also hope you visited Cartagena and Murcia city. Don't know if you are golfer but this is THE area: 22 courses in a distance range of 50Km. I look forward to book you again whenever you want.
