Fabulous house.and location
We rented this property for a 3 night stay. It is a truly beautiful house that has been very obviously lovingly created. It is like like staying in a house from 'Grand Designs'. Our host Una was accommodating, friendly and made us feel so welcome. We will definitely stay here again and will be recommending to others.
Interesting house
Lovely interesting property. Great access to Dublin, Bray, Greystones & Wicklow. Our party had young kids & adults, nice beaches within easy drive. Lots to do. Pete & Una were great. Hope to go back sometime.
Wonderful stay in a lovely part of Ireland
Una and Pete were very welcoming hosts, and I highly recommend their property.
Firstly they were very flexible with our requests regarding cots, highchairs and safety gates for our children. Their communication with us was always prompt and friendly.
The space itself is fabulous. Very clean, plenty of parking (we had 2 cars) and family friendly. We were a family of 6 adults and 4 children (incl a baby!), and the space was ample. Large family bedrooms, very comfortable furniture, with plenty of space for the kids to run around. The utility room is a marvel!
Ashford is a great base in itself to discover Wicklow. Within driving distance, there was Glendalough, Brittas Bay and Wicklow Town. Within walking distance from the property, there was Mount Usher gardens, which is definitely worth a visit!

Fantastic house!
We visited as a group of 3 adults and 3 children. The house was everything we could have wished for... We described it as our dream home! The rooms were all a good size with really comfortable beds. And the owners kindly arranged one of the rooms as 3 singles for the children.
The kitchen was great and we loved the open plan style of the living space.
We would definitely visit again and hope for some slightly better weather so we could barbecue in the outside area.
The house is perfectly situated to visit many beautiful places within a short drive.

The property was very interesting- being constructed from a variety of pre - used materials - very impressive!
The bedrooms were large with very comfortable beds - the kitchen was well equipped with a great table for sharing meals. Sitting area was very cosy with a log burning stove. All very comfortable!
It was a great base for exploring the
many delights of Wicklow!
