Esta nueva y hermosa casa tiene capacidad para 13 personas (12 camas ib, 2 en sofá cama, 1 en cama kinder), se encuentra en el centro de Istria, a 3 km de Pazin, cerca de las famosas cascadas del techo Zarecki, una atracción muy famosa para todos los visitantes. de Istria En un área cerrada de 1900 m2 llena de vegetación, fuera de la ciudad, estamos seguros de que experimentará las vacaciones que se merece.

Amazing house

The house was amazing, the host is sweet. She left us wine and schnaps in the fridge on arrivel and fresh fruit. The house is spacious, haa everything you need also for small kids. A big terras with enough space for everyone and good shelter in case of bad weather. Do know that while renting this house you need a car to go places cause walking is too far. I would recommand this house in a heartbeat!

Superb holiday home for all

With 4 couples and one disabled person (= wheelchair) we rented this Holiday Home in Zarejcje - Pazin, close to the Zarečki Krov waterfall (3 minutes walk). This house was superb. All rooms are spacious, well equipped and everything was as expected. The rolling shutters on the outdoor sitting area is an added bonus during the hot summer days. The outside space is great, the pool is fantastic and the BBQ and gas grill was well used. The central location made it possible to visit all corners and National Parks of Istria. Of course you need a car for this ... Hostess Marina was very helpful and the welcome gifts were appreciated. We had a lovely time in this beautiful house ... highly recommended.

Really great villa for families

This villa is absolutely superb for a family or extended family. It really has everything you could possibly want. The outside space is great, the pool is fantastic, we used the covered outside seating area all the time. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because you have to have a car. It isn't possible to walk anywhere. There are a few restaurants within a 10-15 min drive though. Marina and Zoran were perfect hosts with some lovely bottles of home made wine and a bottle of schnapps in the fridge on our arrival. Croatia is an absolutely stunning country to visit and we will definitely be returning

We all felt very comfortable

The villa is placed on a slope very close to the Zarečki Krov waterfall (3 minutes walk). You can get to the villa via a small gravel road. The villa was very clean and is very well equipped. The landlords also made a very sympathetic impression. We were a larger group of 13 people and still never had any problems with the neighbours. Especially the big gas grill was very useful for our group. The nearest Lidl is only a 5-minute drive away in Pazin. The handover of the house was uncomplicated and you could immediately feel at home.

Wir waren schon das 2. Mal in der Villa Slap,(das erste Mal 2023) und auch dieses Mal wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Das Haus wird gut gepflegt, es wurde bspw. ein neuer Boden verlegt, ein neues Sofa und zusätzliche Liegen angeschafft.Das Haus ist tip top sauber und mehr als ausreichend ausgestattet an Geschirr etc. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist unkompliziert und immer freundlich. Bei Problemen wird sich umgehend gekümmert. Der Außensitzbereich mit den elektrischen Rollläden ist super, so konnten wir auch bei Regen und Gewitter gemütlich draußen sitzen!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus ist geräumig und mit allem was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Die Vermieterin hat uns toll empfangen und war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Der Außenbereich ist riesengroß. Es gibt eine gut ausgestattete Grillstelle, der Garten ist gepflegt und der überdachte Sitzbereich lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight und wurde alle 2 Tage gereinigt. Es ist alles wie beschrieben und auch wie auf den Fotos. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Danke!

Ruhige Lage zum Strand musste man fahren bis 30. min Fahrt. Restaurants gibt es in der Nähe,dass essen war super. Einzige Manko die Klima Anlage funktionierte nicht einwandfrei. Das sollte man ändern! Vermieter war immer freundlich und erreichbar.

Das Haus ist wunderschön & sehr gut ausgestattet. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat auch super funktioniert. Wir waren eine größere Gruppe, die auch mal etwas länger gefeiert hat - auch das war kein Problem. Sehr empfehlenswert für größere Gruppen! :-)

Super schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern in der Villa Slap und fühlten uns super wohl. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und jeder hatte seinen eigenen Bereich incl. Bad. Im ganzen Haus ist eine Klimaanlage und kann für jedes Zimmer einzeln geregelt werden. Im Haus sind 2 große Kühlschränke, einer davon mit einem Wasserspender, der von uns allen sehr rege genutzt wurde. Super waren im Außenbereich die Rollos, die sowohl gegen Hitze, Wind und Regen geschützt haben. Beim Außengrill haben wir die Platte mit dem Gasanschluß genutzt, hier konnte man alles zubereiten. Der Pool mit 10 Metern ist für die Anzahl von Personen perfekt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, der Pool wurde alle 2 Tage gereinigt. Bei der Anreise bekamen wir Obst, Wein und Saft für die Kinder, vielen lieben Dank nochmal. In der Nähe ist der Wasserfall die Brötchen haben wir morgens bei Lidl gekauft, das waren 8 Min. Mit dem Auto. In Pazin ist eine Zipline, die sich auf jeden Fall für Erwachsene und Kinder gelohnt hat. Rovinje Pula und Porec waren mit dem Auto in einer halben Stunde zu erreichen. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden selbst auch nochmal gerne wiederkommen.

Familien und Freundeurlaub

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa slap war hervorragend. Die Unterkunft war sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht . Die Kommunikation lief gut und um kleinere Probleme ( Wasser lief nicht mehr aufgrund von Baumaßnahmen) wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Das einzige negative war die kleine Baustelle an der Straße und der Verkehr der Baumaschinen die an der Villa vorbei kamen aber da es nicht durchweg war konnte man darüber hinweg sehen . Im Grundstück der vorhandene Pool war super und auch der kleine Spielplatz für die Kids war Klasse . Alles im allen ein sehr gelungener Urlaub wie kommen gern wieder .

Absolut empfehlenswert

Wir haben im September einen super Urlaub gehabt. Es ist ein wunderschönes und sehr gepflegtes Haus, das jährlich am Ende der Saison von den Eigentümern wieder renoviert und vorbereitet wird. Da das Haus von den Eigentümern selbst bewohnt wurde, gibt es viele Pluspunkte, die reine Ferienhäuser nicht besitzen: Überdachte Terrasse mit Rollo-Seitenwänden, großer Garten hinter dem Haus, Outdoor-Grillstelle mit Spüle, Waschmaschine, zwei Kühlschränke, etc. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden bei unserem nächsten Istrien-Urlaub auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen!

Schöner Familienurlaub im Herzen Istriens

PRO: Sehr schöne, neuwertige, moderne und gut ausgestattete Villa im Herzen Istriens mit tollem Pool. Unweit (3 Minuten zu Fuß) vom Wasserfall mit Möglichkeit zum Klippenspringen (ca. 5 m Höhe). Wasser ist allerdings nicht klar, so daß es leider nicht wirklich zum Baden einlädt. 2 Kühlschränke für ausreichend Lebensmittel und gekühlte Geteänke. Volleyballfeld und Tischtennisplatte zum Zeitvertreib für Teenager und Erwachsene sowie Trampolin und Schaukel für Kinder. Toller Außengrill und Sitzmöglichkeit (mit Kissen) m Freien für alle, welche bei Wind und Wetter genutzt werden kann, da überdacht und die Ost- und Westseite mittels Jalousien geschlossen bzw. geöffnet werden können. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Bei Ankunft standen gefüllte Obstschale sowie Hauswein und Pasareta (sehr leckere rote Limonade welche vor Ort in Pazin hergestellt wird) zur Verfügung. Der Pool wurde ca. alle 3 Tage morgens gegen 6 Uhr (sehr leise) gereinigt. Die Vermieter helfen einem auch jederzeit bei Fragen (Bsp. Essensmöglichkeiten, etc.) weiter. Die Slackline in Pazin ist ebenfalls eine Empfehlung wert. CON: WLAN zwar vorhanden, allerdings sehr langsam und eigentlich nur im Innenbereich (Wohnzimmer) problemlos nutzbar. Stellenweise Baulärm (Bagger, LKW sind an der Villa vorbeigefahren sowie Schleifen von Marmorwaschbecken) direkt unterhalb der Villa wo eine Straße gebaut wird und direkt angrenzend eine weitere Baustelle wo ein kleines Gebäude (Bar oder ähnliches) gebaut wird, welcher leider nicht zu überhören war. Zusammenfassung: Tolle Villa mit guter bis sehr guter Ausstattung im Herzen Istriens wodurch man alle interessanten Städte wie Rovinji, Novograd, etc. sowie die vielen tollen Strände mit glasklarem Wasser (allerdings meist Kiesel- und Steinstrände) innerhalb 30-60 minuten besuchen kann. Da es sich um eine Trüffelregion handelt empfehle ich, jedem der Trüffel mag, diese in den unterschiedlichsten Gerichten zu probieren. Fazit: Wir würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen.

Schönes Haus in zentraler Lage

Die Villa Slap liegt ziemlich zentral von Istrien nähe Pazin. Man erreicht von dort aus so ziemlich alle Orte von Istrien innerhalb von etwa 45 Minuten. Sei es Porec, Rovinje oder Novigrad im Westen, Opatija oder Rabac im Osten oder Pula oder Medulin im Süden. Das Haus ist schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Außenanlage ist absolut top! Ein toller Grillplatz, den wir mehrfach genutzt haben. Toller, großer Pool der gut eine Größe von mindestens 4x10 Meter hat. Da kann man schon ein paar Schwimmzüge machen und ist somit nicht nur zum planschen geeignet. Die Terrasse ist geräumig und an den Seiten mit Rollladen ausgestattet, so das man die Möglichkeit hatte, sich tagsüber immer ein wenig Schatten zu verschaffen oder sich abends gegen den Wind, wenn vorhanden, abzuschirmen. Toll gemacht. Zum Grundstück gehört eine große Wiese, auf der ein Netz gespannt ist, so das man dort z.B. Volley- oder Federball spielen kann. Eine Tischtennisplatte war auch vorhanden. Ebenso wie Schläger, Bälle usw. um direkt los zu legen. Auch eine Rutsche, Schaukel und was zum klettern für kleinere Kinder ist vorhanden. Diese haben wir allerdings mit 10 Erwachsenen nicht genutzt 😁. Das Haus selbst liegt in der Nähe der Wasserfälle “Zarecki Krov”. Der Weg zu den Wasserfällen führt an dem Haus vorbei, so das der ein oder andere, der schon mal an diesen Wasserfällen war, automatisch an diesem Haus vorbei gegangen ist. Das ist dann aber auch vielleicht der einzige Minuspunkt, wenn man denn einen suchen möchte, das den ganzen Tag, bei gutem Wetter, die Ausflügler am Haus entlang wandern. Da es aber gut durch ein Tor und eine Hecke geschützt ist, bekommt man davon kaum was mit. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Marina, die Gastgeberin, ist absolut sympathisch und war jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Wir haben in englisch kommuniziert. Thank you for all, Marina. Wenn man damit klar kommt, das man eigentlich für alles ein Auto braucht, sei es zum einkaufen oder Essen gehen, was aber alles innerhalb von gut 10 Minuten zu erreichen ist, dem kann ich die Villa Slap eigentlich nur wärmstens empfehlen. Schönes Haus, tolle Außenanlage, sympathische Gastgeber. Wir waren 10 Erwachsene und allen hat es gefallen. Das Haus ist aber auch gut für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. In diesem Sinne…5 Sterne!!

Perfekte Lage mitten in Istrien

Das Haus ist schön und hat alles was man brauch da. Der Pool ist toll und sauber. Die Vermieter kommen auch regelmäßig um den zu reinigen. Der Außenbereich ist auch richtig schön man kann fantastisch grillen und draußen sitzen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Man wird mit Süßigkeiten und frischem Obst im Haus empfangen. Am besten ist die Lage des Hauses. Mitten in Istrien, so dass man in alle Richtungen die gleiche Fahrzeit/ Entfernung hat. Der Ort ist ganz klein und nicht von Touristen überlaufen. Ein richtiger Rückzugsort, wenn man zum Beispiel eine Tour nach Porec gemacht hat. Wir hatten da sehr viel Spaß und haben auf Grund der Lage viel unternehmen können.

Traumurlaub in der Villa Slap!!!!!!!

Tolles, komfortabeles Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Saubere Schlaf- und Badezimmer, neuwertige Möbel und top ausgestattete Küche. Außenanlage mit Superpool, Gas- und Kohlegrill, überdachte Terasse, Tischtennisplatte, Volleyballfeld und Liegen haben zu einem erholsamen und abwechslungsreichen Ferienaufenthalt in der Villa Slap beigetragen. Einziges Manko war der Baulärm einer angrenzenden Kanalbaumaßnahme in der zweiten Woche. Nette und fürsorgliche Betreung durch den Vermieter.

Fantastischer Urlaub ohne Ausnahmen

Hier ist wirklich alles perfekt. Das Haus ist super geräumig und es hat nichts gefehlt. Marina ist eine sehr liebe Frau die uns zur Ankunft Obst und selbstgemachten Wein sowie Saft und Süßigkeiten für die Kids bereit gestellt hat. Auf jede Frage bekamen wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort, auch vorab und während des Aufenthalts. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, es gibt 2 große Kühlschranke und Gefrierschrank. Der neu gebaute Grill kann mit Kohle und Gas verwendet werden und ist einfach nur perfekt für tolle Grill Abende. Der pool ist ein Traum und abends beleuchtet. 4 Gehminuten entfernt ist ein wunderschöner Wasserfall der zum Klippenspringen einlädt. Zum nächsten Lidl fährt man 5 Minuten und bekommt alles was man braucht. Das Haus ist so einsam gelegen das man niemanden stört und bis mitten in der Nacht sitzen bleiben und Party machen kann. Wir (4 Familien) können nur positives berichten und unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Nach Porec oder Rovinj sind es ca 35 - 40 Minuten. Im Ort selbst ist es sehr ruhig. Wir persönlich wollten das so. Deshalb gibt es auch 5 Sterne für Lage und Umgebung. Viele Grüße an Marina und danke für den tollen Urlaub :)

Perfect

We stayed in the house with two families, both with 3 kids. The house is big enough, even for more people! The swimming pool was great, the house and also garden and swimming pool were neat and clean! Marina is a great host, gave us tips where we could go to eat etc, and replied fast if we had questions. Her English was also really good. We had a lovely time in this beautiful house!!

Great, great house

Super lækkert nyistandsat hus, med flot udsigt, lækker pool, stor dejlig overdækket terrase og masser af plads - alt fungere uden problemer Blev modtaget af Marina og Zoran som var de sødeste og flinkeste værter man kan tænke sig! Som sagt alt var perfekt - intet negativt at sige, og ville til enhver tid vende tilbage hvis turen skulle gå til Kroatien

The perfect place for a family vacation

We just got back from a 1 week vacation in this beautiful house in the center of Istria, Croatia. We were a family of 13 people together and we could not be happier with everything regarding the house and our stay. It was just perfect! All new, clean, cozy and inviting. The property is located near Pazin in a quiet field near the breathtaking Zarecki waterfall and we really felt like we were in our own dream world with amazing views and surroundings. The owners have done an amazing job with this house and the pool and outside terrace are first class. There is plenty of space for everyone and the outside area has so much to offer for all ages. The hospitality of the owners, Marina and Zoran, took our breath away time and time again. They live just a few minutes away from the house and they did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. On top of everything we were so impressed with Istria in general. This peninsula has so much to offer and we will definitely come back to continue exploring this Croatian gem. This beautiful dream house in Pazin would always be on the top of our list for accommodation. All the best from Iceland Gudmundur

This nice, completely renovated house in suitable for families with children or young people group because it is located in the heart of Istria so you can go everywhere in Istria for max 50 minutes.Big swimming pool (45 mq) is private,only for you.Village is special because it is not so big and people are very kind,also everything you need is 3 km far.
Owners lives at the same village so they are standing at your disposal for everything you will need, but also giving you enough privacy for you and your family or friends.
