This condo was one of the best equipped condos we've ever rented on VRBO. They had everything, and a very well supplied kitchen. Plenty of paper products, and the unit was very clean. Plenty of beach stuff (umbrella, chairs, lots of towels, etc). Maybe 200 yard walk to the beach.The only negative, and it was hardly the fault of VRBO or the owners, was all the construction noise, all day long. But luckily, we weren't in the unit too much during the day. There was construction going on everywhere around the unit. Pretty noisy until around 5pm. But very quiet at night!We had a wonderful trip and so appreciated how well equipped this condo was. Great restaurants in downtown Naples, BTW.

The location of condo is excellent, I liked being in building 4 where the pool is. The condo is clean , remodeled with upscale decor, my communication with host was great, she is friendly and very helpful..The condo is stocked very well with everything you need for a fabulous vacation and being so close to Bonita beach and barefoot beach is outstanding! Close to top restaurants and bike trails

Nice place. Lots of amenities

This property is located in a very convenient place. The beach is just steps away and several restraunts are near by. A lot of construction going on but understandable. We would rent from here again. Our unit was very nice and our Host was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Vrbo here.

Being disappointed

We have been to this Beach and Tennis Club several times. But this year we were very disappointed. Not knowing that the whole place was a construction site with noise every morning, No tennis courts and No pool we looked Forward to that place.

This was the best equipped VRBO we have ever stayed in. The host provided everything we needed including a kitchen with everything I have at home. There was plenty of storage for us to unpack and feel at home. The unit was so clean and freshly decorated. Plenty of towels, a comfortable bed and nice additional furniture made our stay so relaxing. A furnished screened deck, as well as an enclosed courtyard allows guests to be outside and out of the elements. The parking is very convenient. The on site laundry was conveniently located and clean! The beach is just across the street. There are great options for dinner and drinks close by. Even though the street is busy during the day, it was very quiet at night. We had respectful quiet neighbors in other units too. Our host was very accommodating and easy to contact. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Cute Clean Condo! Buildings and Grounds are

The unit is absolutely adorable and the perfect size for a single traveler or a couple. Clean and quite comfortable. My stay was Oct. 21-25. So, after two back-to-back hurricanes the pools were full of mud, the tennis courts were ruined, the lush landscaping was destroyed and all five buildings were under construction! The owner was apparently unaware of the damage and TBH should have communicated the situation or possibly not rented the property until the construction was completed. Once the property is restored I would recommend staying here as the proximity to the beach is perfect and Docs Beach House is directly across the street! So the great location and clean, pretty studio-style unit gets high marks! But the reconstruction was a huge disappointment.

Bonita Beach Vacation

Nice quiet community. From what I noticed mostly older people and families. Well kept condo with plenty of amenities. Perfect for our couples escape. Just a short walk across the street to the beach. Beautiful sunsets!!!
