Modern villa in a 1100 m2 plot at a walking distance from Famara beach and great views to the ocean, The house, for up to 7 people, has three bedrooms and two complete big bathrooms (one en-suite) , very well equipped kitchen , spacious dinning room with window doors and a great terrace with a big pergola and chill out area fully furnished. Private pool with solar thermal cover, one big chill out bed and two sunbeds, and two extensible awnings. Front garden with stunning views of the surrounding Famara mountains. There is also a back garden with BBQ area with pergola, outdoor cold and hot water shower and a play kid area with wooden cabin, All bedrooms have complete furniture including big closets. The house is fully equipped: WIFI, smart TV, satellite dish, Induction cooker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, microwave , dishwasher, washing machine , clothes dryer, hair dryer, babycot, children¨s high chair, etc... The en-suite bathroom has a big round bath and a shower. The other bathroom has a big shower. Parking space in the street, right in front of the house. Private urbanization with barriers to acces the street.
Famara Beach is 250 m distance from the house.
Pets are not allowed in the property.

Villa is lovely and in a great setting. Car is a must to visit the island. No air conditioning which was fine for most of the stay, until the weather hit 30C then it became very hot inside as the winds dropped. Kitchen is well equipped with all we needed. Pool is small but still a blessing in the heat! Owner was great, communicating very quickly and helping with one small appliance issue. All in all we had a great time and would highly recommend this property.

Great location away from the crowds

Very windy beach with few people. We loved it but waves a bit large for small children.Pool small, not really heated. But 9 year old loved it. House lovely especially the balcony. Lots of space good facilities.

Rundum tolle Unterkunft

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Famara. Das Haus ist toll. Es ist sehr großzügig, sehr schön gelegen und von der Ausstattung perfekt. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man brauchen könnte. Von Handtüchern, über Küchenausstattung bis hin zu Kohle für den Grill. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt zahlreiche Sofa-Ecken und Sitzgelegenheiten für alle Fälle. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.Außerdem Gold wert: Terrasse und Pool sind windgeschützt. Die Lage ist ein Traum: tolle Aussicht, nah am Strand und Ort und sehr ruhig gelegen.Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war unkompliziert, sehr hilfsbereit und immer sehr schnell. Kurz gesagt: Traumhaft schön, für uns war es ein toller Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank, Maria.

Märchenhaft

Das ist das schönste Haus, indem wir je wohnen durften. Die Aussicht ist einmalig schön. Ich saß stundenlang auf der gemütlichen Terrasse und konnte meinen Blick kaum abwenden. So schön ist der Ausblick, der sich prachtvoll über die Wüste und das Meer erstreckt. Das Meer ist ganz nah und der Strand ist traumhaft. Surreal mit den Bergen im Hintergrund. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Wir haben selten so gut geschlafen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und mehr. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Badezimmer sind schön und groß. Das ist auch das sauberste Haus in dem wir Ferien gemacht haben. Alles war sehr gut gereinigt. Die Vermieterin ist wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation mit ihr verlief reibungslos und war immer angenehm. Besser geht nicht. Wir kommen bald wieder.

Don’t tell anyone 😉

Villa très bien située avec vues splendides sur mer et volcans. Le logement est très vaste, très confortable et plus équipé que nous n’en avions besoin. En fait, tout était encore mieux que sur l’annonce ! Communication très fluide avec Maria qui était toujours disponible et nous a recommandé de très bons restaurants sur l’ile. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous… Famara est un petit coin de Paradis sans prétention, tranquille, » dans son jus », loin du sud de l’ile plus « bling ». Nous avons adoré et reviendrons!

Famara is awesome and Maria's place is lovely. I wish I were still there to soak in the view, hear the wind rushing through the palm fronds, and walk along the beach. I hope to return soon.

Séjour très réussi à Famara

Merci à Maria pour ce séjour très agréable à Caleta de Famara. Environnement magnifique, proximité de la plage et immense maison, très bien équipée. Un plus avec la petite piscine . Cela donne vraiment envie d'y retourner !

spacious, tasteful, versatile accommodation with a magnificent view

From the photos of the portal you could already see that the accommodation is spacious and tastefully furnished. However, that one of the bathrooms is only accessible from one bedroom, is not that obvious, which could possibly be important for a larger group. (We were just 3 people, but there are so much more sleeping opportunities...) A very nice surprise was the outdoor shower. The kitchen is super well equipped (except for the somewhat dull knives (a sharpening device was available but we were simply not gifted to use it)), modern induction cooker, enough cutlery and crockery for a large group, even food boxes for excursions. Unfortunately, the marquises at the pool did not work, but the spacious terrace is not far away if you are looking for shade. The landlady is super nice and helpful: One day (Sunday) a fuse kept tripping - the same day an electrician came and fixed it. Great!!! This stay will stay in our memories for a long time - not least because of the great view of the sea, of the "desert" and indescribably spectacular sunsets. We will be very happy to come back!

Superbe villa dans un environnement exceptionnel.

Maison vraiment magnifique, dans l’urbanisation de Famara, avec un emplacement de rêve, offrant une vue incroyable sur la plage et les paysages. La maison est parfaitement équipée, la décoration très soignée, avec une literie de grande qualité. Magnifique terrasse permettant de profiter des incroyables couchers du soleil de Famara. Piscine très agréable au retour des balades dans l’île. Accueil très professionnel. Nous avons loué plusieurs fois a Famara ces dernières années et c’est vraiment la plus agréable maison que nous ayons eu. Nous y reviendrons certainement

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für Familien

Sehr schönes Haus! Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und besonders die Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse genossen. Der Strand ist in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen und perfekt für Familien.

Traumhaft schöne Location, in die Jahre gekommen

Wir hatten in diesem Haus eine wundervolle Zeit mit 4 Erwachsenen. Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist sehr gut und die Kommunikation mit der Hausbesitzerin im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthalts war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Wie von einigen Leuten bereits bemerkt können wir bestätigen, dass das Haus tatsächlich in die Jahre gekommen ist. An manchen Stellen blättert die Farbe von den Wänden, das Laminat hebt sich, ein Wasserhahn funktionierte nur bedingt und die Markise am Pool lässt sich nicht bedienen. Wir hätten uns einen zusätzlichen Satz Handtücher und Geschirrtücher gewünscht. Daher Punktabzug in der Bewertung. Uns haben diese Punkte am Ende nicht sehr gestört. Der Blick, die Lage und die insgesamt tolle Zeit lassen diese Minuspunkte in den Hintergrund rücken. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Nice place with technical issues

Location is awesome. The house was really nice. The kitchen is really well equipped. But the gate didn’t work so you had to park outside. Last two days the warm water didn’t work.

Nous avons passé deux semaines agréables dans la villa à Famara. La maison est très bien située avec une vue exceptionnelle sur l’océan. Environnement calme. Maison bien agencée et bien équipée, salles de bain lumineuses, grande terrasse. Petit bémol : seulement deux chaises longues près de la piscine (nous étions trois adultes). Great place

Maria was a great host, making us feel welcome even before the holiday started with some very useful messages! The villa was perfect for us (with 4 adults, 2 children, and a 1 year old baby). Looking forward to visiting again in the future!

Jolie maison, mais entretien deplorable

Maison au ménage insuffisant. Le matelas de la chambre principale était taché de sang et autres des 2 cotés. Wifi inexistante. Fenêtres qui ne se fermaient pas à clefs. Nous n’avons même pas eu l’occasion de nous garer dans la propriété le portail étant en panne d’après la propriétaire. Nous avons eu la visite de cafard à plusieurs reprises… Le séjour n’a pas été aussi idyllique que sur l’annonce. Et la cerise sur le gâteau, aucune excuse de la part de la propriétaire…

Ein wunderbarer Bungalow in Famara! Natürlich ist das eine oder andere nicht perfekt, aber alles so, dass man den Tag ganz wunderbar genießen kann. Der kleine Pool ist durch die Abdeckung immer gut warm, das kenne ich von den Kanaren sonst anders, die Haushaltsgeräte sind alle in Ordnung… vielleicht schon gut genutzt, aber alles funktionstüchtig und nichts, was irgendwie stört. Und hinter dem Haus ist es immer sehr windgeschützt, was in Famara Gold wert ist. Super!!! Und die Ausstattung ist üppig, also wir waren total begeistert… und die Aussicht… unschlagbar! Auch die Kommunikation war einfach und herzlich. Ich habe einen Ring liegen lassenund wurde umgehend angerufen, konnte umdrehen und ihn holen! Danke für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt!
