Encantadora villa de 3 camas para niños con fabulosas vistas al mar, jacuzzi y aire acondicionado

Casa Providencia es una villa ideal para lunas de miel, escapadas románticas y para familias con niños pequeños. La piscina y los escalones están cerrados por su seguridad. La villa se encuentra en el borde del tranquilo pueblo de Güime, cerca de las localidades costeras de Playa Honda y Puerto del Carmen. Es una villa muy querida, renovada con cuidado y buen gusto, manteniendo el encanto de una casa típica canaria. Las magníficas vistas al mar se pueden disfrutar desde cualquier parte de la fantástica terraza, ya sea que esté descansando en las tumbonas, nadando en la cálida y deliciosa piscina o relajándose en la bañera de hidromasaje.

Esta villa tiene una ubicación central para explorar todas las áreas de la maravillosa isla de Lanzarote. Las hermosas playas doradas, una variedad de excelentes restaurantes y el lujoso puerto deportivo de Puerto Calero están a solo 10-15 minutos en automóvil.

El área del jardín / piscina contiene una piscina privada de 9m x 4. 5m (30 pies x 15 pies), que está climatizada todo el año. Esta área está cerrada para la seguridad de los niños pequeños. También incluye un jacuzzi para 5 -6 personas donde puede desconectar, enchufar para escuchar música desde su teléfono y disfrutar de las increíbles vistas diurnas y las estrellas nocturnas.

Excellent property, you will need a car but you’re very very central not far from all resorts. The villa has everything you need for your holiday AC is a godsend and not that expensive to use in the bedrooms the one in the lounge area does eat the credit but no need to use it. Open the doors on an evening and you have a godsend of a cool breeze most nights. Definitely worth a visit.

Lovely Villa

Great location for us as we know the island well so mid way between The areas we wanted to visit. Spacious and clean. Very well stocked and they left bread, cheese and wine for arrival which was a nice surprise. Some kitchen equipment needs updating but otherwise everything you need for a fantastic stay! Will Book again

We totally enjoyed the lovely, peaceful space which provided att we needed and more

Excellent experience with everything so well thought about in every way. Would totally recommend it without hesitation. We loved the villa, facilities, view and above all being away in such a quiet, peaceful place without lors of people and noise.

Communicative hosts. Villa Providencia is clean and well equipped. Paying extra for Air Con could be expensive in summer. Sadly, various neighbourhood dogs take turns to bark throughout.

Hi Anthony, thank you for leaving a review. We're sorry that you were disturbed by dogs in the area. Sadly, we are not able to control the behaviour of the dogs in Guime. Overall, Casa providencia provides a very peaceful holiday for those who want to get away from the tourist areas with noisy bars, music blaring into the night etc. and we have many guests who rebook year after year. We do need to charge for the aircon, because we need people to use it responsibly, and we have chosen a system where guests only pay for it when they are actually using it, as this is the best option for our guests. We hope that you enjoyed your holiday on Lanzarote and were able to make good use of the convenience of the central location, the large heated pool, hot tub and beautiful views from the villa.

Perfect family holiday

What a beautiful villa to spend quality family time. The location was ideal, just a short drive away from beaches, facilities, neighbouring towns. The villa accomodation was spacious, well-equipped, and the outdoor living space was truly stunning. My boys of 5 and 7 spent hours each day entertaining themselves in the heated pool, allowing some relaxation time for the parents by the pool and in the hot tub. I would love to return to the villa, and experience more of beautiful Lanzarote. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to spend time on the island.

A stunning villa finished to a high standard

The Villa is extremely comfortable with well thought out seating areas, and stunning views, Sadly we had issues with the promised welcome pack not being left, constant barking neighbours dogs and chemical burns from the hot tub which means we would never return to the Villa which is a shame as the actual villa is by far the best equipped and most comfortable we have rented

Hi Simon, Thank you for your very complimentary remarks about our villa. Once again, I apologise for the lack of welcome pack. Sadly, you only mentioned this in an email on your return to the UK. Had you asked the cleaner who you met on your arrival, or contacted me about it at the time, I could have done something about it. Likewise, with regards to the dogs, we could have asked our manager to go round and speak to the owner straight away, had we known. The last time that this was an issue was 2 years ago, and following a conversation with the neighbour, it was dealt with, and the people who mentioned it to us have holidayed at the villa subsequently, and neither they, nor anyone else has mentioned it since. With regards to the hot tub, in your email on your return, you mentioned that it was only slight, and not a major issue. The pool man did say that the chemicals were low when he tested it, and he therefore needed to give a higher dose than usual. This may have been because the lid was left off for a long period, as the sunlight deteriorates the chemicals very quickly. He has looked after our pool and hot tub for 7 years, and we have never had anything like this happen before. Nevertheless, we have bought this matter to his attention. We hope that your symptoms have now completed cleared up and we are glad that otherwise you were wowed by the accommodation.

Fabulous views

An amazing villa with fabulous views. Outside space is plentiful with plenty of sunbeds and various lounging areas. The hot tub is an added bonus although we never used it due to the chilly evenings. Really central area for travelling around the island. The villa itself is amazing, everything is thought out to fulfill all your holiday needs. The secret bathroom is quite hard to find at first but, we found it eventually, nice touch. Thanks to Rossi for dealing with any requests promptly. All in all a really enjoyable Holiday, thanks to Val & Andy for sharing your lovely Villa with us Holiday makers!!.

Luxury villa in a fab location

A huge lounge and window dominate the villa with British tele just in case you fancy watching your fave show whilst away! A luxury main bedroom with ensuite that’s bigger than most houses. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here, the pool and hot tub were amazing. If I had one gripe it would be that the pool wasn’t as warm as other heated pools I’d been in but it’s a trivial point as it didn’t stop me going in. Great holiday and will def book again

Perfect location

We had the pleasure of being guests at Andy and Val's beautiful home in May 2024. The house is very comfortably furnished. Nothing is missing. The neighbourhood is absolutely quiet, it takes 5 minutes to get from the airport, all shopping facilities can be reached in no time. The location is perfect for excursions. The highlight is of course the outdoor area with a marvellous pool (30 degrees) and the fantastic whirlpool. We really enjoyed our time here and would like to thank Andy and Val for these great days, which unfortunately went by far too quickly. We absolutely recommend Casa Providencia and would love to come back soon. Bastian and family

Lovely Villa!

The villa is set on a hill about 10 minutes drive from the airport. It has lovely views of the Lanzarote and Fuerteventura in the distance. The villa is spacious, really comfortable and clean, with every facility you could want. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the use of the LILO and other floats. Welcome food pack was a nice surprise- especially the bottle of fizz which enjoyed whilst stargazing in the hot tub. The supermarket close by was well stocked with everything we needed and the Overseas Market was most welcome when we decided to do a roast chicken dinner for Sunday- my daughter and son insist on Bisto gravy! We would recommend a visit to Timanfaya National Park and the marina at Puerto Calista. The only thing that let the holiday down was the weather- a couple of cloudy days and some extremely windy days. We can highly recommend a stay a Casa Providencia

Fantastico

La verdad es que está fantástico. Un poco incómoda la situación, pero cuando entras, ves todo y sales al jardín.... ALUCINANTE. Equipado al máximo. Camas, almohadas, ropa, toallas, colchonetas, menaje, utensilios,... todo perfecto. Lo de la piscina y el jacuzzi no tiene nombre. Unas vistas al mar fabulosas. No han tenido problemas para las fotos del anuncio. No son rebuscadas. Barbacoa de lujo. Un detalle encontrar un poco de todo, hasta especias y alguna cosa de anteriores inquilinos, de los propietarios o por planificacion. Vecindario tranquilo y sin problemas.

Cette villa avec piscine et jacuzzi est exceptionnelle! Elle est très bien située au centre de l’île ce qui permet d’être à bonne distance de tout ! Très propre et idéale à vivre surtout avec des enfants elle offre une vue exceptionnelle ! Hervorragendes Ferienhaus

Wir waren im April 2022 für eine Woche hier. Fünf Erwachsene. Das Ferienhaus hat alle unsere Erwartungen weit erfüllt. Drei Schlafzimmer. Drei Badezimmer. Davon ein master Badezimmer mit viel Platz Dusche Badewanne. Die Küche ist mit reichlich Geschirr ausgestattet. Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle. Das freigelände ist sehr groß mit einem tollen Ausblick. Der Pool ist beheizt auf angenehme 28Grad. Dazu nebendran der whirlpool. Alles sehr sauber und angenehm. Sehr empfehlenswert

Kurzentschlossen wechselten wir nach 7 Tage unsere Unterkunft. Und es war ein Glücksgriff! Wir verbrachten 10 wundervolle Tage in einem Ferienhaus, dem man die Liebe zum Detail anmerkt! Das Val und Andy selbst oft hier Leben merkt man an der Gemütlichkeit, der hochwertigen Ausstattung und dem Sinn für das Besondere. Wir füllten uns rund um wohl und von Val onlinemässig und Rossi Vorort perfekt betreut. Wir werden bald wieder kommen!

Exceptionnel

La villa est exceptionnelle tout est réuni pour que l'on passe un séjour inoubliable. Bien située pour les visites. Vue superbe sur l'océan, jardin très bien entretenu, piscine chauffée 27 degrés pour les vacances de Noël. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus utilisable à toute heure. Les pièces sont spacieuses, la chambre parentale et la salle de bain attenante sont très spacieuses. Location conforme à la description je recommande 1000 fois cette location. Merci Valérie pour nos 1eres vacances de Noël au soleil ce fut merveilleux.

Surpassed Expectations

A gorgeous, spacious, brilliantly stocked villa, ideally located for access to all of Lanzarote, with local ameneties in walking distance and several hypermarches within a short and easy drive. We absolutely loved our stay here, which was truly a home away from home; better even, as it has a heated private pool and hot-tub.. Val could not have been more helpful in answering queries before we arrived and helping me complete the online Spanish health form. Simply wonderful.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Guime is a 10 minute drive from the airport, and for those who do not wish to hire a car the numerous taxis will transfer you for around 11€. It is also on a bus route, so from the village you can reach Playa Honda, Teguise and Arrecife. We love the village location, yet appreciate being so centrally placed for all attractions on the island, within a 10-15 minute drive to the local beaches, restaurants and shops. The marina at Puerto Calero and the striking landscape of La Geria and Timanfaya National Park just slightly further on.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

April 2016 was the beginning of a very exciting adventure as we have never owned a property abroad before and we could not be more delighted with Casa Providencia. We love the living space, especially the master bedroom and ensuite, but also the views, both day and night from the large lounge picture window.
The outside space is a dream come true for us. The large heated pool and sea views from the landscaped garden and terraces are the icing on the cake. The pool and hot tub are useable all year round. The aircon in all the bedrooms is something that we had installed immediately, as it is always on our list when looking for a holiday abroad. There are NO Mosquitos at the villa! Something that Val appreciates very much as she reacts very badly to bites.
We are delighted to say that we have many happy returning customers. One family have already booked their 6th holiday here.
