Nice and clean Apartment, Situated at well presented urbanisation of Fuentes de Nerja next to only a couple of minutes walk from the Balcon de Europa and the old town of Nerja. The area is full of cafes and is a delightful place to sit and watch the world go by. Open plan lounge and dining area with patio doors which open onto the terrace offering excellent side views onto the sea t. v. , satellite,english and German channels Dining area with seating for 4 people, Equipped with fridge, freezer, electric oven washing machine, microwave and cafe machine. Bedrooms Master bedroom with double bed, 2nd Bedroom with twin beds, Bathrooms En suite to master bedroom with bath/ overhead shower, w. c. and bidet 2nd bathroom with shower, w. c. Patio doors from the lounge leading to the terrace Patio table and 4 chairs Large communal swimming pool and gardens Apartment situated on the ground floor suitable for elderly people. Tolle Unterkunft , nah am Zentrum, Strand und Infratsruktur

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden, haben trotz früher Ankunft die Schlüssel erhalten und haben eine saubere, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft vorgefunden. Sonnenschirm für den Strand oder Terrasse, Auflagen für Liegen, Staubsauger, Fön, Wäscheständer etc.. Eine Mappe mit allen nötigen Infos im Appartment. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir brauchen, haben gut geschlafen und eine tolle Woche gehabt. Restaurants und Strand und Zentrum mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Apotheke , Bäcker und Co kurzfristig fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Pool in der Anlage war auch toll. Wir waren in der Nebensaison, so dass auch das Parken vor der Tür kein Thema war. Wenn wir in der Gegend sind, würden wir uns auf jeden Fall erneut für dieses Appartment entscheiden.

Great apartment in a great location, close to beach & town

A great bright & clean apartment in a great location. It's close to beach & town all within a short walking distance, with a great variety of lovely restaurants. Great for families with lots to do & the pool was brilliant 😊 Caroline

Great apartment, it has everything you need

Really enjoyed our stay here, two good sized bedrooms with a nice onsuite off the main bedroom with bath and overhead shower. Everything you need in the kitchen, not that we spent a lot of time in there! Good sized patio with table & chairs and 2 recliners. The apartment was very quite and in a nice area of the complex. The property managers Nasir and Susana where very helpful , sorting taxis etc. I would definitely use them and visit this property again

Roomy apartment perfectly positioned for the beach and town

Lovely apartment in a superb position. Close to the sea, Torrecilla beach and some good restaurants. An easy walk to the town centre restaurants and shops. The apartment contained all we could ask for and was let down only by the poor soundproofing and the quality of the towels provided.
