Great communication with host. Apartment was nice and was as described. Convenient to rests and bars in Triana. It was a bit noisy. Could have used a few more essentials like garbage bags, etc. but was otherwise a nice stay.
Centrally located in Triana and close to everything - bars, restaurants, the river, the Alcázar, the Catedral de Sevilla. Were able to walk everywhere.
The apartment is really nice and is in an excellent location for seeing the old town area. Another big plus is that the air conditioning was excellent. The property manager was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
Perfect location to visit all the touristy spots in Sevilla
Communication was excellent. We were met at the apartment to assist with parking our car which was so appreciated. We parked and left it in place as we explored Sevilla for 3 days. Super unique apartment in a perfect location for visiting all the top tourist spots, but was quiet for a good nights rest.
The apartment was exactly as advertised. A quiet neighborhood away from the major tourist area but an easy walk. Restaurants, bakery and ice cream are steps away. Two blocks to three different grocery stores. Coin laundry a block away -- apartment includes washer/dryer but we had difficulty figuring it out, and cycles are very long. We could not have asked for a better location for 10 days in Seville.
First the property manager Marcus was helpful getting us into the parking space, and helping us get settled in. 2- the apartment is quite large, the pictures don’t do it justice 3- location is GREAT! Great restaurant a 1 minute walk away, a great flamenco show on the Triana side- just a flamenco show, and Saturday was a 5:30 matinee with a 1 hr show, so you’re not stuck eating a mediocre dinner. Excellent fresh market (Mercado de Triana) 2 minutes walk, fresh meat, fish, cheese, veggies, bread, bars- we used this and cooked in the apartment so we didn’t have to eat dinner at 8:30 at night, and breakfast in, and a lot less crowded and noisy with mobs of people walking past your door. Recommend 100%
The location is excellent and the inclusion of parking in the rental makes this attractive for longer than short stays. We were in Sevilla for a month and it was very convenient location for walking to virtually anywhere you might want to go. The communication with the property manager was excellent and they were very responsive.
The washer dryer did not work properly which became an inconvenience as this is important a longer stay. They made every effort to fix it but were not successful in the end. As this was an important element of our choice we felt a refund of part of our fee would be appropriate but they were not responsive to this request.
At these rates the property could use a small refresh especially with kitchen utensils but not a big disappointment.
Overall satisfied but still feel our charges should be adjusted based on the washer dryer issue
Nice location, disappointed with supplies & cleanliness
The apartment is nicely sized and in a good location near main Triana pedestrian street with shops/restaurants. The garage parking space was an added bonus.
The kitchen was meagerly stocked with an odd assortment of dishes, cups, and glasses. There were no cereal bowls & only one wine glass. Also absent were any paper towels, napkins or dish towels. Some utensils, plates and the cutting board were unclean and crusty. We had to clean them before use.
The kitchen and bathroom floor were soiled and dirty. We had a small white bathmat next to the shower which quickly became soiled from pre-existing floor dirt onto it.
We contacted Markus at Veo regarding our disappointment with the cleanliness and lack of supplies at the apartment, and requested a refund of the cleaning fee. He did not agree and directed us to VRBO customer service, even though all payments, communication, & agreements were conducted through Veoapartment (who are listed as Premier Host on the VRBO website) in Spain. We reached out to Markus a second time and have not heard back.

Triana is an excellent location for a short stay in Sevilla and our unit was well placed in a quiet area just a short stroll from restaurants, bars, supermarkets, ice cream and coffee shops--while being across the river from the main tourist areas. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. That said--it would have been even more ideal had the kitchen had some basic amenities like salt and pepper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and coffee when we checked in. Joao was on the scene when we arrived and the check in went smoothly. Underground parking was also a real plus and contributed to a stress-free stay.
Great location, easy walk to restaurants, food markets and attractions. Apartment clean and organized. We recommend highly.

Lovely apartment in a great location
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everthing we needed and is in a good location. The free parking was very convenient. The one annoyance was hearing upstairs neighbours flushing toilets and running water during the night. We live in Spain so we know this is pretty much the norm but it still disturbs your sleep.
We would stay here again and would definitely recommend it.

Great location with a lovely handover! Underground parking was fab.
The apartment was large and had a comfortable sitting area and the kitchen had absolutely everything you needed!
The two single beds were comfortable if you like them a little firm (which we do).
The only downside was the air conditioning, Seville was 38 while we were there and it couldn’t really cool the apartment down. It didn’t matter if you put it to it’s lowest setting, the temperature remained the same. This made the apartment hot, stuffy and uncomfortable.
If that was sorted, this would be a great place to stay!
