Nice Studio in Leme Bedje with terrace, sea views and pool

My place is in Leme Bedje, very close to the beach of Antonio Sousa, just 50m from Angulo windsurf and kitesurf center. You have a nice view to the beach and towards Ponta Leme Bedje, so you can always see, how wind and waves are. Leme bedje disposes of a very nice pool area. It is very close to the village center as well.

In the studio you will find everything you need for a perfect self-contained holiday. There is a double bed and a big sofa in L-shape, where a 3. person can sleep, allthough it is ideal for 2 people.
In the complete kitchen you will find a fridge/ freezer, gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, water cooker, mixer, pots and pans, plates and cutlery, so you can prepare breakfasts and cook your own meals.
The bathroom disposes of a shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
The apartment has a nice sea view from the balcony and from the inside of the apartment.
There is a Tv, a hair dryer, an iron and an air conditioning.

My place is good for couples and solo adventurers, couples with one child or two friends as well. Not only Windsurfers, kitesurfers and surfers will love the location and the sea view.

The whole apartment is rented complete, so only you will have access to the kitchen, bathroom, balcony, living and dining area.
The apartment comes with bed linen, bathroom towels, beach towel, that are changed every 4 days approximately.
The Leme Bedje condominium has a beautiful maintained pool with free sun beds and plenty of plants and flowers. The condo also disposes of a 24 hours security, so you can feel 100% safe.
Next to the entrance there is a board storage, where you can leave your windsurf, surf and Sup boards, next to the security guard.
There is Wifi, not free of charge. There might be still come credit left from the previous guests, otherwise you can recharge it at Leme Bedje supermarket, so just around the corner, or any other store with the CV Telecom sign, for example 3GB are 9€.

Leme Bedje condominium is directly at Praia de Antonio Sousa, next to the Angulo y Columbus restaurant and Ion Club windsurf centre. If you are into windsurfing or kitesurfing, it is ideal, as you can start about 50m from the apartment. Also about 50m from the apartment you can go for a swim in the ocean. There is also a free board storage downstairs in the condominium, where you can leave your equipment. There is also a diving school just in front.
And the local gym, santa marias free gym for everybody, is about 50m from the apartment, 5!m from the ocean. It is the most authentic gym with the best atmosphere, that i have been to!
Into the village centre it is also just a very short stroll down the road, around 500m.

There is no public transport to the apartment. From the airport a taxi costs between 15€ at daytime and 25€ at night. We can organise a transfer for you, if you like.
The distances in Santa Maria are very short, so you can easily move around walking. If you still prefer a taxi, to be faster or at night, there are plenty of taxis and they are cheap. In Santa Maria, a taxi is usually between 1€ to 1,5€.
Rental cars are expensive, about 30-60€ per day. Still it can be a good option to explore the island or to go surfing on the west coast. There are plenty of free parkings outside Leme Bedje Condo.
