Great location
Angela made our visit a breeze as we were first time visitors to Italy and she made it a very welcoming stay. She was attentive, responsive and able to suggest some great places in the neighborhood to grab some food or a coffee. We took her suggestions and the neighborhood really has everything you will need. Casa Sceppa, literally on the corner has an amazing atmosphere, great service and incredible food. On the opposite corner is cafe Ci Piace with a truly magnificent staff that serves amazing caffellatte, cornetto, and other breakfast and dinner items. We thought they had the best aperol spritz we had during our stay. There are two little markets/grocery stores really close by with a wide variety of foods should you want to cook rather than dine out for your meals. If you need a place to store your luggage (as we did due to our early flight) the place around the corner between the restaurant and cafe, was great. The gelato place on the same block was really great too; there is even an Irish pub right up the street if you are in the mood for a burger! You are a short walk away from Roma San Pietro train station to catch a bus or a train, we loved taking the train. All of this with St Peter’s square, which is sure to take your breath away; just down the street! Can’t wait to come back, and will book with Angela again.
