5 Stars – Perfect Roman Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful place in Rome! The location couldn’t have been better with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment itself was stylish, clean, and incredibly comfortable—exactly what we needed during our vacation. The AC was perfect during the heat wave.A huge shout-out to our host, Andrea, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He was warm, welcoming, and always available for questions or recommendations. It really felt like we were staying with a friend who genuinely cared about our experience.Thank you, Andrea, for making our trip to Rome so special.

Wonderful location, well appointed, great host!

We arrived early AM to Rome but Andrea graciously met us and allowed us to check in early. He gave a full tour of the apartment and all amenties and answered any questions. He arranged transportation from the airport for us as well and provided dining recommendations. The place was a great central location walking distance to the main sites of Rome. We had 3 adults and more than enough room and appreciated the washer and dryer!

Excellent Stay in Prati

We wanted to be in a neighborhood for our several day stay in Rome after a week touring Tuscany. The apartment is well-equipped, centrally located for daytime sightseeing, and a quiet spot for catching a good sleep before heading to another journey. We were pleased with thoughtfulness of layout, and quick replies from Andrea. Highly recommend it!

Great host, great 'hood. A little hard to find fresh vegetables but everything else is nearby. Kitchen is tiny but well equipped

Stately comfort

Beautiful place with high ceilings, lovely furnishings, close to many attractions. We were a party of 6. Pros were Andrea was very welcoming and the place was immaculate and comfortable. Cons are the hot water runs out quickly and there is no full length mirror on the first floor.

Excellent, comfortable and convenient place to enjoy Rome!

Perfect unit with the convenience of points of interest proximity and comforts of home. Excellent shops and restaurants/cafes mere steps away. We stayed here before a cruise. Andrea was phenomenal!! Transfers pre-arranged by him made for a calm vacation!

Location, location, location!!!

What a gem! Location was perfect! We walked to everything! Even close enough to walk back and take a nap between tours. Andrea was there to greet us and explain everything about the property. Communication was instant! He even arranged an airport pick up! Perfect after a long flight! It was cozy and had everything we needed for 4 adults.. INCLUDING salt, pepper and oil & vinegar. Some places don’t include that. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful and VERY clean property!!

Great stay in Prata

Apartment is in great location, nice quiet neighborhood that is nice to return to after a busy day in Rome full of tourists. Host communicated well leading up to our stay. Would stay there again on a future visit to Rome.

Andrea manages a great property and was a wonderful host. He assisted us with transport from the airport and to the port, even through airline delays. The property was clean, and exactly as the pictures showed. Thank you Andrea, for hosting us on a lovely stay in Rome!

The perfect place!

We stayed at the property for 3 nights and we loved the location (an easy walk to downtown) and also close to other amenities (restaurants, stores). The decor of the property is beautiful. The host was very helpful, taking us through the property upon our arrival as well as arranging for transportation. The washer/dryer is a little tricky to figure out, but follow the directions and do small loads and it is fine. Anyone who stays here will not be disappointed!

Fantastic property

This is a great place to stay in Rome. Walking distance from the Vatican and if you are young (Im 55) walking distance to any of the other sights as well. The host was great and arranged transportation for us to and from the airport.

Neighborhood gem!

I do not consider this property to be “elegant”, as described on website. It is a bit tired and could use some upgrades. That being said, the apartment is IMMACULATELY CLEAN and located in a beautiful, tree-lined neighborhood that we loved. My family and I stayed for 9 nights and walked to every major attraction without needing public transportation. The owner was very responsive to all communication and helped arrange car service to and from airport. This is an excellent location! without needing public transportation.

Great location, very central to all sites.

Very central to all sites and easy access and close to metro. Very simple to catch a metro to all the sites. Place was clean and easy to get in and out with all the amenities.

Excellent apartment in wonderful location!

This rental is a gem of a place to stay when in Rome! It is close to everything - shopping, historical sites, and the Vatican City. We loved our time both in and out of the apartment. Andrea was a wonderful host! He ensured we had all transports that we needed, provided us with local support, and directed us to fun things to do in the city. I highly recommend renting this unit!
