Ideal for a winter escape

Watch the the golfers, the birds and the occasional alligator from the screened lanai of this second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. The complex is the hidden gem known as Tropic Schooner, situated at the end of Mainsail Drive which dead-ends at the Marco Island Executive Airport. Hammock Bay Golf Course surrounds the complex and this condo overlooks the 6th fairway from tee to green. The location of the complex and the condo is superb.

The condo is open concept with leather furniture in the living area and a games table that does double duty as a dining table. A peninsula is the separation to the kitchen. The south-east exposure means natural light through big windows from morning to night.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. The guest bedroom has twin beds. An en-suite bathroom and a guest bathroom complete the private space in the unit. The living room and both bedrooms have televisions.

Inside the unit are a laundry room with washer and dryer and a utility room for storage. Linens including towels, kitchen dinnerware, cutlery and cooking utensils are supplied. Arrive with your clothes and your toothbrush!

Nice condo and a great location

My wife and I had the pleasure to spend the month of February is this nice condo. It was very clean and had all of the amenities that you would want. All of the people we met within the complex were very friendly. The pool is an added bonus as it was a very warm February and could have went swimming everyday. I loved the location of this condo, especially being 10 minutes from the beach at Marco Island to the south, and Walmart just 10 minutes to the north! As an avid golfer, I was also impressed with the number of courses in the area as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this Tropic Schooner Condo to any couple or family wanting some get away time.

love the view, nice comftable condo

I go to Florida for clean air and sunshine. I spend most of my day on the patio, however with a smoker on one side and one below I was unable to enjoy setting out.

This complex is close to Marco Island (5-7 minutes) and approximately 20-30 minutes from downtown Naples, depending on traffic. It is a quiet location off the busy roads and surrounded by golf course and preserve land. Marco Island offers restaurants, beaches, fitness facilities, shopping, farmers' market (Wednesdays), and various entertainment. This unit has the benefit of quiet with minimal traffic while minutes away from social amenities.

The housing association for the complex requires that all prospective renters complete an application. The fee for this application will be paid by the landlord. Vehicles on the site must be registered with the property management office and a 'temporary permit' will be provided at the time of arrival. All by-laws of the condominium site must be observed by all. Guests are limited to 2 weeks according to the by-laws and the number of people as guests is limited. Information will be provided at time of booking.

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
