It consists of two rooms with a full bathroom with hairdryer. Living room-kitchen with washing machine, oven, microwave and complete utensils. In addition to terrace-solarium overlooking the pool.
The complex has free WIFI throughout the premises and heated pool with shallow area and children's pool.

Built in 1995 and refurbished in 2007, Los Gracioseros Apartments have 42 rooms distributed over two floors. They are equipped with private bathroom, terrace and kitchen with refrigerator, two fires, kettle and toaster. You can also have a safe and TV with some satellite channels. Los Gracioseros Apartments are ideal for a short family holiday in Lanzarote, where the sun is present almost any day of the year. The little ones can splash quietly in the children's pool. There is also an adult pool and a pool bar where you can have drinks and snacks, or even have breakfast. The enclosure is within walking distance of the beach and the area of shops, bars and restaurants, so you can liven up your days and taste the cuisine of the area.

Myself and my wife and 4 children have just come back from a fantastic New Years holiday, we spent last year in Costa Teguise and although we had no issues there at all, this resort had everything we needed, from the snack bar and the local spar which was 2 mins away we hadn’t much to worry about, the local Irish bar, spinnakers was just 5 mins away, and all the local restaurants and bars and clubs were 10 mins away, all in all we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this a perfect getaway, thank you yaiza for the opportunity to stay here, and we cannot wait to come back again Mark and colleen and family

Relaxing holiday

I love this complex, I have stayed on this complex before but not in this apartment. This apartment is excellent its location is right in front of the pool .Sun is on the terrace from 8an till 6pm in November. The apartment is spacious and very clean .Due to 2 bedrooms its suitable for family of four or 2 couples.will book to stay again in the future

Good location, Stayed here last year in another property so we wanted to come back. Was quiet busy the second week but still plenty of room as this is a private complex. The bar on site is good for a drink or snack and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Will be back again next year

Lovely apartment, the owner was very good with any requests I had before and during the stay. Lovely location, ideal for kids as the pool is just outside the door. Very near the strip, yet very quiet. The pool bar is lovely for a beverage at the end of the day, the girls working there are very friendly and helpful and it has a lovely atmosphere. Only fault I would have is the bedrooms don’t have black out curtains or blinds and one our kids isn’t a good sleeper so there were awake too early. 😉 I had read a review about a vent outside the door being noisey, it never bothered us with the door open yet alone closed. I would definitely recommend this apartment to a friend. 👍

The apartment was lovely ,well equipped , very clean and enough space for our party of 3 .

There was no oven proof cookware which could have been a problem but we utilised that by using tin foil. Also outside was the service access for the swimming pool which was serviced daily from 7am . The noise the pump made was continuous 24 /7 . It did not spoil our stay but we were very aware of the noise it made . The complex was lovely and well kept. Cafe was welcoming and friendly . Location was excellent . Altogether we really enjoyed our stay and we would return . Thanks .

Brand new/recently renovated ground floor apartment in great/quiet location

We spent 9 nights in this ground floor apartment and were really impressed. The apartment complex was recently renovated to a very high standard. It easily accommodated the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 children - our eldest slept on a pull out sofa bed in living room - note that the ground floor apartments are slightly bigger than the first floor ones). It overlooks the pool which was great with 3 children who spent most of their time in it. It meant we could sit on the balcony while watching them in the pool. It is a bright, very clean, airy, equipped with everything you need and everything in it is brand new. It is also very secure with a locked gate where a code is required to gain access. This gave us great peace of mind and comfort as not all complexes have this security. It is also in a very quiet location, unlike other complexes nearer the strip which can be exposed to the loud activity of the late bars and restaurants at night. Everything is within walking distance - It is less than 5 mins walk to the strip and the nearest Spar is a couple of mins walk away. There is a small local shop right outside open until 1am and a bar/tapas cafe across the road. We walked to the Old Town along the promenade one day and it took around 30 mins (would probably be 20 or less without children). Taxi back cost less than EUR 4. There is a pool bar to open I believe in the coming weeks. The owner Yaiza was lovely to deal with very helpful with our inquiries. We were a little hesitant in booking this apartment for our holiday as there had been no reviews on it yet (it being so new) but we are so glad we did and would definitely return. One thing I would say is there is no air conditioning or fan. Having gone in April this wasn't much of a problem - I would imagine however that during the peak of Summer it could be very hot and difficult to sleep at night. But I'm sure if mentioned to the owner in advance, this could be resolved. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and had a great holiday. I have already recommended the apartment and the complex itself to friends/family.
