We are a happily living couple, Romina & Valentinos, who enjoy life and nature in any aspect given! Think positive, live every day to the limits and keep your eyes open! It's a wonderful world!
After many years of traveling around the world we thought about giving the services that we would like to have in our vacations to others! So, with hard work, and many hours of drawing, building and decorating we completed our "Sand Resort"! Our lovely beach house that is almost 3 steps from the sea! The unique combination of sea and mountain, the smell of the salt from the sea and honey from the trees and the sounds of Greek's nature, will give you a vacations of a lifetime!
A lovely house surrounded by trees located "on the sand" of an unreachable by others beach! With a huge field of grass where you can relax! Extremely quiet, in the heart of greek nature, combining both sea and mountain!
In our property, there are 2 houses, one in the front and one in the back/next to the first. The house that is in the main picture of our listing, is the one that my family and I live in, in the weekends. The other one is the house that will be yours for the days you choose. Your house is fully functional, has its own balcony & pergola, so you will only share the field of grass and the beach with us, if we will be there...
We can help you and give you usefull information about daily journeys around the area, delicious "taverna" by the sea, beach bars and whatever else may come up.
4km from our resort, from Ormos Panagias, you can take the boat for a daily cruise to Mount Athos!
10km from our resort, in Nikiti village, you can find many super markets, shops, tavernas, and restaurants.
It is recommended to have your own car or rent one. All Sithonia peninsula must be explored and visited!
