Modern Holiday Apartment - Llandudno

Perfect for family holidays with room for up to 5 adults or kids. And couples of course !
Ideally placed with 5 minutes walk of Llandudno centre, midway between both beaches.
This is our family seaside escape, with a coastal feel and sleeping 5.
Our ground floor appartment is furnished /decorated to a high standard with all modern amenities.
It is the ideal base to explore the seaside town of Llandudno, the North Wales Coast, Snowdonia and Anglesey.
We hope you enjoy it like we do !
NEW FOR 2020 - BRAND NEW MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES THROUGHOUT AND SUPERFAST FIBRE BROADBAND UPGRADE
Our home is a ground floor 2014 conversion of a Victorian semi, originally built in 1891. It has wooden floors throughout and a lovely kitchen/diner to the front with large chaise sofa, large 50'' smart TV (freesat, catch up apps and Netflix, Amazon, Now TV apps) and free wifi broadband. The Master bedroom has a kingsize bed and the second bedroom has full size single bunks and a separate single bed, as well as a smart 28'' (internet) TV. The bathroom is large with a nice powerful shower over the bath. Heating and water is instant from a new combi boiler and we have a new washer/dryer which is there for guests to use. There is a rear exit as well as the main entrance and the great benefit of a private parking space.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Llandudno is one of our favourite places - it really does have everything - lots of attractions, great climate, good local shops and restaurants- and of course so close to Anglesey and Snowdonia.
We are lucky to have been able to buy our home here and we still spend a lot of time here ourselves, as well as letting it for holidays.

Why they chose this property

Our family holiday home has a lovely cozy feel to it- hard to describe really, but It's always a relaxing place to be.
Great location in that it's quietly located away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre, but only 5 minutes walk away from the action and the shops, or indeed either beach.
Tastefully decorated with everything you could need for your holiday.

What makes this property unique

Our home has a reserved parking space just for you. Rare in Llandudno. Essential on a busy day in season and very handy most other times.
Also if you're disabled and need good access then you'll be glad to know our flat is on the ground floor with no steps at the front door..
