We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The property was beautifully maintained, located in a peaceful and quiet area just a short walk from the beach.The private swimming pool, which offered a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine and swimming. The house itself was very nice—comfortable, clean, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect!

A great house on a perfect location just outside the centre of Santa Pola. The house was very clean and we enjoyed every moment. Contact with the owner of the property was easy and quick. For us the beds are a little too firm but we would definitely book again!!

Had a wonderful family holiday here. Can eat breakfast on the balcony and terrace and look at the sea. Can walk on along beach to the town or easy bus ride. Very clean. Quiet location (february time), nice green location, palm trees. Would book again. Highly recommended!

Amazing

Amazing house very large and fabulous panoramic the beach is only 3 min walk away the neighbours are very lovely people and Garret the owner is very helpful e gentle . We are a family of 7 2 adults and 5 kids and we found house large and comfortable. Santa Pola is very beautiful place . Thanks Garret we every year rent home in Spain your home was the best !

The estate has multiple pools, but with the beautiful sea and beach just 100m away, who needs them? The host was great with communication and even allowed us a late checkout at no extra cost. The only downside is the need to go up and down stairs frequently, as the master bedroom is on the 2nd floor. Mercadona, a convenient shopping option, is only 1km away. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would love to repeat it. Thank you so much Gareth for a wonderful stay."

the place is great, it has everything you need, the only downside is there is nothing to eat close by, you have to walk 20 min to get something, thankfully we both groceries to have breakfast because the restaurants have a very strange schedule, the don't have eggs for breakfast and they close from 4-8pm. but we managed to get a place that can make some kind of American breakfast, they can accommodate if you ask. And could not get a taxi, they were always busy, had to book in advance but only for train station and airport. thank you

Lovely setting but a very quiet part of town

Overall the property was excellent, large rooms, exceptionally clean well equipped in most areas, and a sea view to die for, and we counted 5 swimming pools on the complex, perfect for families. We stayed for a 4 week winter period, which we think was a new experience for the host as the beds weren’t set up for the very cold nights. There were only sheets and a bedspread on the beds on our arrival plus one small blanket per bed in the wardrobe. However we purchased 2 duvets and that solved the issue. The host was very helpful, quick to respond and very proactive. So overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend it especially for families who like a quiet relaxed area.

Estupenda estancia

Estancia de 9 días de abuelos con hija y dos nietas de 8 y 11años!El apartamento es cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario. No es lujoso pero es muy amable para una estancia de vacaciones! A destacar, la situacion frente a la estupenda playa de Varadero y la preciosa urbanizacion en la que se encuentra!La comodidad de los dos baños, la pequeña terraza muy util para juegos y comidas y el tamaño de las habitaciones junto con la amplitud del salon, comedor, cocina, hacen que el espacio se multiplique!Gracias Gareth por tu disponibilidad siempre rapida par resolver cuestiones!!!

Super verblijf

Gezellig huisje op prachtige ligging vlak aan het strand en voorzien van strandstoelen. Alles aanwezig behalve wifi en alleen spaanse zenders op tv ook een koffiezet apparaat ontbreekt.Je kan langs prachtige dijk naar het stadscentrum en haven wandelen Ook Mercadona is op 15 min te voet te bereiken. Super vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar.

Muy buena escapada a la playa en una urbanización que parece un pequeño pueblito.

El apartamento está genial, así como la urbanización donde se encuentra ubicado. La proximidad a la playa y el hecho de que disponga de piscinas comunitarias le da un toque positivo adicional. Como punto a mejorar el hecho de no disponer de aire acondicionado hizo que no pudiéramos dormir adecuadamente por las noches (a pesar de haber ventiladores en todas las habitaciones). Los centros comerciales y restaurantes tampoco quedan próximos como para ir andando (solo un restaurante cercano y un chiringuito de playa)

La casa está en un lugar privilegiado, frente al mar , una urbanización aunque antigua , muy bien cuidada , sobre todo los jardines ! En la casa he echado de menos un aseo en la planta baja , cada vez que quería ir al baño tenía que subir 15 peldaños 😅y ya no soy una jovencita !De otra manera , había de todo lo necesario en la casa ! El Sr Robson enseguida me respondía por whatssap a cualquier duda que tuviese , un señor muy amable

Positive Überraschung

Nach einer etwas holprigen Anmeldung hat uns das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Es war viel schöner, als die Anzeige erwarten ließ. Die Lage ist einfach genial- der Strand praktisch vor der Haustür, der Fischmarkt fußläufig. Ein schöner Urlaub!

Octubre Varadero

Pasamos unas vacaciones estupendas con niños en octubre. La casa estå en primera línea de playa y tiene unas vistas espectaculares, mejor incluso que en las fotos. La comunicación con Gareth fue fåcil y directa. Muy recomendable.

Great place at a great location

Everything in the description is correct. The house is located in a community with 24/7-staff about 150 m from the sea. You can sit on the porch and enjoy the view and breeze from the sea! The owner Gareth is 100 % helpful, reliable and available whenever you need to contact him. We were 3 adults and 2 children staying and had a great time. Plenty of activities for the kids: pool, basketball, soccer and the beach of course. The area is very calm and the neighbours are friendly. I strongly recommend this place to families and couples.

Viel Platz und tolle Lage

Für spanische Verhältnisse bot das Haus sehr viel Platz, optimale Lage direkt am weitläufigen Strand, außer einem Föhn gibt es in dem Haus wirklich alles. Wir waren dort in der Nebensaison, daher waren nur wenige Häuser belegt und wir hatten eine herrliche Ruhe, ich könnte mir aber gut vorstellen, dass es im Juli und August turbulenter zugeht, da würde mir persönlich auch eine Klimaanlage fehlen. Die Matratze im Elternschlafzimmer war etwas kurz ( auch typisch spanisch) und etwas unbequem, wir haben den Aufenthalt dort trotzdem sehr genossen und haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Hausherr ist ein sehr sympathischer Engländer, der aber die deutsche Sprache perfekt beherrscht . Er ist sehr auf das Wohl seiner Gäste bedacht. Auch konnten wir die Tiefgarage nutzen. Von uns eine absolute Empfehlung und nochmal vielen Dank an den Gastgeber!!!

Wunderschönes Bungalow, Ideal für Fanilien, Top Lage, sehr gepflegt

Leider ist unser Urlaub zu Ende gegangen. Es waren wirklich wundervolle 14 Tage. Die Lage ist Top und die Ausstattung des Bungalows ist Super. Die Terasse im Wohn- Essbereich hat einen traumhaften Meerblick. Der Hauseigentümer war serh kommunikativ und hat uns alle Fragen beantwortet. Lieber Gareth, es war eine tolle Zeit, vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.
