Excellent Location

Ground floor unit with easy access to the pool area. The unit is a generous size and well maintained with everything you need. Beach access is also very convenient. There is construction taking place on the outside of the building and a large temporary HVAC unit on the street outside the unit. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

30 day stay

The condo itself served us well. We were on the first floor which seemed convenient given the constant waiting by the elevators. The pool patio is really nice with plenty of chairs in the sun or shade. What was undisclosed was the ear piercing and unbearable noise in the pool area, which stems from repairs being done in the parking garage which couldn’t be any closer to the pool than it is. Some grinding machine of sorts.

Great vacation

The condo is as described, very well equiped (towels, kitchen appliances, beach chairs, linen...). Have all what we needed during our stay. The condo location is very good, all what you need is around (mall, walmart, restaurants...) also on there is a convinience store on the building that offers the necessary items Beach is at walking distance from the condo, the area is clean and the kids park in front is just amazing Overall, the experiece was great and we loved the condo and its location. The plus is if you have kids the condo is located on the 1st floor so no need to wait for elevator. However the parking spot is far, you better to drop the passengers prioir to park Again, we loved our stay and we highly recommend it

Love Sunny Isles

This was our first trip to this area in Florida and it is beautiful! Lots of restaurants, stores and public parks. This condo is on the first floor in a 16 floor building . Building 1 of 3 in Ocean Reserve. My rating is based on 3 points.... 1- the condo is very nice. It is very clean, lots of beach and pool toys, chairs for the beach. Anything you can think of. The kitchen is well stocked with any cooking tool you need, as well as dish ware and utensils. The bath has plenty of towels, including beach towels.. the bedroom has a comfy bed, with a large dresser and nightstands to hold your things, as well as a huge closet. There is a very nice workout room, with 3 treadmills, 3 ellipticals, a bike and a stair master. Lots a free weights and weight machines. 👍 the pool area is great. Plenty of chairs as well as cabanas if you want shade. The only down side was the view from the balcony. To the left is ok, straight ahead is a cute park, but to the right is an exit door, along with a bunch of pipes. Not so cute. See pic. 2- the beach - This building is across the street from the buildings ON the beach. So you walk to the corner, cross the street and down a half block to the beach access road, and there you have it. Easy! 3- Parking - Ugghhhh!!! If you don’t like to, or can’t walk much, then this will be a bit of an issue. The only place to park is an assigned spot on the 6th level of the parking garage. The elevator let’s you out on level 5, so theres some walking involved. To summarize, the condo gets a 5, the view 4, and the parking a 3. So overall, a solid 4 plus! Would go back!

Nous sommes restés 5 nuits. L appart est super. Très bien équipé. A 5 min de la plage, en face d un parc avec aire de jeu pour les enfants. Vraiment un endroit à conseiller. Mieux qu un hôtel sur Miami si vous êtes en famille !

Amazing

This stay was amazing and has everything you need in a condo to enjoy your stay. The hostess was very amazing and I’ll be back to stay again. The condo is very spacious and cozy with a nice view on balcony. The building itself has a lot to offer for your stay with convenience. I love the place and a beach across the street from the condo. Great place to vacation.

Great apartment, very clean and close to everything. We totally loved this apartment.

This apartment is perfect for 2 or 4 people. It's big, with a gym, swimming pool and a little supermarket in the low level. Also it has everything for the beach, towels, and for cooking in a wonderful kitchen. We ''ll recommend this apartment to our friends.

Apartment is very nice and clean, the extra stuff like toys, beach umbrella, chairs, etc. came in very handy. The owner/s are very nice and answered all my questions. Really easy to deal with them. First floor is great for kids and easy access to the park next door. Not much of a view though.

Great apartment for Vacation!!!

This is probably my 4th time in this apartment, and I love it!! Has everything you need to spend great time by the beach that is 1 block away, first floor is great for children and a beautiful park across the street. Is totally recommendable!!! Owners are very nice and helpful, really enjoy staying here and in Miami!!!

Great place at Sunny Isles

It is a gret appartment with all you need to go to the beach, great beach just steps away. It is on the first floor so it will be great if you are worry about highs. I just love the place and the owner was very helpfull.

Good condo near the beach, and very affordable

This place was great to stay in since it was just a block and a half from the beach. The owner was great to work with and very responsive to all communication. It was very affordable. We enjoyed the patio, which was directly across from a park, although there was not much of a view. The workout space had everything that we needed and the pool area was clean and quiet. There was plenty of space for the three of us and the kitchen fit our basic needs. We would stay here again.

I have stayed at this complex a few times now. This was my first time staying in this unit. This is a very nice clean unit located on the first floor very close to everything. I stay at this complex because of its location to everything in the area, There is a Fresh Market not to far away a Publix right down the street. Several restrauants, a Mall, near by and only a quick walk across the street to the beach. The unit was well supplied with everything you need. I use to be in the military so I am kind of a clean freak. You cannot go wrong renting this unit I will definitely stay here again.
