3 Bedroom Best in the Crest

***For summer months Memorial Day to Labor Day we rent for the full summer season only. The rate is $19,000.00 plus electric and 8% security deposit, owner pays all other utilities. Weekend and weekly rentals are offered off-season. Small to medium-sized pets may be accepted at owners discretion.

This great vacation rental is located in the south end of Wildwood Crest. Our first floor 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath duplex is in a quiet location close to the beach, bay and the nearby attractions of Wildwood and Cape May. You will enjoy relaxing in this clean, modern, family-sized duplex with new kitchen, flooring, and flat-screen TV's. There's only a short walk to the beach, Sunset Lake, Fish Factory restaurant, Sal's pizza, ice cream, Suncrest convenience store/market and more.

Great Little Vacation

The location was perfect for us on a very busy, crowded weekend down the shore. The rooms were immaculate and we felt as if we were home. Communication with the owner was flawless too.

One of the Best in the Crest

House was very clean and well kept. The location was great. Quiet neighborhood.Enjoyed nice walks at Sunset park. Hosts were great,let us know they were available if needed.

What a relaxing time! Great location. Short walk to the beach and shorter walk to Sunset Lake. Also short drives to other areas/towns. The house had everything we needed. The owner and family was great...friendly and available if needed. We would definitely stay here again or recommend it.

Great Location

We stayed at this very nice condo in Wildwood Crest. It was well-equipped with washer/dryer/dishwasher and had 3 BRs and 1.5 BAs. It was in an especially good location, within a few blocks of the beach in the east, and less than a block to views of sunsets in the west. There were also a great cafe and a good pizza restaurant, both within a block. The owner stayed in good communication with us throughout.

Lovely location

Overall a great family get away at the beach. Super convenient location. Tom and Terri are super friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again in the future.

By Sunset Lake!

It was a comfortable stay for my wife and I (and our 18 year old son). We were able to work remotely with the excellent internet connection and it was so close to Sunset Lake. It was also a quiet residential street. Communications with the owner were prompt and helpful. Highly recommended.

My wife and I were originally from Northeast Philadelphia. We have three children, 2 girls and 1 boy. In 2002, we moved to Perkiomenville in Upper Montgomery County Pennsylvania, where we enjoy a more rural lifestyle.

Why they chose this property

Both my grandparents and parents owned homes in Wildwood Crest, NJ, and this is where we spent our summers. Growing up at the shore, spending time together at the beach and on the water, boating, water skiing, and fishing, became a way of life that our family truly enjoys. In 2000, we purchased our property in the south end of Wildwood Crest, which is a nice, quiet location convenient to the beach, bay and all Wildwood area attractions.

We love the quiet setting and short walks to Sunset Lake and the beach.
